Reviews of Burger & Lobster Jewel Changi Airport
I had an exceptional dining experience at Burger & Lobster at Jewel on July 14th. The 2.1 kg jumbo lobster was outstanding - incredibly juicy and flavorful! The combo with two classic lobster rolls was also a hit, plenty for our group of five. What truly made our evening special was the exceptional service from Jozef and Esther. Jozef went above and beyond, even offering to help us deshell our lobster, making us feel like VIPs. Both Jozef and Esther were friendly, attentive, and provided great recommendations. Thank you both for making our dinner so memorable. I'll definitely be back!
Brought the family here for dinner after having drinks nearby on the same level.
One of the best places to dine at in Jewel.
Context - it is on the pricier side but the value for what you pay for, is definitely there.
We ordered the set for 4 pax (I think) and it was very filling.
The lobster was well cooked and not tough.
The burger was probably one of the best we have had in Singapore.
The lobster rolls were very tasty.
The staff were super friendly and helpful as well, always checking in to make sure we were ok and on the food.
Also check out the iced lemon tea - super nice presentation.
Note the happy hour drinks are also very well priced.
Will be coming back for sure!
I absolutely loved my recent visit to this restaurant. Exceptional service. The food here is simply outstanding, particularly the calamari and prawn dishes, which are the stars of the show. Although the menu doesn't offer an extensive variety of options, every dish we tried was exceptionally flavorful and well-presented. The standout favourites were undoubtedly the calamari and the prawns, both of which were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning. The atmosphere of the restaurant adds to the overall dining experience inviting and nicely decorated, creating a warm and pleasant ambience that’s ideal for both relaxing family dinners and romantic evenings. The corkage fee is $50, which is worth considering if you plan to bring your own bottle. Overall, this place is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality seafood and burgers and a great dining environment.
Stick to the classics!
We dined at this restaurant located at both Raffles Hotel and Changi Airport. The classic lobster rolls we sampled were incredibly delicious, and there's a reason they are considered classics. Packed with flavorful sauce, nestled in a buttery toasted brioche bun, and drizzled with a lemon butter sauce, these rolls were a delightful combination of tastiness, richness, and juiciness—a truly nice dish.
Furthermore, I particularly enjoyed the grilled lobster—a masterful preparation resulting in a tender, sweet lobster that made for an excellent choice for either lunch or dinner. However, during our airport visit, we decided to venture into more experimental dishes. I opted for a California roll featuring shrimp, lobster, vegetable sauce, and lightly salted cucumbers. Unfortunately, the salad mixture with shrimp and lobster was excessively cold, creating a stark contrast with the soft, delicate brioche bun. The overall flavor profile was muddled, dominated by the taste of cucumbers and mayonnaise. I strongly advise against this choice—opt for the classic lobster roll instead, and if preferred, ask for a slight warming to enhance the experience. Learn from my oversight and stick to the classics; avoid experimentation in this case.
The burger failed to impress. It appears that burgers might not be their specialty, given the thin patty that further thins out towards the center, resulting in dry meat. While the sauces provided some redemption, the overall experience was rather mediocre. Singapore offers better burger options elsewhere.
In conclusion, embrace the classics and savor your time at this establishment!
My first trip in Singapore, our limousine driver bring us here a wonderful restaurant @burger &lobster in changi jewel. The staff served us as a vvip customer.Specially the staff to recommend us a fresh jumbo lobster 2kg and to provide a good skill to deshell. The jumbo lobster incredibly juicy and flavorful!! The classic lobster roll and the sides taste also amazing !! Really lovely the staff and food here.Thank you for making our trip in Singapore so memorable.
Had a client lunch last Thursday
Ordered lobster & beef burger (hence the name of the shop). Think the lobster tail is smaller than years ago :( Burger wise juicy beef and yummy so not too bad
Loved the service a lot as the servers were attentive to our needs and accommodated to our seat requests.
Venue wise the scenery was great! Just quite noisy with the waterfall so we had to talk loudly to hear each other.
