H. H.Order at the self-service kiosk if you want to use a coupon. Witness how the staff handled the peak hour rush. During dinner time, orders spiked, but the staff did their best to fulfill orders and serve customers. Kudos to the team! They managed to clear orders promptly. The food was great. Highly recommended!
c. l.Bought breakfast from Shopee during sale. Had problem while redeeming at Tampines Mall branch. Happy with SEELAN assistance on redemption procedure.
n.service and atmosphere was relatively good. I received my food (fish burger meal) relatively quick while they got a bunch of orders after mine so props to them for acting quick. Not sure whether just for this outlet but i got the cheese fries, but portion was small and the cheese tasted off, and nothing like nacho cheese, could be the brand but it was weird. Fish burger was average but felt that it didnt taste as good as it was before. Abit pricey in my opinion

J. Y.The Indian guy I suppose is the manager at the order counter was polite n efficient. I have to say efficient because clearly they are under staff as patrons all came at almost the same time n he managed it well. Nice breakfast!

Though once I was given an uncooked chicken burger, the overall experience was still good. The manager offered to replace a new burger which I declined.
The guy manager and the counter chinese auntie are the usual staffs that always attend to me- very friendly.

G. L.Love the crossandwich for breakfast. Waiting time was a little long, not to sure if it's due to it being a weekend. But we felt that there could be a better way to manage between taking orders and putting the food on the trays. We saw one staff having to manage all of this by herself. Lucky thing is we didn't see customers moving out from the queue, guess everyone has alot more time on their side during the weekends.
T.As a vegeterian, Burger King is the preference to McDonald's or any other fast food because of the good veggie burgers. Fries are very good, but obviously not as good as McDonald's. Drink choice is diverse and onion rings are very cool. Thank you Burger King, very cool.
J. L.I love how friendly the staff members were, they were quite polite and the service was very fast! I only had to wait 6 minutes for my food to arrive!
They were also very kind in their service as when I asked one staff member to help get me some chili sauce, they did it at once with haste.
