Coffee bar in Mercure hotel lobby. Stayed at the hotel 10 days and dropped my rating from 5 to 4 stars. Coffee varied from exceptional to undrinkable depending on the barista on shift. Espresso made using Dimattina beans and two of the 5+ baristas I saw working there made it better than many of the nearby hipster cafés, but the others burnt the milk, etc, so very hit and miss.
