Kitty and I were craving mee goreng, so we decided to try AL HABIB INDIAN MUSLIM FOOD, a place close to home. We ordered a mee goreng with egg, chicken fried rice with egg, and a kambing soup. The chicken fried rice and mee goreng were just okay – nothing special. Luckily, they were piping hot, which helped a bit. If they'd been colder, they probably would have been even more underwhelming. The chicken fried rice was a just pass. The most disappointing dish was their kambing soup. Honestly, it was the worst kambing soup I've ever had! The broth was so dilute and the kambing had no flavor. Kitty and I were really disappointed. Overall, we gave the stall a 3-star rating, mostly because of the lackluster kampung soup. The ambiance was okay, and the service was standard.

Probably the best Indian food around. Their maggi goreng, nasi goreng ikan bilis and kambing soup can never go wrong.

The rojak is good. The kway teow goreng is up there with the Haig Roads and anywhere else for that matter. I think the murtabak is good also.
