Had no issues but as usual expect a wait for hot pot. They open very late and specials after 10:30pm. Really enjoyed the corn tomato soup and mix beef platter was a good variety. Half portions are ok for two people and still easy to over order. We managed to make our way through but super full. They have bibs to wear, which is nice. Sauce station had recommendations and good selection as well.

This place is highly recommended. The service was amazing and the food wonderful. We all thoroughly enjoying everything, very delicious. Thank you to the staff and Xiao Min who served us. The atmosphere received 4 stars because it was freezing, though the staff kindly provided us shawls.

Nice space and themed of Beauty in The Pot, comes with cute playground for kids to spend some time in while the adults enjoy the hot pot pace. Went there for our cny eve reunion dinner and staff was friendly and gave good suggestions and service. Wished they were more proactive in helping with the accurate technique of noodles as that requires a certain skills to have it at right al dente level. The tomato soup and collagen base were both great in their ways, seafood were fresh. Shabu meat cuts suffice, mushrooms were favorites amongst. Luo han drink and dessert tad too sweet for us though.

The collagen chicken broth is so good. It’s been consistent quality over the years. Don’t need to order so much food, everything else is decently average, just focus on the broth! Service was tentative. Better to eat in a group of 4-5 people so you can try more stuff and split the price of the broth. Still, expect $50 per person. Good vibe for group gathering and celebrations.

A nice place for hot pot with tasty soup. A tad expensive, but it’s part of the Paradise Group of restaurants after all. And we were paying for the ambience. Not a place I’d go to for casual dining, but for celebrations, yes. We especially love the fried beancurd skin which you dip into the soup for 3 seconds, then whip it out to eat. The result? Soft on the outside, crispy on the inside. An interesting combination that must be savoured as soon as possible, before the heat of the soup softens the rest of it 😋 My favourite part of the meal is their complimentary dessert - some iced fruity concoction that melts into a cold, sweet liquid when it meets the mouth. We even asked for a second helping of that while waiting for our bill!

The staffs were very friendly. As compared to my previous Hai Di Lao experience, I felt like the staffs here were way more sincere and friendlier too. This is my very first time here, and my prev HDL was a first time visit too. Came at like 1am ish. Ordered 3 quarter soup + sliced Spanish pork collar (full size ) + soft bone pork meat ball ( full size ) The quality of meat and soup was amazing. Got a 30$ Off $100 return voucher. All the staffs bow 90degrees to customers which I thought was amazing. Like no one does that in Singapore.. but when they did it, they really do show sincerity instead of a half hearted bow. Kudos to the hardworking staffs.

Difficult to make booking here and that is because of the seriously good food here. 4 pot in one steamboat. Soup options include the famous collagen based soap, ma lat spicy, herbal, tomato and etc. Collagen is a must try cuz it's really nice. Best steamboat ever... For now. Service is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful. They bow everytime after attending to your request.

Great place to eat steamboat. Place is very upscale and great seating plan. There is a monitor outside showing available seats if you are queueing without reservation. There are kids play arena too. Beauty In The Pot often gives promotion, because we came with $30 off voucher (minimum $100 spending). Recommend here for family meal (if you bring kids).

Am here for the service and quality food. Assortment is varied and staffs are really good. The staffs are constantly refilling your water/tea, skimming the soup to peeling the prawns for us.

One of the better steamboat places. Their collagen soup is flavourful and goes well with the fresh ingredients that they offer. Do try to make your reservation in advance as they tend to be very crowded and walk-in usually takes about 1.5-2hours on weekend.