My friend had a reservation here for dinner. So I'm not sure about queue time etc. if you would want a guaranteed seat, do reserve in advance.
I came here to eat for the first time, and it's a very nice looking place to dine in! We were glad to be brought up to the "roof top" seats. The seats were comfy and the view was pretty. Also when we were there, the other seats were empty so it was like we had the whole place to ourselves. Even when there were others you hardly hear anything and the seating is well placed, such that you won't even notice when there's other customers in the other seats. It's a very nice place.
The food was great too.
I had the original lobster roll and the bread and lobster all tasted good. The lobster meat is abundant in the dish we had. The sauce was also tasty to eat with the roll. Salad is good too! We had truffle fries by the side which had a generous amount of seasoning too.
The staff who served us on the roof was very friendly and nice too! They kept coming over to help refill our water when the water is still half full, without us asking.
There was one who was stationed there and one who came up to let us know that they are closing the roof for guests as there's not enough manpower and need to collect the payment, but he was also kind enough to let us know that we can continue sitting here. We didn't even notice the other seats had customers who came and went.
Starting off with the original lobster roll, I have to say that it was absolutely delicious. The lobster meat was cooked to perfection and was incredibly succulent and flavorful. The brioche bun provided the perfect texture to complement the lobster meat, and the Lemon Butter Garlic sauce gave the lobster meat an extra buttery, yet refreshing taste!
When comparing Burger & Lobster's original lobster roll to Luke's Lobster, I have to say that Luke's Lobster's roll comes out on top (my personal preference). However, that is not to say that Burger & Lobster's roll is any less delicious - it is definitely a close second and is still definitely worth trying!
Moving on to the fries, I have to say that the sweet potato fries at Burger & Lobster were absolutely amazing. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and had the perfect amount of seasoning to really bring out the flavor of the sweet potato. The truffle fries were also fantastic - the truffle oil was not overpowering and added a nice touch of decadence to the dish. Finally, the regular fries were also great - crispy and well-seasoned.
Overall, I would highly recommend Burger & Lobster at Jewel Changi airport for anyone looking for a delicious meal. My kids enjoyed their burgers! The lobster roll is definitely a must-try, and the fries are also fantastic. While Luke's Lobster's roll may come out on top, Burger & Lobster still offers an amazing culinary experience and is definitely worth a visit. The service is also top-notch, with friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your dining experience is enjoyable.
Had the combo for 4 shared among 5 people. This provides one lobster (grilled/steamed) and a limited choice of 4 mains.
The fries were a bit too salty but were nice and crispy. Lobster rolls were quite good but a bit expensive for my taste. Beef dishes are nothing special here.
Staff are very attentive to refilling your water and clearing your plates here.
Atmosphere was quite dark, might be romantic for a date night?
The place is comfortable, but being beside the waterfall/fountain in Jewel, it is a bit difficult to speak unless I basically shout.
The food was sub-par, with the lobster not being particularly flavorful. Moreover, the burger was not that good, with there being too much bread, and not enough meat (B&L beast burger). The only dish that stood out was there lobster roll, which was flavorful, and had a good bread-to-lobster ratio.
The service however, was very good. The waitress was very attentive, and very polite. She was also very helpful, and was knowledgeable about the menu.
Overall, I would not come back to dine here, especiay considering the price [approximately $80/pax]
It is always a good experience coming to the Jewel outlet.
This time was even better.
Jozef noted that I had sprain my wrist and offer to help us take the meat out from the lobster!
I forget to take a photo of how much meat was extracted.
He also taught us how to get the most out of the lobster.
As usual, the lobster roll is great.
Too bad there is just too much salad and fries. Luckily we could take away!
1) Great view and atmosphere due to its surrounding
2) Food
- lobster roll is juicy - 4 star
- Mayfair beef burger - 3 star, would go for shack burger instead
- sweet potato fries - should not go wrong - 4 star
3) Service - expected better service. We were waiting at the entrance, staff walk up and down seeing us standing there though we had made reservations in advance. Staff probably had too much to wash/clean up but yet not wearing an apron - her clothes was wet with the obvious water stain. Lastly, unfriendly for a place in Jewel. Expected more than this.
