Went early morning, not crowded at all, compared to the Jewel outlet. Loved the waffle and root beer float. A&W always reminds me of the days I went with my mom at Bedok Library, back in the 90s. The waffle and root beer float is a must have.

My recent visit left much to be desired. The air conditioning was uncomfortably cold for my liking. Additionally, the root beer float cup was disappointingly small compared to what I've had at Malaysia's A&W. To make matters worse, the root beer wasn't even filled to the rim. Overall, it was a less-than-satisfactory experience.

Chicken better than kfc and macdonald. Curly fries perfect. Root beer also good. But not creamy and favourful that it used to me. Love it. Space is big and clean. The staffs are friendly. Amazing. Maintain this standard and i will return again

Outlet is quite clean, there will be a staff going around to ensure the table is desensitized after a customer has left after dining. Service is fast too. There are only 2 kiosks to order. On weekends, it can get very crowded and noisy once reach lunch time, recommended to come before 12pm.

Google maps always show the place as busier than usual , even for a weekday afternoon, but this was not the case in reality. Not sure if it's due to location beside the overhead bridge where there is pedestrian traffic. Come check it out for the root beer float, you won't be disappointed. Service is efficient, fast and good! 👍🏻 Tried the burgers, curly fries and waffles as well. This place brought back memories of my childhood.

Expect a queue around 30-40mins on a weekend evening! Ordered their 2pcs chicken meal, it’s tender and crispy. Love the batter marinate, personally I think it’s better than KXX. Root beer float is awesome! The downside is that there’s no basin to wash our hands before/after eating.

It was nostalgia satisfied. Although their root beer tasted distinctively different compared to decades ago. It was still satisfying. I'm not a fan of long queue so I waited years since their return to finally go try it. The last time I had it was in US and Canada around a decade ago. Root beer float halfway round the world was great but the meal lacks a little local taste. The only lament was our local A&W didn't have the option to upsize to the humongous mug like the US / Canada franchises I remembered and the ice cream could do better being creamier, smoother instead of the icy feel. Overall still rather satisfying. Personally, A&W is not going to be my frequent meal like MCD or BK, would rank it with KFC being once in a while visit based on my following consideration. 1. Food quality 2. Price 3. Availability around the island 4. Time taken from queue to end of meal

Sample size: mozza burger, cream cheese chicken burger, beef coney fries, 2 pc chicken meal, root beet floats. 🍐 Alr not so many outlets in sg, + this outlet's (punggol west) pretty ulu, 🍐 End up no option to change fries to onion rings or chicken/beef coney fries. Like nuuuu! 🍐 Burgers are meh. Prob better than kfc by a bit. Def cnt beat Carl's Jr. 🍐 Chicken, at best, are just quarter way between coffeeshop and jollibee's, of halfway btw coffeeshop and Arnold's (Think of the batter, which is why i am not comparing their chicken with kfc popeyes 4 fingers) 🍐 Beef coney fries were gooood 🍐 Rootbeer float was also gooooood! Root beer that comes out of the tap is different level compared to the bottle or canned. Looks big but cnt get enough lol. Cream wise, i'd much rather have 18 chef's butter beer that cream instead of this kingsoft-tier vanilla ice cream.

Coming home from a long walk along the park connector, stopped by for a cold drink. It was a real relief(what else but Root beer) from a well chilled mug. Glad A&W chose to open an outlet here...
