I recently had the pleasure of trying Ajmir Biryani at Yishun’s Pasar Malam, and it was a delightful experience. I sampled both the lamb shank and chicken biryani, and I was thoroughly impressed. The long grain rice was perfectly cooked, with each grain distinct and flavorful. The lamb shank was exceptionally tender and juicy, making every bite a joy. The chicken was equally delicious, marinated and cooked to perfection with a satisfying level of spiciness that added a wonderful kick. One of the highlights was the curry gravy. Thick and full of flavor, it complemented both the lamb and chicken beautifully. The addition of achar provided a refreshing contrast, balancing the richness of the biryani with its tangy and crunchy texture. Overall, Ajmir Biryani offers a well-rounded and satisfying meal, with each element enhancing the others. If you’re at Yishun’s Pasar Malam, I highly recommend giving it a try!

I understand the food comes from their main stall so I dun expect the food to be be warm throughout late evening at the hillion mall stall. Bought fried chicken chicken briyani and sad to say the taste of the chicken isn't to my liking. Tasted quite bad and rough. As always the briyani rice with gravy rocks!! And I'll always appreciate their efforts in serving yummy food.

One of the best briyani up in the north or perhaps whole of Singapore. The rice is very flavourful and not oily, you will not feel very jelat after having a large portion of it which they do give quite a lot. For small eaters, can serve 3-4 pax. Needless to say the lamb shank, mutton are all very soft and tender. Happy to know they are at the Woodlands mrt pasar malam for the month of Ramadan. Sold out pretty fast! Chicken masala was good too but definitely SKIP the fried chicken. It was tough and overly salty.

Food is excellent! The briyani rice is very fluffy & light. Lambshank briyani is superb. The meat is very tender & falls off d bone. It is more than enough for 2 to 3 pax & is super worth the price!!! Best part, the customer service is amazing!! Fast replies & very accommodating to my requests! Will definitely buy from Ajmir again!

We ordered 2 lambshank briyani. Rice portion was sufficient for 2-3pax. It was fragrant and flavourful. However, we were disappointed with the size of the lambshank. It was more of a L size than XXL as advertised! Enough for 1 pax only. Perhaps it was a promo and thus slightly cheaper, hence the lambshank was smaller. We didn't have a satisfying meal as a result.

One.of the best Briyani in Singapore.The mutton,lamb and chicken were so tender and soft.Basmathi rice were long and soft.I'm have been orders almost every month either for myself or treat my close relatives or family members.Must try.

I placed an order of lamb shank briyani for 6 person for idul adha, it arrived @ 1315hrs.on 31 july 2020. Perfect timing for lunch!, and it was very delicious, the lamb shank is so tender it simply slide off the bone!. Thank you AJMIR.

I ordered the meal for 2 pax , eggs and a chicken briyani. When the food came I got a shock to see the dulang! Very tender meat. But I do hope to get some extra rice though 😊 Definitely value for money

Excellent briyani. The rice is great but the main part is the lamb. I love how soft it is and the generous amount of rempah they give is great. Will be buying again!