Ordered the shark Collagen and mala soup with mix meat and some side dishes, the soup is so thick and tasty, you can feel the stickiness after drinking it, it is best you order the yuzu drink to wash it down. after eating this so you won't feel so bloated after drinking such a rich and concentrated soup

The soup as you can guess is good, it's flavourful but not too salty or spicy. The service alone is worth 5 stars, but nothings comes free. The quality of the food is premium so is the price tag. An half portion of meat would come in about 5 big slices and prawns are also 5 pieces for half portion. We were a party of 2 so we ordered about 6 dishes with 2 soup base and 2 hot fruit teas totalling S$120 including tax and service charge. Ingredients all tasted fresh so I would say it's priced accordingly. I'm not really a fan of them bowing every time they leave the table, to me it's unnecessary. Smiles and politeness is more than enough. When the prawns we ordered arrived the server asked if we would like the shells removed. Skillfully she removed the shells leaving the head intact with the body of the prawns. Prawns were very fresh. Sauces were charged at $4 per pax before tax so if you are not 1 who is a fan of dipping sauces, do voice out. The place was rather quiet when we visited at 4pm on a weekday. Food came promptly.

The food is delicious, after i visited beauty in the pot i never once thought of going back to hai di lao, legit, eventhough the service there is not up to par but the food definitely surpasses hai di lao by alot. an example would be the mala soup base, the one in hai di lao has too much oil, the one in beauty in the pot has just the right amount of oil.

Great steamboat with good service. Especially memorable are the various stock bases we can choose from, the many different sauces to go with different dishes and their specialty dish: fish cake shaped like gold fish! Cute. The server will also inform you how long to cook different ingredients to optimize the taste. Nice touch! A little weird how all the staff have to sing happy birthday every 5 minutes though 😛

A must order is their collagen soup, fried beancurd skin and fish tofu. Tomato soup is very bland compared to hai di lao so wouldn't recommend ordering it. Seems to be quite cold at this outlet so better to bring a jacket along. Have come to this outlet a few times but found the service to be quite lacking in terms of serving (to scoop the scum from the soup) especially when it's a non-peak hour.

This is an experience and the staff are great at showing you what to do. I LOVED it!!!! Mix your own contion of sauce with great signs to give to tips. Wonderful selection of condiments. Cook your meal, there are so many options!! We got the drunken prawns and they sorted it all for us. One of my favourite meals out on our trip. Bibs were an extra bonus, I tend to wear my food 😋

Must order collagen and mala soups. I like sliced beef/pork, shrimp paste, and crispy tofu skin roll with lots of veggie option. Always make a reservation in advance and most of the time it's fully booked. Minus point from service speed. I usually need to follow up for pending dishes for many times.

Foodwise all good, the soup was tasty even the mala version is edible as well, its is spicy but not that numbing spicy maybe this is to suit local tastebuds, which i prefered more. Its just that the service seems a bit rushed and not as thorough as HDL. But i came at a late night around 10 ish. Overall the food is good just the service need to be improved, be more friendly.

They provide excellent service. Quality of ingredients are great. The soups however have too much MSG in it for me. My cheeks were numb after a few spoonfuls. But if you're not intolerant to MSG, this is a great place to visit.

Book well in advance or you'll have to go at really strange hours. Amazing food and soup stock that never fails to disappoint. Love the option of the half portions so you can have more variety per stomach space. The make-your-own-sauce counter has now been updated due to the Covid situation to an order-and-they-will-make-for-you sauce that's just as good!

Service is great, staff are very attentive. Depends on what you order, average spending per pax is $35- $40. My friends and I ordered 2 soup base, with 60% vegs and 30% meat . There’s a discount right now for Citibank card holders and members, 50% on selected food items!

The place to go for a great steamboat experience! This is a branch from their OneKM outlet and they have more soup bases like tomato or herbal chicken, compared to only collagen or mala at the main outlet. A must try is their mala soup base if you're a spicy lover. We personally love the fried fish skin, pork and chives dumpling and fish dumpling. Best part is you also get a refreshing yuzu dessert to end off your meal with overall good service.

I originally wanted to have hot pot to fill my stomach, but after eating it, it really exceeded my imagination and eating became a complete enjoyment! The service here is great. The strength of this hot pot restaurant is the fresh ingredients and the great soup base. Service staff are sufficiently friendly and competent, although they could be more attentive. From my observation, it is more the lack of their number than anything else. Overall highly recommended.