Taste was good however lobster meat was dry and not fleshy. Staff service was good and accomodating.
Definitely a great location in Jewel with stunning views of the world's most beautiful airport. The food is...OK. Nothing special, and certainly nothing I would bother to wait in line for, but it wasn't bad. The burger was smaller than I expected, and quite mediocre. The only super tasty item that we had was the sauce that came with the lobster roll. There was a foreign strand of hair, which dangled from inside my burger. I informed the staff about it, and they had it replaced. The service was good, and our server kept checking back with us if everything was OK, so they've got that down. In summary, great service, good views, OK food.
Never had lobster this way and in such quality. Restaurant got recommended to us and i see the reason. We got Truffle and sweet potato fries. Really good side dishes. Additionally we hat the beast burger, the avocado burger, a original lobster roll, the California lobster roll and the surf and turf roll. Not one single dish was bad. It tasted amazing. Price is alright for singapur.
The lobster & lobster roll was very good. The staff was very helpful & friendly. Worth paying a visit.
You can find this at the top floor of changi airport 5th floor or top floor I cant remember. We planned to go to shake shack but since we are in the area why not try something different. I saw the post and pics on their web site and it was appetizing so there, we made our way up and tried it. The restaurant is cozy you can see the jewels top view (it was the perfect spot to hang around) the service crew are helpful, courteous and kind. We even met the owner I think and it was a pleasure. Over all it was a 5 star rating for service but also overall 3 star fri taste. The burgers are good looking but for my taste it was bland. We ordered the B&L beast burger the serving great big burger patty and the portion of lobster is good but not consistent (we ordered 3 burgers, each of the burgers has different portion of lobster) it has a chunk of cheese (also bland if its an aged cheddar) It’s quiet expensive compared to the taste. I if i am paying a s$40+ for a single I expected it ti be juicy and tasty. We ordered 3 burgers with different style of cooking (medium rare, medium and medium well) and they got it right. Also the sides are great specially the truffle fries. I planned to try this again but hopefully Ill get a better taste.
I’ve been here on two occasions. Once to try the lobster and another to try the burger. I definitely won’t say the food is bad but I think I just cannot appreciate the taste of lobster. I’ve never eaten a lobster and thought yes my $60 was well spent. I guess the ambience is really quite nice so you’re paying for that.
B&L Beast Burger was tasty although I felt that the lobster inside did not add any value to the taste. It was $23 without any sides. Fries are $5 for normal ones and $7 for truffle fries. Desserts are tiny... $8 for that cheesecake that is smaller than my palm. Nevertheless, cheesecake was very cheesy and not too sweet so it was an enjoyable dessert.
Additional star for impressive customer service. Friendly and attentive staff. They were willing to help us take a few photos and helped us with the logistics for our birthday cake (ie stored it for us and served it for us). Water was constantly refilled once we ran out. Really appreciated that.
If you love burgers or lobster rolls, this is one of the recommend restaurant to visit in Singapore. The restaurant is located at Jewel @ Changi Airport and is in the same floor as Canopy Park, where you can enjoy the relaxing environment. Ordered an avocado burger and a B&L burger and both tasted good. Unfortunately they ran out of the lobster roll, which is my favorite. Would also recommend sweet potato fries for the side.
This restaurant is very popular with its guests, especially on a Friday evening. We had to try our luck with a last minute walk-in without reservation during peak dinner time and had to wait for 40 minutes before we were ushered in. But we did not regret the waiting.
