The service was great, with the cashier taking my orders! I had the knife-cut noodles, and let me tell you, they are amazing! The noodles were soft, just the way I love them, and the vegetables had a nice crunch. I wish they had given more chili, though! As a side note, maybe it was just me, but the pulled pork didn’t really pair well with the noodles. Dumplings would have been a better choice. Overall, it was a great experience with the red ambiance; I felt like I was in China!

The experience started well with excellent customer service from the senior staff and I was pleased with the dining environment, including the availability of power sockets. However, the food wasn’t hot enough and I wondered why English songs were played instead of promoting Chinese music / songs (since this is a chinese restaurant). Most disappointing was the loud and tasteless “ding-dong” sound used to call pick up orders—it felt like I was waiting my turn for a doctor consultation in a hospital.

Enjoying the proliferation of these Chinese hamburgers! Ordered the Pork Burger + spicy sour noodles + plum fizz combo. Nice crisp burger but pork filling too salty for me. Spicy sour noodles is a good to cut the richness of the pork. But it’s a**-burning kind spice 😆 Plum fizz can pass. Will be back to try the other fillings & other dishes! Don’t really know how much to rate for service since it’s self-service 😆

New taste and I’m loving it, BBQ mushroom and spicy chicken both were delicious and drink pomegranate pomelo oolong tea was just on point not too sweet. Sweet potato fries are must, would visit again to try other flavours as this time most of hot selling from the menu were already sold out.

Ordered signature pork burger and hot soya milk. Loved every bite. The bread is crispy yet soft, meat on the inside is very flavourful and a good balance of lean meat and fat. It may taste a little salty towards the end but I would still give this yummy Chinese burger a five star! Soya milk is super rich and creamy which goes very well with the burger. I wish there was a less sweet version. I will definitely come back!

Queueing for food and waiting was really fast :)) don't be intimidated by the queue! The signature pork fried burger tastes so good! Salty, tender pulled pork wrapped in crispy fried burger. The sour and spicy noodle was reaaaally nice too! Fragrant soup with chewy potato noodles yum. Big shoutout to their pomegranate oolong tea. Really fragrant with the scent of tea. Tastes like a starbucks hibiscus tea. We bought 1 combo for 2 people for $13 cause it seemed quite a lot haha. In the end it wasn't filling enough 😭 We were awkwardly 3/4 full. But if we order one whole combo it'll be too much uknow. Next time we will order 1 whole combo + 1 more burger and itll be both perfect AND affordable! Also the establishment was playing weird english songs? There was a lot of soul, r&b, and rap that doesn't fit the concept of the restaurant :( I rather they play some Chinese songs you know. Also lastly, I don't like how its all disposable stuff :(

Love the fast food concept. Wide range of dishes for us to choose from the menu and each of the them is very tasty. Specially recommending their signature crispy pork bun, sesame cold noodles and hot and sour glass noodles. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. All in all enjoyed the experience and will patronise again.

Nice outlet to try burger which is more of a bun, something unique with lots of variety. A bit pricy but located in NEX mall. Portion a but small for one person. Yet nice !!

Very unique kind of food in local context, price is reasonable and it tastes good. The operation is very efficient and it has the the quality and quantity. Recommended.

There is ample space between tables back to back but not tables beside each other. I don’t mind picking up the food, but there is only one screen showing the orders ready for pickup. The space in front of the screen is narrow which is not good if there is a crowd. The food is quickly done. The drinks and crispy entrees are good in their own rights, especially the skin of the crispy entrees. The noodles have variety in shapes. However, the noodles are not for those weak to spice. If it does not have chili oil, it is not very tasty. The music being played in the store is popular and well known among youngsters. Some foods aren’t available such as the nuggets and sesame cold noodles which is a huge shame that I could not try it. Overall, Bingz feels like a Chinese fast food place.

Most people would find the food here rather bland but I really quite enjoy the food and I've been here multiple times. It's a far cry from the super spicy, salty and oily Chinese cuisine. It seems they have tweaked the recipe to suit local taste and totally embraced MOH guidelines for healthy eating (less salt, sugar and oil). As I see it, you either hate it or love it. I happen to love it but also see that not many people agree with me 😆

Tasty food so have been visiting repeatedly especially for the noodles and tofu pudding. Friendly staff as well. Expect to wait during peak hours. Sometimes I buy takeaway too but it isn’t good that soup cannot be separated so the noodles get soggy by the time I reach home. Hope they can do something about buying takeaway for noodles with soup.

The veggie burger is soooo salty, it feels the salt bottle broke when they were seasoning it and mixed it in anyways. Apart from that the cold noodles were nice as the sauce was prepackaged. the soymilk is nice too, not too sweet and is not watered down. Apart frm the salty salty filling which i hope is an exception, the place seems ok
