The quality of the food, the atmosphere and the cleanliness is good. Would gladly give the service 5 stars if the waiting time for the food is shorter. Be it full capacity or almost empty, the waiting time for the food is quite long

We've been a fan of Astons for some time, and Andes by Astons is equally delightful. Service was prompt and the servers were amiable in their duties. We ordered the Black Pepper Fish, Black Pepper Steak, Steak N Chicken and Chicken N Fish combos, along with mushroom soups and iced lemon teas. The serving sizes were large and splendidly prepared. Good experience, we’ll be back.

Fast casual dining. The place was quite empty on a weekday lunch hours. Food took some time to be served (~10-15mins) but still not too bad. Food quality is okay, same standard from Astons everywhere else. I always order fiery chicken because its so good and spicy. Good thing is that prices are nett and no extra gst/scv charge.

It’s been a year + since I gave a somewhat bad review to this place, I’m happy to say the change in managers and maybe staff or systems the place has become much better. I came during peak hours and the food came between 10-20 minutes. It’s quite fast. Manager is nice and not hot tempered. Thanks for the great experience and amended to 5 stars. (ORIGINAL POST 21st April 2021, 3 stars) It’s painful for me to write this as the food is decent. The manager was terrible at... well managing. We were extremely excited that astons is finally opening here but it takes out to be a sad experience (Edit 21st April The night shift manager was so much better than the aunty, will increase to 4 star, the below is the past reviews, will remove it when I come again) 1) as per all the reviews , the food takes a super duper long tome to come. 2) We queued up for a table and usually astons would require to pay at the counter before ordering. They escorted us to the table and then told us we would have to queue again to order the food... this took up quite some time as both the queue and the people seated would have to fight for the same line and such a waste of time Won’t come here again unless they fixed their stuff. By the way it’s 3 weeks since they opened they should have found out their issues by now Will come back next month and I may change the review.

Used to think the mac & cheese are standardised and taste good at all Aston outlets but so much at this one. Potato salad and steak are still within expectation though.

Ordered food and waited 40min before it arrived on the table. Pretty sure if I order grabfood from this store and self-collect I would have gotten it in 10 minutes. Food keep coming out of the kitchen but all takeaway while whole restaurant sit waiting without food. Overstaffed with servers standing around with no food to serve inside the restaurant. Food is alright.

How exciting Eastpoint mall has become, within a week between each other are 2 well known brands, Burger King just a free shops away and now an extremely popular Singaporean owned taste bud raiser. Aston's Well loved by locals and foreigners alike
