Food is great. But the carrot was abit too hard. I love the chicken, steak tibs and fish fillet. Will definitely come again. The service staff was very attentive and came often to clear empty plates and ask if we needed assistance.

Ordered: - 1 x Sirloin Steak with a free lunch deal of soup and drinks for $16.5 Great value for money at an air-conditioned place. The price of the steak with the lunch deal is affordable, comparable to those in a coffee shop. The taste of the steak is above average and perfectly cooked to medium rare. Recommended if you're here for lunch!

I've walked past this cafe several times but this was my first time actually dining in. We were pleasantly surprised by the sheer variety offered. The food was also reasonably priced and the portions were generous. I had the BBQ chicken with baked potato and fries. I loved how juicy the chicken was. The fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, yum!

I had been to Buddy Hoagies a few times, with family, friends or colleagues. This time was with colleagues at Djitsun Mall AMK. A great place if there are 7-8 persons. Will have enough seats. The double chicken meats set is a value for money meal, especially you are a big eater. Do try out

12/10/2022 : Ordered rosti w grill chicken. Comes with soup and drink (weekday deal). Soup and sauce was a bit watery. Other than that food is great as usual. Attentive staff, appreciate Ms/Mrs. Kimberly. Kind enough to give me the drink for take away. Tables were immediately cleaned after customer leaves. Date : It was not crowded when I went. The grilled chicken was nice. Rosti was crispy on the outside. Brownie with vanilla ice cream was good too. Attentive staff, appreciate Ms/Mrs. Jia Xuan.

Dining environment is pleasant. Ordered Rosti n Sausage and make it a set with mushroom soup and root beer. Added a onion rings basket. Overall food is good and value for money. However root beer is served 3/4 full and scoop of ice cream is small. Hope that this can be improved.

Nice Western food for the price at a restaurant, has promotions for lunch but went there for dinner so it was quiet and not so crowded, suitable for small group gatherings and family, kids get apple juice when they order from the kids menu. Spacious and good lighting, water is self serve and you can pick either hot or cold water from the dispenser. Ordered the chicken baked rice while my friend picked the steak. Her steak was juicy and the doneness was medium just as she requested. I enjoyed the cheesy chicken bake rice, as I find the rice fragrant and the cheese went well with it. Desserts wise they have a couple of interesting choices, drinks as well but we were rushing off elsewhere so if you have time and just want to chill at the restaurant you could order dessert and drinks to share. Service staff were friendly and nice. Overall a pleasant experience. The food is homely and will visit again.

A 10-15mins walk from AMK Station, located in Ditjsun Mall. First time there and I love the food there! The staffs are also friendly and quick to serve. Got the Double up black pepper grilled chicken and the fried one. The portion was pretty big compare to Astons! It was very filling for both me and my bf. We also got the tom yum crab pasta which is very creamy and has the subtle tom yum taste and it is not overwhelming compared to other Tom Yum pasta. We both added $6 for the set meal (mushroom/minestrone soup , garlic bread and root beer float). Overall the dining in was a pretty good experience. There's GST and service charges but compare to other Western restaurants it is still affordable. Can get the double up chicken and share with your other half too! Would definitely go back!

The price for the food is definitely one of the most reasonably priced western food restaurants in the town. The quality is there too and for the price I am paying for it, definitely supportive of this restaurant and will visit again and regularly. Good place to catch up with friends or family.

First time trying out this outlet in Djitsun Mall. The one at Kovan was fine. Must compliment the staff for fast and good service even it was a Sunday evening. Food was good and not too expensive. We had 2 combo meals and pizza for only about $53 including tax. Will definitely come again for meals soon.

Pasta is quite good, but the prawn is stuck to its shell & hard to deshell. The brownie ice cream dessert - the brownie is too sweet; it needs the ice cream to dilute the sweetness. Unfortunately Buddy Hoagies had removed waffles from its menu, which was one of the highlights for visiting. It’s disappointing and we might not be going out of our way to visit it as a result.

Nice food! Very old school western food, like those that were widely available in SG. Very similar to swensen’s. Good value for money, would recommend! Nice environment for families, there is a little play corner to keep the little ones entertained.

I ordered Flamed Grilled Chicken with 2 sides - baked potato and hot veggies. The highlight is the flamed grilled chicken with the tic tac toe marks - they make you wanna play with it. But my stomach said, "Feed me!" So I did. And lovin' it (even without the chicken gravy). By the way, don't get fooled by the thin looking chicken meat. It has no skin or fatty parts so you are getting real flame grilled meat. I wish I have 1 more stomach within me for another piece of chicken!

Acceptable alternative to Aston's, had a similar double up chicken - Fiery & Fried. The spicy could be spicier but the fried chicken was excellent with a thinner batter. I would suggest to pick something else other than garden veggie but there are limited options. You can also try the Mac & Cheese which is sufficiently flavoured and not too salty. The restaurant gives the old school vibes with relatively comfortable chairs and huge tables.

Went on 23 March 2018, should be a Friday night. First time trying out the food and what a pleasant surprise I got! Ordered steak for $13.90 which was very affordable and tasted wonderful. The staff were what made the experience better. The ambience of the restaurant was great, gave off very relaxing and chill vibes. The crew looked close to one another and were laughing and were genuinely happy. Most restaurants I go too, the staff are cold to one another or forcing a smile, whereas the staff in this restaurant look happy to be working with one another. Kudos to the manager who made sure a close bond has to be made between coworkers. Was a great find and will be back again.
