Hidden away in this HDB estate is the 2nd best BBQ fish in the West (I haven't found the best yet). MUST ORDER DISHES are the jacket fish (not always in stock), grilled prawns and ladies finger. I personally always order without the sambal chilli paste to get the best original flavor but that's up to you. UPDATE: I recently tried all dishes including stingray and sotong, all with chilli on the side and it is better than with it. Try and see if you all like it too!

First time, visited on weekday dinner. Waited almost 30mins but worth the wait. Prawn, stingray, okra and lala. All in small sizes about $43. Very worth it. The taste has that wok hey, delicious (abit saltish) and importantly the seafood is well cleaned and fresh. Like the lala at some other places can abit gritty with sand residue but not this. Will probably opt for medium size next time. Definitely must try the prawn and okra. One would have thought the service would be very rude typical of popular places but service was very pleasant. They also helped clear our plates. Highly recommended. My new found bbq place in the west no need to go those overpriced tourist traps anymore.

Still as nice as before. 1 of the best grill stingray I had. There were almost like 5-7 differ brand of beer sold there. So the place is quite crowded. The dishes go best with beers... Cheers!

4 people sharing this. Lala sauce super good, no starchy sticky texture for lady fingers, sambal stingray really nice, generous serving for the fried rice as well. Had to add another stingray and fried rice :) could eat the rice with stingray sauce for days. Recommended! Best in the west

Fried rice is nice. Grilled sotong is tender and juicy. The sambal for the sotong and fish are not too spicy.

It's been a while since I craved for supper. Came highly recommended, hence decided to travel a bit to try this. Must say it is indeed good, comparable to my favourite at Taman Jurong Market. #BBQ #Stingray

My favorite seafood grill hawker. Gravy is lighter than usual - and that is a good thing! Friendly aunties. Prices are reasonable for the portion.

Very good BBQ seafood and tze char, plus the Western food looks good too.. has rojak and satay to complement these delicious food too.. overall, the food stalls here are good and is shown by the fully packed tables here daily.. heard need to reserve tables for meals here! 😌

Grilled prawns is to die for! I’ve honestly never tasted grilled prawns this good! The sambal here is not overly spicy or too sweet (sambal paste can sometimes be too sweet for my likely). It’s my first time here and I’ll be back in no time. P.S. Coffee shop is a little crowded and noisy but who cares when the food served at 526 hot plate BBQ is so good!

The stingray is very fresh, smooth and juicy. Their sambal chilli is not the very spicy kind, so it’s good if you have a lower tolerance level for spicy food. The grilled crayfish is very nice. Enjoyed their prawn and sotong too. Must eat these with beer!

1 of the best bbq stingrays... Fresh fish with thick n sweet flesh coupled w chilli full of omph.. Can also choose to tabao and the aunty will nicely wrap in aluminium foil n banana(?) leaves...can get abit oily w the tabao tho.. Nonetheless highly recommended
