This is the only food restaurant at B2 Jewel but closing at 12am last order. Still many people queue up to order. Love all the food here and always love the fried chicken, root beer float, curly fries ❤️❤️❤️❤️

A&W waffles is one of my favourite waffle all time, partially due to nostalgia. So I specially took time to enjoy it and after so long, there is quite a demand for it as there is some queue prior to getting seating. I did a hack and went for takeaway, so bypass the queue. When I was at the counter, was taken aback by the price. $8 plus for a waffle and top up $1 for an ice cream. I decide to go through with it. Didn't regret it as it's pretty good. But tbh, cafes have catch up with their standard and they serve better ice cream than A&W, some at even cheaper price. So nope, will not come back again for the waffles in the near future.

Crowded outlet even on a weekday at 10pm. While clearing the tables, Mr U Tan noticed that we had difficulties getting a table that could accommodate our family of 5. He took the initiative to join tables so that our family could be seated together. We also saw him trying to direct other customers to their seats. Kudos to him for his initiative.

Nice to eat there but they are a bit understaffed so waiting time can be a bit of wait on weekends. Had the hot dog and mozza burger set and it was not bad! The curly fries are nice n crisp and root beer feels so nostalgic. Would definitely go there again!

Bring back memories! The services given was excellent. The staffs were friendly and obliging. The staffs directed us to our seats swiftly and was nice to recommend us a cosy area. Thankfully, it wasn’t crowded then. Even when I was ordering the food, the staff was approachable. And was pleasant to offer some recommendations. The fries was great! Like the texture and taste. The waffles was good too! The root beer float really triggered my memories. It was from A&W, that I knew that I could put ice cream into soft drink. A bit sad that due to age, my tummy could not stomach the ice cream with root beer. Had to endure a bloated stomach for the rest of the day. Nothing to do with A&W, just that my stomach was weak! I would come back any time to for the food! Strongly recommended.

Food was served piping hot. Nice juicy chicken, curly fries and coney dog. How can we forget the old favourite root beer served with the frosty mug. Best fried chicken if u were to compare with other fast food joints!! The Q was long and waited 20-25mins to be seated. Waiting time for food was about 10mins. Not too bad for a public holiday eve.

Was here on weekday morning in between transit . The staff here are extremely nice for a fast food restaurant. The elderly lady ask me do I had a seat since I'm in the queue, she will like to help me reserved one as the crowd is building up. The mostly local crew are nice with smiles on their faces . Food wise root beer is the reason I'm here . Nitro infuse cold root beer in a frosty mug makes my day. Curly fries is a pass while the chicken sausage corny dog lacks a soul. It's too light a taste for sausages. The bun feels cheap and the sauce is just ceremonial. Because it's breakfast menu is limited. I'll return someday to try lunch as some burgers look promising . Return some time later, totally lost its charm .. $11 SGD for a cream cheese burger meal. Miserable patty and a mouthful of curly fries. Saving grace of a chilled root beer. Perhaps other than the root beer, nothing is too special about this place. . Staff however always smiling.

Great burgers and good service! Recommend the cream cheese chicken burger and double cheeseburger! Curly fries were fried to perfection, but wasn’t oily and had a really nice seasoning. Place is small, but turnover was pretty fast so we only had to queue about 15 minutes.

Food were great. Not too crowded just before the lunch crowd arrives. Waited for about 15mins in total. However, they dont offer special request. Cant choose chicken parts if you order the chicken combo. Cant even swap the curly fries for something else. Wanted to order the waffles but it cant be served later, so had to re-order again at the counter. Hope they will improve on this.

Three stars because of the waiter who was doing his best to get the hungry customers seated on the evening of 12/6. Other than that, the food was below average and the root beer tasted odd. Even the double cheeseburger that I had ordered was dry. Overall a meh experience.

Queue was much shorter on a weekday afternoon. Good management to allocate seats on the queue system. Fried Chicken is a bit hard, Cream Cheese Burger taste average. Root Beer Float will be the highlight for my meal. Will only eat again if the queue is short or no queue.

To be honest I feel this establishment is overhyped. The queues are always long (though staff constantly works towards sitting customers). The proportions were also rather small and for the price we are paying and the effort to queue, seems like it doesn't amount to much. Can just say been there done that.

Very crowded on Sunday dinner time but the Q time not long around 15-20mins. We ordered Cream cheese chicken combo-5/5 2 pcs chicken combo set (chicken breast) -5/5 Upgrade to float is a must with only top up $0.60 A lot of people ordered their waffle too The taste is good as usual. Food usually ready in less than 10mins then need to pick urself at the pick up counter.