First, we love lobsters and that’s why we are here. Wanted to order their Starters Pan-Fried King Prawns but they were out of stock. So we zoomed in to order 2 sets of Grilled Classic Whole Lobster. 1 set is with their add-on Fries and Salad while the other set is with their Truffles Fries. You could smell the grilled lobsters the moment they are served to you. I have no regret ordering the grilled version. (The other is the steamed version which I tried before the pandemic.) The lobster meat is succulent and done just right. The service was also fantastic. Did you know that the waiter could help you with the removal of the lobster shell so you could just enjoy the lobster meat? Excellent! The food goes down well too with the locally brewed Freedom Craft Lager. Oh, I was also educated by the waiter that they have to be careful when handling these Atlantic Lobsters, or any other lobsters for that matter, because once they are disturbed they won’t eat any food thereafter and will just die after that. The service is really good. Will I go back again? Well, this is my 4th time eating in this restaurant. $$$$.
The best waffles and chicken I've ever had. Tried the lobster roll for the first time and absolutely loved it, straight 💯. Swapped the normal fries with the sweet potato 🍠 fries and it was a banger. Really awesome food and service. If you ever land at the Changi airport make sure to grab a bite here, you wouldn't be disappointed.
Came here for dinner on a good Friday. Lovely environment and was shown promptly to our table upon reaching during our reservation timing. The service staff were very prompt with our orders and refilling of our water. Menu was a little hard to read for first-timers, and it was rather descriptive for ingredients but not that much visually to imagine what would be served.
We got The Sharing under Combo, and for mains, we got a lobster roll and chicken waffle , half half of grilled and steamed lobster, and a side of truffle fries and salad. There were some hiccups with our main of Chicken waffles, but our server Dexter resolved it for us and was polite about it. Overall, it was still a satisfactory meal and in customer service recovery as well.
🦞 Going into the food. We highly recommend going for the lobster roll as well as the steamer half lobster. 🦞 it was juicy and very fresh. The grilled lobster has a fragrant charred flavour, but rather dry compared to the steamed one.
I rate: 5/5 🌟
🍔 The B&L Beast Burger was quite the burger with Brie cheese over the medium rare beef patty. Lobster was an interesting pairing with this. The cabbage slaw at the bottom of the patty was refreshing and helped to get rid of the heaviness.
I rate: 4/5 🌟
🍄 Sautéed mushrooms were so delightful. The generous amount of garlic and plump juicy mushrooms were such a delight.
I rate: 5/5 🌟
As romantic as dining with a scenic view, it gets really dark at where we were sitting if not for the table lamps that I placed in front of us as we deshelled the lobster. The nice waitress saw me struggling and asked if I needed deshelling service. I was unaware that such service was provided but still very comforted that it was possible. Nonetheless, I did it myself because it's an experience I like to have, haha.
Went on a Friday afternoon for lunch, short queue. As the restaurant is located at the top level, the direct sunlight may cause some seats to be warm.
Food wise, the bread was very well toasted and lobsters were good. Staff were helpful and nice.
Good service and friendly staff. We came on a Saturday evening and were surprised there wasn’t a queue. Esther, the staff who served us is really friendly and recommended the best stuff to try. With the Amex discount, the meal was worth it with 2 lobsters and a burger. Later I missed out my phone and Esther was very kind to run after me to pass it back. Overall it’s our first time but we liked the experience. For the full price, I might say it’s a little overpriced. The lobsters are fresh and nice still and the burger patty tasted great. Good experience! Thanks Esther !
Very JUICY lobster. This will set you back around 60++ for 2 pax but this will be a good lobster fix if you crave for lobster. Nicely plated but the salad and fries were normal. Would suggest to try out something more exciting to entice more customers. The staff were very attentive and even helped to refill our water when they noticed it. Overall good experience!
Customer service is excellent, food is beyond my expectation, it was really good.I like the atmosphere as well, very nice and romantic. Surely we will be back again. Highly recommended 😊
The service is top notch and the food is great. Took the combo which comes with 2 burgers, 1 lobster, fries and salad on the side. Upgrade 1 of the burger to lobster rolls and never regret it. The lobster roll was favourful and filling while the Mayfair burger was delicious cooked to perfection at medium. The grilled lobster was bouncy and tasty. Ordered the pineapple iced tea mocktail and surprised that it came in a bag. Overall a wonderful experience over looking the waterfall at Jewel Changi. The only downside is the price of this experience.
