The staff here ever friendly. They always have a good smile and greet us, making sure we receive our food on time. The food is here great too, there are variety of choices and the burgers are fantastic! Rightly claimed the name "burger king". Thanks for the food and hospitality!

If you are looking for job you can see my photos. The food is average. I like the drumlets. This outlet is cozy, less crowded during weekdays and sometime weekends. Ordering is not as convenient as Mac that can order from phone and serve food to your table. Clean restaurant.

We had breakfast at this Restaurant on a Sunday morning around 9am. Pretty empty in the Restaurant. Foods were good and served fast. Counter Staffs were friendly. Restaurant cosy and clean. Worth dropping by for a meal.

Had the 1 for 1 whooper Junior and the 1 for 1 hash brown. I prefer the regular whooper and won't be ordering the junior in future. Hash brown is nice and easy to eat. Service is quick as there was no other customer when I was there.

I frequent this place because it is near to my place. Noticed that recently there is this indian man which i assume the supervisor and he is quite rude. First i saw him scolding one of the elderly worker not allowing her to eat outside the dining area which i assume she was on her break. Today i was there, he SHOUTED rudely and repeatedly when the order is ready. A while ago, there was this elderly woman who told him he did wrong order, and he just showed his attitude. Not a way of customer service. You all need to talk to this employee.

This was an outlet which was different compared to the one's i went. They paid attention to my special request and made my order shrimp beef perfectly with extra sauce as requested. Kudos to the employee Yaccoob who took my order and delivered as requested.

The automated kiosks are much better than McDonald's in terms of ordering sequence and placing order via the kiosks is a breeze. The outlet is kept squeaky clean by a team of committed staff even during peak hours when Grab and Panda riders congregate at the lobby in the most orderly way I have ever encountered in any fast food restaurants. The staff are mostly cordial in service which, to their credit, belie their youthful exuberance. The trainers at the HQ deserve a pat on their shoulders. However, the HQ needs to put some attention on the hardware. The WMF super-automatic espresso machine has been out of order for weeks, and for those craving for some Hot Latte and Cappuccino, you will have to stay put with Brewed Coffee for the time being until the HQ gets to read this review.

Had a great experience at Pasir Ris Branch. The Manager Maria is very accomodating and very warm. Order came exactly how I wanted and very patient despite numerous times I asked for condiments. Kudos to BK for having a Manager like her.

For a first time visit, the place is really beautiful and eye catching. It’s spacious with a lot of seats to sit at. There are some pretty cool posters of burger ingredients around the restaurant too. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drinks that aren’t served at your ordinary fast food restaurant for example the Fanta. Looking at the work environment, it’s well organised and very tidy with air conditioning. If I had to critique on one thing, it’ll be the price of some of the burgers cause holy moly it’s expensive. Other than that, the staff are friendly and overall, an enjoyable lunch experience eating here.
