Place: Small, quiet and nice corner. I love it 'cos it is nt crowded. You can only access Carl's Jr from the outside. There is no access from inside the mall. Food: I ordered cheese burger meal. $ 6++ for the meal but the burger was pathetic. As described by others, the patty was less than 1 cm in thickness. For the price, i guess it would be cheaper to eat Mcdonald in future. Staff: There were 2 counters when I went at 7—8pm on Sunday. The staff was pleasant and took my order quickly.

Why queue for 2 hours at shake shack when you can get decent burgers, free flow drinks and salsa with no queue? The patties tend to be a little dry but the condiments make up for it. The burgers are some of the largest around and I definitely felt stuffed after that.

Standard Carl's Jr. A bit small though. Seating area is on 2nd floor. Love the low carb version + crisscut fries~♡

Decent burger but not keen on the fact that the drink options centre around a free flow fountain that costs a bomb. The burger is fine but really a little on the expensive end. Same for the onion rings. So all in all decent burger but a little expensive. Nice seating in the KAP outlet and an acceptable crowd level but then again I was there at 3 in the afternoon.

Big burgers not so different from Burger King but at a price segment you can sort of understand why Carl’s Jr has dwindling appeal in 2023. Free flow drinks.

Carl’s Junior burgers are my favourite. First time I come to this outlet. Seating upstairs is spacious. Staff is excellent. I decided to change my order after I paid. Staff Mei Fang was very friendly to accede my request. Angus beef is juicy and tender. Enjoyed my meal here 😋🤩

expensive but the food is very nice. also a lot of variety with the burgers. some are smaller than you would expect (esp. at low price range) freeflow drinks 😁 and free salsa nice place to come generally but expect to spend $10+

Had my Carl's Jr fix after years of not having it. Was looking forward to the chilli fries, it still tastes good, but did the portion shrink?! Grease/juices were also leaking out of my burger which soiled the bag and serviettes that were provided. I can overlook the above, but what really annoyed me was how I could hear the staff making a ruckus laughing and talking loudly behind the staff only door. It's okay to relax a little, but if you're on the clock, there should be at least some professionalism?

I quite like this place! The food is somewhat expensive, but considering the large portion size, the yumminess of the food, and the free flow drinks I'd say it is very worth it! I especially adore the onion rings, they are super delicious and very legit compared to Burger King's shady looking ones lol. And while it's less important, I did love the decor and generaly interior design of the place. But a fair warning to those more susceptible to cold as this place is on the chilly side.

Went during lunchtime and it's quite a small place. The tables are mainly on the 2nd floor. Quite quiet. Saw a lot of students there studying as well. But overall like all standard Carl junior outlet. But this outlet seems more quiet so its definitely suitable for studying

Good to know Carl's Jr opened an outlet again. Always loved the thick burgers and the service! 4 stars because the waiting area at the counter is very small. Would be better to expand in the future.

Excellent customer service. Due to current pandemic, there will not be free flow drinks available. Food quality is same good standard as Star Vista branch.

Still the Carl's Jr level of quality burgers, big patties and fries all around. Free flow drinks have been removed temporarily however, so if that's your thing check back in the future!