Quite crowded need to take queue number.
Fresh lobsters! Great place to chill with friends for a great dinner. Served by a friendly and attentive waitress. Sounds like Malaysian. Thank you for making our visit a great one.
Very good service, crowded yet prompt. Will recommend their restaurant but cuttlefish is a little underwhelmed as it tasted uncooked. They were nice enough to waived offf. Sweet potato fries is a must try and the rest is enjoyable. Will recommend
Atmosphere: 5/5
Much better than Raffles hotel. :) it's a lovely place to dine and dwell. I'll hang out here again by myself to enjoy the view and food.
Service: 4/5
No queue but waiting to get their attention seems looooong. But once you get in, service was fast.
Food: 555
Oh how I enjoyed the lobster roll! No more calamari... but whyyy?
Cost: $50++ , 1pax, 30min
I'll be back to eat again.
Located at level 5 of Jewel.
Wanted to make a reservation the day before with my friend NGSS. But was told that the restaurant was fully booked. I could come down to wait for an empty table if available.
When I reached, was informed of an estimated time of 45mins. Thankful, I got a table in less than 2 mins.
The service standards given by the staffs were excellent. From attending to me when I was queueing up, to ordering food, to serving and including bill payment, the service was great. Not forgetIng the constant re-filling of water.
The food was excellent. Ordered the Original Lobster Roll and also a Lobster (great to be given the option to steam half of it, and to grill half of it).
The fries wasn’t oily, one of the best fries that I ever had. Next to comment was the lobster roll, quite a lot of lobster meat, and the bread was amazingly delicious.
In the end, I had to order another Lobster Roll set to satisfy my craving.
For the drinks, I ordered the blacktea with pineapple, did find it a bit sour.
And there was no menu for it, had to scan the QR code to get the menu.
Overall experience excellent!
Would be visiting again real soon!
This is my 2nd time having the lobster burger. 1st time was during circuit breaker where we ordered take away. This time we had to try it since we were at Jewel. We were early and lucky to get a table. Ordered thier original lobster with fries and had a old fashion. Both food and service was good and up to the expectation. Will be back.
Nice location on top of jewel waterfall very cool and green ambiance. Open-air space w aircon is nowhere else to find. Food is fantastic. Recommend the burger with grilled lobster for sharing, great value best of two worlds. Book early as the seats are always full, alternatively walk in by 11am is also good choice. Bon appetite!
Came here before a flight out … had the lobster trio, which was great. And the burger was lovely as well. The perfect sharing meal.
Aug 2019. I literally queued for 1.5hr from 5pm.
It didn't disappoint us. The lobster sandwich was buttery, but the real treat was the grilled lobster. Nothing beat the original flavour seasoned with only its freshness.
The dessert didn't score in me. The cake soaked up all the sugary treated milk, it was too unbearably sweet to force it down the body.
And here for lunch with wifey, avoiding dinner crowd. Ordered the classic lobster and the lobster laksa. Good sized wild caught live lobster cooked just right. Delicious! The laksa is a little hilarious, more of a lobster plus noodles rather than noodles plus lobster. Also ordered the salted egg calamari and smaller than expected dessert 😂.
Overall a refreshing atmosphere with the view of airport control tower and the awe inspiring waterfall at Jewel.
Update: we went on the 30th of April, before they were ordered to close until further notice due to people getting sick after eating here.
Original review:
The food was good, the lobster with noodles portion we ordered was a bit small. The vibe was nice with the rain vortex sounds.
You get a plastic gloves and cover if you ordered lobster, which was nice because in the end, your hands are clean.
Wish we had a more open table because ours was semi blocked by one of the pillars.
Make sure you ask for it when you make reservations.
