Half spring chicken ala carte $10.80. Worth trying, not overly seasoned, with mild spices. Like the coleslaw more than the mashed potatoes.

The last time I was at this outlet the whole chicken was only $10.80 but guess what? despite it now being $18.80, the taste has gotten worse. every bite of Arnold's fried chicken used to be satisfying but I was shocked when I received mine. the fries were all sticking together as if fried twice. the chicken was quite tasteless. $34 alone. not really worth it

This place has a cinema upstairs and where else can we have a great meal ? Drop in after a good movie and have a half spring chicken meal to cheer the moments. Indeed, the treats for myself was an enjoyment of life while we can why wait till we are not allowed to have fried good only once a while is fine.

Heading for supper? Why not, try and bite into Arnold's Fried Chicken where I went in at around 9.15 pm to get a chicken fix for one person's grumbling stomach-myself. I did not intend to eat a whole chicken meal so, in my head, I did a simple math which was to get the Popcorn Chicken with the Chicken Gravy. And I added one fried bun, to sum up. The gravy was so good that I smothered my pipping hot crispy chicken bites and man was I blown away. The fried bun gives a chewy texture in contrast to the crunchy biting of the soaked chicken chunks. I was so impressed by that. Thanks!

Nice fried chicken though its more exp than other chain. If dining in probably to queue and buy your food. Queue system is confusing.. i could order online using their qr code but i cant pick it up asap.. only at pre selected timeslot.. so i will have to wait 45min and collect at 7 instead of being able to have it earlier…?

Only my 3rd visit here. The restaurant was not crowded as we came on a weekday (Monday) afternoon. Self-service at the chilli sauce station, so you can help yourself. Place was clean and bright. Even the food trays were ok. Saw the previous few google map reviews, but it did not turn out as bad. Those who have never eaten at Arnolds Fried Chicken should not that the price point much higher than your kfc, mcdonalds and popeyes. Just 2 pieces chicken and a side already close to $10. (The coleslaw and whipped potato tasted exactly like what KFC tasted like, long ago) Acceptable to me, as we have eaten at city plaza branch for so many years. Those with a tighter budget, i will recommend chic-a-boo. A chicken restaurant under Astons group. A 2 piece meal with 2 sides and a drink will cost $9.80 (Nov 2022 price). Arnolds chicken still taste the best to me, so it's still good despite the pricing.

One of the best American style fried chicken I've tried - completely blows KFC out of the park. The chicken is super juicy and the skin is thin and crispy (and therefore not jelak). The pieces seem to be mostly thighs and drumsticks rather than breast meat which is great lol. The fries are also delicious as heck (best fast food fries I've tried other than Wendy's crisscut fries) - super fresh and soft on the inside but crispy on the outside. The downsides: they forgot to gave us the mashed potato and I only just realized this after checking their menu again, and the bun and the coleslaw are nothing to shout about (coleslaw tastes like the kfc one if you like that). Price is also quite steep for a fast food chain ($45 for the 3 person combo).

Arnold's ranks top in my list of fried chicken. Juicy, succulent and garlicky, the fried spring chicken here is so good that even the chicken breasts taste good. If you were to dine in, you'll find chicken juices on your plate at the end of your meal, it's THAT juicy. However, the fries tend to be soggy whenever I order take-out, and sometimes even when dining in. The coleslaw here is also quite ordinary. Tldr: awesome chicken + mediocre sides.

I love Arnold's fried chicken, but can no longer recommend it when they decide to screw over their customers with nonsensical pricing. Won't be back for awhile since now they want to charge extreme prices.

Excellent while hot. Don’t recommend to order for delivery too far away, will get soggy. Just note that 10pc bucket tends to have more breast meat than other parts, so was disappointed that it isn’t more distributed.

1st time trying after a lot of recommendations from friends. Indeed they don't disappoint me. The crispy fried chicken has a bit of pepper that makes it a bit spicy. I especially like the coleslaw & potato platters, which contains wedges, criss cut fries & chips. Surprise to see bandung on the menu too.
