Good place to chill and staff are friendly

I am a regular customer at this outlet. Waiting time for food order can be quite long even on less crowded days. But what irks me is the state of cleanliness and disorganization. It is not obvious if you are seated in the main area. However whenever I am seated at the back, I would notice the floor is littered with bits and pieces of food. It seems that the floor is never being swept at all! I didn't take a photo just yet. I would at my next visit and post it here again. But I hope that would not be necessary if BK would clean up. There are chairs stacked at the back. Not only this takes away space otherwise used for customers, it also posed danger. At any time, I feel the chairs are in the position of falling down. These chairs could just be stored away at their facility centre.

If an operation can deliver quality consistently, then the battle is more than half won with me. This is fast food after all and expectations should be managed accordingly. If it’s hot, tasty and fills you up, you’ve already gotten what you paid for. This outlet at One@Kent Ridge delivers on all those counts. They’ve done well as evidenced by the expansion into the space across the way that used to be occupied by Paris Miki. Kudos to the King at One@Kent Ridge!

It's Burger King....but in a hospital! What more do you need, if you have a heart attack from eating 200 burgers you are in the right place. Or if you are on a diet you can eat your double maxi Whopper with giant fries and chicken drumlets, then run upstairs and say "I overdosed and need my stomach pumped" (just don't tell then what you overdosed on)...bk tastes better than McDonald's and always will....no argument (apart from their fries) ... It's great that you can enjoy food in the company of sick people and remind yourself life is great.. or if you are a sick person you can remind yourself in the company of unsick people that life will hopefully get better again (but maybe only if you eat less burgers).

The place is a little small hence it may be tough to get a seat during lunch time. Staff are friendly and there are also kiosks available for those who prefer to self-order.