As always, the staff were friendly and attentive. We were given a complimentary plate of salted egg calamaris/ sotong as it was my birthday - yummy! We ordered a fair bit of food and were thrilled by the recommendations. The sauces that accompanied the 2.1kg boston lobster really took us by surprise, namely the laksa and sambal (chilli crab sauce) as they tasted as authentic as the original dishes! Much love! We also had 4 side dishes - sweet potato fries, truffle fries, mushrooms and salad (all came with the lobster) - and portions were just right! We couldnt leave B&L without having our lobter rolls of course but had to pack them home as there was indeed a lot to eat between us two.
Food, service and ambience were amazing. Will definitely be back
It was interesting. It has a beautiful atmosphere where.its a restuarant and they took full advantage of it.Many working aged adults do come with their dates for a fulfilling night. And people go there to drink as well. Though the food was a slight let down. It was not as good as I expected as the lobster was bland, no flavors that "hit the spot". However, the burgers were fantastic and the chefs can adjust the wellness of the meat. Hopefully my experience next time will be more better, especially the lobster
Did not wait long for a table but we did go before 12pm. Lobster buns were very fresh and delicious. The sauce that comes with the bun for dipping or pouring is really good. You can upgrade the salad to truffle fries by paying extra. Drinks were different and interesting
My family were there for dinner on Aug 8th, our 3rd visits to this outlet at Jewel. We love this outlet for their excellent customers services and delicious lobsters and burgers. As a family of four, we decided to go for the large lobster, termed as "big boy" by the staffs there. I must say that we were lucky to be served by Razi. He explained the differences between the smaller and larger lobsters, and helped us to estimate the size that will be sufficient for a family of 3 adults and 1 teenager. What blown us away was that Razi gone the extra mile in customers services by showing and helping us to break open the large and hard shells, and extracted the meat easily for us after he seen us struggling. (Trust me, it's really very difficult to use the small shell cracker tool to crack such a large and hard shell). The restaurant is indeed lucky to have Razi with them. Great job Razi!
Staffs were friendly, recommended me the recent imported giant lobster and set menus. The meals were delicious except that the lobster meats were too little for 8 people ( ordered two more smaller size lobster), meals were slightly overpriced but for the ambiance, it is worth for a try.
Went down to Jewel, hoping there is no queue.
And Yes! Jewel was quite empty.
Dinner at Burger&Lobster.
Lobster was well cooked, it wasn't too tough and still has a good chew for both the steam and grilled. Savoury and yummy.
Ordered both their signature beef burgers. It was tasty and well seasoned but beer patties was a bit well done. It wasn't the medium rare I ordered.
Drinks were average.
Service great and atmosphere was terrific.
Overall: 7/10
Try it if you are around for some beef and seafood.

Finally tried after the crowd died down. Ordered the pax for 2 but honestly... not worth it to me. The lobster was small and not as meaty considering the price. Sides were so little as well. Lava cake was just lava cake.
The lobster sandwich was good though, the beef burger was meh. But i will consider going back just to eat their lobster sandwich which seems to be better priced.
The lobster rolls are delicious! Service by Mikee is good! We had a table near the bridge- the view and ambience are excellent! Coffee came in rather small cups though.
You know that feeling right? The one that "just makes your day after a super satisfying meal" kinda feel. Unfortunately that magic did not happen here. Tried the lobster roll and sautéed mushroom. The latter can be given a miss. The former, while it had fresh lobster and quite a hefty amount too, the mix just didn't do it for me. Had much much better lobster rolls in NY. Brioche was well done though. Plus point is the very good service. So 3 stars for me, this being such an 'atas' place, that comes with the full expectations of great food, ambience, service and you know, the pricey side of things.
Its located at the top floor of jewel. If you come in during the day it can get quite hot but with a nice view of the bridge and overall valley.
We ordered the bbq burger, og lobster roll and California lobster roll.
All the buns are great. The og lobster roll is most definitely more worth it than the California one despite higher price. Sgd 36 vs 26.
California lobster roll tastes more like vegetarian because we cannot really taste any lobster in it.
We asked for medium well for the burger and they deliver but it is dry. Got it for my niece but it has that beefy smell.
The service is also not great. I think they need to train their staff more. The way they speak kinda rude.
