PFS' team of 4 took over The Dairy Farm, a 40 year old condominium on 750,000sq ft of land in early 2024. The property is currently undergoing major repair and repainting. The staff are very hands-on. They work with the management council to repair and reinstate facilities to the original intents. Nazri is an excellent manager with great support from Raj, Fendi and Afiq. Regular support by PFS head office, especially team head, Daniel Ngiam ensures that issues are resolved quickly and work executed before they become bigger issues. In my opinion, PFS has outperformed the bigger names in the industry.
