This A&W outlet opens slightly later then the other outlets so we drove over as we were craving for some American Fast Food! Ordering and payment was easy using the self-service kiosk and food was prepared fast. And most importantly, its yummy 😋.

The Cream Cheese Beef Burger 🍔 was delicious 🤤. Beef patty juicy and tender. Generous amount of cream cheese. Lots of caramelised onions. 🧅 My order was served in less than 5 minutes of me placing order via kiosk. Very impressed with their speed. However all the staff weren’t smiling when I interacted with them. All of them were expression-less. It doesn’t cost to smile at customers when serving them.

Fried chicken was big and yummy. Better than KFC. Had to wait a little bit for the food to be ready. Otherwise happy with the place.

Expected long queue since there is only an outlet around the area. New opening and not quite as spacious as McDonald's. Separate kitchen from the bar and counter. Opening hours 10am-10pm. Worth the wait as the beer(root) is served with the icy cold mug. Cream Cheese Beef Burger is recommended.

Root beer float still tastes the best here. Cheese fries is good but portion was too small. Cream cheese burger was passable. Maybe I should have tried the fried chicken instead.

Not my first time dining at A&W, and cream cheeseburger is my “favourite” (erm not say favourite but recommended?!?!) First tried out at Jurong Point, was curious lolz why the Queue so long <- Typical Singapore must go there and try one😂 Went to queue for it. First time tbh I didnt gave a review cause I went there quite late ard 9 p.m. ish so I can’t really blame the food/service. I was served with COLD twisted fries lolz the first time, but I just ate it... Maybe placed outside for too long, and it's so late most likely they won't be cooking another pile but oh wells the A&W hype is still there right? So I went to eat again with my other friends....and yeah finally took a picture to write a proper review. 2nd time went around 7/8pm ish expected need to queue cause dinner crowd but Canberra outlet moving faster. (Wait uh disclaimer: FASTEST QUEUE IS TAKEAWAY) <- Gets yea dine in you need queue like 30 mins common luh Overall right: The food is overly priced. $10 plus for a set of combo? Plus no service you can seriously get better western food that taste better + Service lol. The A&W drink dunno expensive or what give so little (if you order Root Bear erm Float hor that ice cream +$0.60 will make it better as in looks full)😅 Taste is so so luh. The staff safe distancing compliance 101 move a bit cannot must stay on the line which is good HAHA🤣. -> You want just go there try okay, try the cream chesse can already take picture done liao means you go A&W before then alright le eat once in awhile okay 😭 for the price😭.

Had burger meal with Root Beer Float, Chocolate and Strawberry waffle. Side of Onion Rings and Curly Fries. The burger picture is meant for illustration only. The actual burger is far off from the picture. The whole taste experience is great. May be already forgotten from last time.

Review as a food delivery rider. (Update 2/12) A&W has been improving their system. Faster and more efficient now. _______________________________ A&W suffers from the same issues as all the other fast food restaurants.. Very slow during peak period. Be ready to wait at least an hour or for your Delivery during dinner time especially.

Who doesn't love A&W's root beer float? We always love it! However, the portions for the burgers are quite small and yet abit pricey, but the tastes are gooood! Also love their curly fries, all year round and not seasonal. I'm not a fan of chicken hot dogs, if A&W changes it to beef, I would consider.

Fried chicken is good not oily. Sundaes is too expensive…. Illustrated picture show’s tempting and brought it. In the end very disappointed as 3 balls of ice cream and chocolate syrup added on it. Too sweet.

I had an order issue and I approached the cashier for help. The cashier Ms Hana whom with her restaurant manager, Ms Lovelyn tried their best to assist me. I am so grateful for their help despite they being busy with other chores. They certainly made my day and my meal so much enjoyable😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Burger is normal, I do like the twisted fries and the root beer, however if u are more into the drink then suggest not to add the ice cream float for 60 cents extra as the drink very fast gone as the ice cream will take up much of the mug space Add on 2nd review:2nd visit after few months passed. Their root beer float is better as the staff took time to wait for root beer bubble to subside and fill up the root beer 2 times to ensure full glass. Tried their mustard sandwich and chocolate waffles. Both is nice. Their fried chicken is standard normal.

Always need to queue. Easily one of my favorite restaurants. This is the Canberra plaza branch. Closing time is 1130hrs. For the late sleepers this is a good place to eat chit chat. Staff service is good especially the tall and sturdy guy. Drinks and foods are collected at different counter separately.

Medium-sized restaurant. Three self-service kiosks available. Mozza Burger was good. The coney hotdog was too sour for my taste. Armotic chicken was surprisingly good too. Waffle Ice Cream goes without saying. Delicious. I do feel that its a bit pricey though. $5+/$7+ for an ala carte hotdog and burger respectively is overpriced.

Great trading cream cheese chicken burger, looks pretty decent fresh out of the kitchen. I am impressed with it and definitely choose it over a Big Mac. I enjoyed the feeling of going to A&W to enjoy the nice atmosphere with a cup of root beer float. It is not real beer and everyone knows that.

First time I visitied the place. The counter staff not that friendly when serving. They need to learn more about how to engage with their customers. Not only that... When I brought back the food 2pc chicken meal i ordered, the preparation side did not give any packet of cili sauce...this is very bad. No matter how busy you are you must double check that all items are in the bag before hand over to the customers. One more thing pls do not over fry the fries n chicken.

The only down side to ordering from them is that u cant chg their sides. I dont eat curly fries and there was NO WAY they were gg to let me or other customers chg the sides like other fast food does. So i had to buy everything ala carte. 🙁 def not gg again unless they chg that option.

Friendly staff. Clean and bright. Wished the place was bigger. Wished the coney dog (i.e. the hotdog part) was as big and tender as the ones in Malaysia - I find the hotdog too springy/hard and as slim as the children's version of hotdog which is a let down considering the price difference.

Not too crowded on weekdays but limited seats. Require patience to dine in as waiting queue ranges from 20mins to abt an hour. Takeaways better option but waiting time takes abt 20 to 45mins. Not for complaint kings and queens. Nearest outlet in the north side.

For me, the taste is not so special. But the safety management here is good and the ambiance also. The food looks good as well. Maybe just need to play a bit how to make the taste better. It's a bit common.