Overall the food is ok, the burger was mediocre , I've ordered medium rare , patty came out too mushy and watery .
Lobster roll was fresh same goes to the two way lobster steam and oven baked.
Truffles fries were good but just abit oily .
Service was attentive and environment was good
Came here for my colleague's birthday celebration. The whole lobster is fresh and the lobster roll is tasty. Most important is the service from the staff, Ben, is fantastic! Worth 5 star! Very helpful, enthusiastic and took initiative to prepare the birthday cake for us. 😊
Their service is good and automatically does a lot of things when the situations come.
Food is good if you like lobster but some portion can be slightly bigger. Definitely will come back again
On level 5, The Jewel waterfall in the background. Price is not for everyone but the quality and taste is worth it . Staff are fantastic and helpful
I ordered a lobster roll and it was fresh and tasty even though it was a takeaway. Will definitely go back to buy some more if I have the time. Hope they will have an outlet in Orchard too, as driving all the way to airport just to buy the food is rather troublesome and time-consuming.
We went with the combo so as to try a bit of everything. The lobster was small, but delicious! I loved their lobster roll on a toasted bun & the buttery sauce was amazing!
Visited the outlet at Jewel on New Year’s Day, 2020. Queue had started to form just before 6pm. Meal was alright, 2 of us had grilled lobster, lobster roll and king prawns with drinks. Per pax costs came up to $80+.
Service was exceptional though, lobster was serve without pick, when prompted the staff brought the pick and helped to remove the shells due to the oversight.
Good food with impeccable service. The prices are not exactly 'affordable' to be our regular meals (for our wallet size), but the crew service made us feel like a million dollars. Thank you, guys - keep up the good work!
Love the lobster roll! Generous portion of lobster meat. Just squeeze the lemon over and it is good to go. So fresh n sweet 😍
If u dun eat a lot, u can skip e fries n salad, and just get the lobster roll by itself. Vv filling
The burger was very nice and tasty. Portion was ok, but for the price, I would say , a bit smaller than I would like. Good service and nice atmosphere,
The lobster roll came with a light fluffy bun and was jam packed with succulent lobster chunks. Sweet potato fries were crispy and well salted. Some of the seats overlook the rain vortex adding sight and sound, which made it a really pleasant dining experience.
Amazing customer service and the lobster was well prepared! They grill it, split it and cut it at all the right spots to give you maximum access to all of the lobster's juicy bits!!
The garlic butter was delicious and their G&T was delicious too. Only gripe was that while the meat and the eggy portions within the lobster tasted fresh, the tail of the lobster was quite stiff and rubbery - the lobster meat itself didn't seem v well marinated. Other than that, it did seem juicy and relatively fresh!
Would still come back :)
p.s. my wife thought the burger wasn't very good.
one of the freshest and yummy lobster I have ever had in SG!😍 the lobster roll was a bomb and you can actually choose to grill/steam yr lobster 🦞 there was a combo for 2 pax which is very worth it (2 mains + drinks + dessert) 👍🏻 the waiter was so friendly to recommend us the mocktails , really compliments well with the meals and best recommended for those who can’t drink alcohol ❤️
Loved the lobster roll! Soooo delish and decadent! Kumar also gave us fantastic and fun service and recommendations! Will be back for more!
Good service. Loved Majestic Burger n lobster roll but 600g lobster served as part of sharing plate ws disappointing - better to charge more for a mixed plate with larger grilled/steamed lobster
My favorite is their Lobster Roll. It costs $40, Compared to the ones I had in London, the one I had in jewel is lesser in portion and less flavorful.
Service was pretty good though, ambience yes.
Honestly I wouldn’t think it’s worth the wait of anything more than 25 mins. Good thing is you wouldn’t need to travel out of town to get a taste.
Service staff was quite helpful. Personally prefers the Raffles Hotel outlet as it has more ambience and great vibe.
First time went here. There opened in Malaysia Genting earlier and hence a lot people had tried the food at Genting. Compare to Genting, the food here smaller portion.