Liked the hotdog on the beef sauce. The beary meal for kids has the same hot dog size however only comes with mustard and ketchup. Most of the kids don't like the sauce like my kid so need to ask them not to put. The queue is building for afternoon lunch for dine in. Takeaway has to inform them to let you go in directly. The note might not be straightly visible. About 10 minutes waiting time when I was there. I was given buzzer to tell me when ready.

Finally tried A&W in Singapore and am very satisfied. Love their onion rings, curly fries, and float! The onion rings (surprisingly) are better than those in cafes. Awesome!

Had an takeaway order via foodpanda earlier this morning. Waiting time was ok, collection was ok. Rating is based on the food. I had their fish burger and with the foodpanda 15% discount it was $7.90. The price point is higher compared to MacDonalds but it does have curly fries. However the fries were cold and soft. They weren’t even hot and soggy, it was just stale. My burger was alright, nothing amazing, wouldn’t go for it again. The only winning point would still be their root beer after all.

Good burgers and their fries is good. I ordered via food panda delivery and had a good experience there. The burgers were good as usual. Chili sauce provided as well. Would recommend trying out their float at the fast food restaurant instead. Overall good experience.

Fast lane for takeaway orders. To skip the long queue, simply inform the staff manning the crowd and you will be allowed into counter to place your order. Love their root beer float, brings back so much fond childhood memories.

Queued for 30mins before we managed to get in to get a seat. Staff were friendly but service was pretty slow. Be ready to spend up to an hour in queue + ordering + waiting for buzzer to ring to collect food. Chicken was nice. Chicken cheese fries was tasty too. Root beer float wasn’t as fantastic as expected. I personally would prefer Jollibee over this... A&W should have offered spicy chicken as they do in neighbouring countries.

Used to think Whopper from BK is the tastiest fast food burger, but now after eating Mozza Burger twice, I can conclude A&W, to me, has the tastiest fast food burger. But Mozza Burger in Malaysia taste slightly better than the ones in Singapore.

Hi manager in charge, I would like to compliment your staff regrading their excellent service attitude. I visited the outlet on 20/11/2023 at 1118hrs. The restaurant wasn't very pack. However, seats were limited. Mr chong, who was doing his front of house duty, managed to find me and my family a table within minutes of us walking in. The cashier miss lay hoon was also very patient and understanding and even recommended me several options to choose from when i was unsure of what i wanted to eat. I am very impressed and appreciative of their great service attitude, and I think they are the perfect role model for their colleagues to look upon.

The food served is tasty, especially the fried chicken which is one of the best, being tender, fresh and crunchy. The root beer float remains refreshing. Proper safe entry procedure is in place to ensure a safe dining experience. Service staff are professional.

I love the burgers! Been here over 5 times. Downside to this place is that it is very "squeezy" and tables are limited and close to each other. This place is always crowded with long queues. Longest I have waited was 3 hours and fastest was 20 minutes. If you want to takeout, you can cut the queue and go straight to the counter. I would suggest to do takeout as it is much faster than queuing for hours just to get a seat. Overall so far, the service is great and food is delicious as well

Never really liked their waffles. Chicken is nice but not worth the long wait. Their A&W float is their signature drink but you could just DIY if you wanted to. The best food there’s gotta be the beef/chicken coney dog (hot dog) but I still wouldn’t q an hour for it

Brilliant 2.5hour queue, i can ravel in my singaporean past time that is queuing up. Here at 12midnight my food is due to arrive at 3 am. What more can i want? The irreplaceable feeling of waiting for something so frivolous

Ample parking space available and goes as deep as basement 5. Jewel is generally crowded with many locals going to see the fountain. However, most of the retail shops are empty except for eateries. A&W had a spiralled que and could easily have about 100 people wuring up.

Good place for breakfast at jewel.. open 7.30am. The place is a bit small so it tends to get full in the afternoon and there's a queue. Service is ok, quite fast. The taste is better than the ones in Indonesia.. starting from potatoes, burgers, waffles and of course the chicken.. stop by again next time you go to Changi in the morning 🙂👍

Being first time been to the Jewel A&W outlet. It was always the all time favourite Coney Dogs combo. Came to the counter to ordered the food, was attended by a quite plump woman in her teens.. she started off the conversation:" Eating in or takeaway?." I was a bit taken aback on her service attitude. I just ordered the items and go to my seat to wait for the buzzer to go off. As the buzzer goes off, I wasn't sure where to collect the food, and naturally i walked to the counter where she was standing, before i can open my mouth and ask, she saw me and immediately replied:" Ho to the back to collect. " I was feeling, damm. What a way of telling the customer like this!! I mean I not asking for any special greeting or what. But at least be polite and address - Hi Sir, please proceed to the back to collect your food. Am i asking too much for this?? Afterall, it's my first time to this outlet and trying to enjoy my tea break. I hate to write this, but it just need a little bit of that customer service abs politeness. Even if not as a customer, these are just basic manners like thank you, please, welcome.