Other than lobster, the menu mostly with beef. Hence, for me as a non beef taker would have lesser choice.
Ordered original lobster and lobster roll. Personally recommend for lobster roll as the taste is good.
I had reserved a seat via email with them and hence was given a seat which directly viewing the water fall of Jewel. Service is good.
Always fantastic service at this B&L Jewel outlet. Staff who showed us to our seat was so welcoming (his eyebrows were on fleek too!). Ben & Yun Han gave excellent service. We've met Ben before and he's so friendly without being too much. He always assists us to de-shell! If you like laksa, the laksa lobster was divine. It's almost like a getaway whenever we come here ✌🏼
Lobster was yummy (i prefer the grilled one instead of the steamed one, pls go for the grilled one!✨) , lobster roll was tasty (but the bread was a bit too sweet for me)
The burger was so so, please just try their lobster and the lobster roll.
Took the combo $130 for 2, but realized it is more expensive than ordered the ala carte😂
The dessert i chose the “cheese cake with raspberry” but it came out cheese tart with a raspberry jam on top😂 so misleading.
But it is forgiven bcs the staffs were friendly👍🏻
Reasonably good but no surprises. Bread roll slightly too greasy for me. My friend thought the burger was too much beef taste (what??!!) but I like it.
The Lobster was good
The Burger was good
The lemon butter sauce was god
Tried the steam lobster, and it was amazingly juicy
Recommend for patrons to eat the claws and tail of the lobster first. The claw got cold as we were saving it for last
Nice place to have lobsters and lobster rolls! I'd say the original restaurant in London is slightly better, but this location is still great.
(The french fries are sneaky good too)
Queue was fast for individual/pair diners and if you aren't fussy about which area of the restaurant you're seated at. Went there on Saturday evening around 5-6pm. Bigger groups had a longer wait. Food was really good and service was great!
Nice ambience. Lobster roll is good, filled up with lobster meat and much better than the one from Dancing Crab.
The burguer + Lobster tail was very good (the tail it's like a large shrim but very tasty)
very recommend.
quality food and best service. also good atmosphere.
Burger & Lobster located on the 5th floor of Jewel at Changi Airport. I especially had the famous original lobster roll. I had a coffee and a lobster roll, and my partner had a lobster roll with salad, french fries, and English breakfast with tea.
Needless to say, the taste is outstanding. The inside is thick, fluffy, and sweet bread coated with Japanese mayonnaise, and the outside is baked crispy with plenty of butter, making it look like a pita sandwich.Into the slot is the sweet meat of a carefully peeled lobster. It's packed. Just looking at it is bliss, and eating it is heaven. We promise you the best moment when you squeeze lemon, sprinkle garlic butter sauce on your cheeks, and stuff your mouth with it (lol)
The store staff are well-trained and all have a pleasant atmosphere. At my daughter's request, I ordered two lobster rolls to take home. I went shopping at Jewel, picked up my take-out at the agreed time, and returned safely.
Jewel also has a restaurant called Luke's & Lobster, but I thought it was more of a burger & lobster.
There is a similar restaurant in Singapore at Raffles Hotel, but I feel like this one has a better atmosphere. I don't think it can compete with the Raffles Hotel store in terms of access.
Located on the fifth floor right at the waterfall at Jewel airport..Lobster shrimp burger is fresh and super delicious
This meal is enough for 2 people, priced at S$130 excluding tax..
Beautiful space overlooking the waterfall and glass bridge.
Overall, nothing disappointed with everything ordered. The lobster is fresh and tastes delicious. The bread is also soft, the service is also very fast and friendly. Top👍
The lobster tasted good, but I ordered spicy and it was too spicy for me. Overall good. The price is not cheap either
The lobster is delicious and not fishy. The portions are also large.
The location is first-rate, the view is six-star, the service is excellent, the staff speak Chinese, the staff are lovely and kind.
The food is definitely good, and the robot taking the food to the table is great fun.
Good option for quick snacks at the airport.
