Ate there mid afternoon on a holiday. Not crowded yet but lots of tables were occuppied. Had the fish and chips, and shrimp pasta. The fish had a nice crust that added thickness to the fish. There were bread crumbs on top of it too for additional crunch. It was filling. The sauce for the shrimp was nice and lemony. The pasta was good too. Water was extra so we didn't get it.

First time eating here. Overall, i feel that the food was nice and portion was big for small eaters. The doneness of the steak was perfectly cooked and it was tender and juicy. We also had the mushroom soup, the portion was big and the baguette that came with the soup was nice and crispy. The signature chicken chop was great and again, huge portion. We also ordered the shoestring fries, it was not as hot as we would have liked but it was still really crispy and nice! A wallet friendly place and great for families. The wait staff were awesome too, they kept checking if our food were served or not. A shoutout to Prem, he was attentive even though he was really busy. Will definitely come back again!

Good place to go for western styled dinners. We had a good meal ordering chicken chops, pork chops, baby back ribs set meal on Christmas day. The food was quite alright and did not disappoint. Come here for your fix of western food at prices that are relatively easy on the pocket.

The atmosphere was great but unfortunately the steak we ordered came over done. Ordered Medium well, but the steak came so overcooked that there was no sight of pinkness in it. Fish and chips were good, the batter was not too thick, and the fish was flakey.

We would recommended the fish and chip, it is good!! My sirloin is overcook, more cooked than well done, i asked for medium well tho. Our took the promotion deal for an FOC snack, enough for more people to share! A little pricy tho.

I had a grilled chicken with a root beer (canned) for $20, and considering the price it's pretty good. Chicken was juicy and tender, with a crisp skin, nicely seasoned as well. The pasta was also nicely done, though it was only an aglio olio. The salad was a bit lackluster, with a few pieces of lettuce and half a slice of tomato. Sauce was superb. This is one of their cheapest meals though, so expect to spend around $30 per person. For my money though, it was well spent.

Great food!! Definitely going back for more. Huge selection on the menu which made it hard to decide, but that's a good thing. Nicely priced meals. We ordered the mixed grill, calamari appetizers and kids meals, plus carrot cake for dessert. Everything was perfect, except maybe the calamari was a little too oily. The kids meal was just right. Fries were not too oily, and the grilled fish was really good. Carrot cake was delish. The whole family loved the experience.

I would said it is the Best service despite their busyness and reasonable price for such fresh meals , good quality food as always . I have been a customer for years. Highly recommend. Such a memorable experience. Thank you Collin . God bless . Oh they give us free lychee teas too :)

The place is really nicely decorated inside, looking like a place for fine dining. My family had two pastas and two pizzas. (One not shown in the pictures). I ordered the truffle meatball pasta, it is very creamy and thick but has no truffle taste and is quite bland. Would order something else instead next time. The two pizzas named best picks and east to west were really good! They are a Parma ham with rocket and teriyaki chicken with mentaiko mayo pizzas respectively. Very tasty and nicely salty. Overall, my experience was 8/10, pricey but quite worth it.

Delicious! Their menu and quality has improved. ✨✨ truffle ravioli was creamy and yummy. Burrata salad was good as well, although presentation was far from the menu photo. 😌 service was prompt and food came quickly as well. Enjoyed my visit!

Family restaurant serving decent meals suitable for the whole family. Quantity is definitely sufficient but quality is average. Pricing is reasonable.

Had the Bi Feng Tang fish & chips and the portion was huge as it included salad, coleslaw, corn fries and the fish. The fish itself fried nicely as there wasn’t too much batter. However, the garlic chips on top of the chip did taste a little overpowering so other might want to separate it in the future.

We visited Collin’s @ NEX on 2023-11-20. We were served by an excellent server named Ms Sree. She took our order patiently. She catered to our requests to change our sides for our Angus Ribeye Steak from Corn+Potato Gratin to Aglio Olio Spaghetti. I love this flexibility. During lunch, Collin’s also gave 2 free sides. We can choose Cappucino as 1 of the sides. This is value for money! The Aglio olio Spaghetti is cooked to Al Dente style (this is awesome! Most local establishments usually over cook their spaghetti) though a little more salt will enhance the taste. Their Angus Ribeye Steak (cooked to medium rare) tasted good. It has more fats (than Aston’s Ribeye steak. Hence we have switched from always patronising Aston to now, Collin’s) which is of better quality. Their Caesar salad as a sides, the portion is very generous. The lady server Ms Sree is very helpful. We asked to change the sauce for our Angus Ribeye Steak from Black Pepper sauce to Brown Onion sauce, and asked to add more dressing for our Caesar salad (this is sides), she gladly do it for us with a smile on her face. We took a photo with Ms Sree. And she kindly offered to help us take sour photos too. We have a great experience at Collin’s! Guess what, as I was doing this Review voluntarily, Ms Sree came to our table and informed us that if we submit Google Review and put 5-star for Collin’s, we will get a free drink (I chose Cappucino). I want to tell Collin’s, without this offer of this free drink, I already will gladly do the 5-star Review for Collin’s

Perfect for families with children, there is a good variety of choices of kids food options. Good range of steak, pasta and pizza options too for adults. We’ve mostly had steak and pasta, which is reasonable and sufficient for a casual meal.

I had a wonderful dining experience knowing Pearl Lim who has such great customer service from the time I arrived at Collins Great World till we finished dinner. Food was as usual standard for me a regular Collins diner but Pearl made the whole dining experience pleasant. Recommend for her to get the employee of the Restaurant.

Ordered a salmon and king prawn set meal along with mushroom soup, and everything was good 👍 Additionally, we loved the seating both since it’s very personal and doesn’t feel exposed like a few other restaurants!

Ribeye steak was spoilt as it had a weird taste. It was replaced with sirloin steak, but it was not well-seasoned. It was very bland. The Spi-Sea-Food pizza looked nice in the picture, but it was very cheesy and the seafood was a little fishy. Collin's at GWC used to be better than the other outlets, but now their standard has dropped as well. As usual, only the gratin is nice. Hope they improve as some of the dishes look really nice, not sure about the taste though.

Love the sweet potato waffle fries. The salmon in the kids meal is surprisingly well cooked and a large piece too. Baked beef pasta was served piping hot. The BBQ ribs half slab could be better, but still great value for the price. We will be back!

food was actually quite good but maybe all the reviews written about the service were not without grounds. there was a male waiter that kept on clearing our dish and drinks without asking. my friend was quite peeved as his quarter left drink was cleared away. we did not kick up any fuss as it was a gathering of old friends. nevertheless we felt that we have overstayed too long after our dinner, eventho the area was not full. we loved the duck salad. duck confit was good and the steak well cooked. the main waiter, a boyish female, was quite good and tried hard to reverse all the bad service reviews. anyway a lot more work to kick out aston from our mind.

The manager are staff are very helpful. I ordered the mixed grill as well as soup and signature orange tea. This is not my first visit so I can say that their food quality is consistent.

Food is alright, decor is nice, but staff will just do bare minimum to serve you. They reply to you while mumbling and facing away so that you feel their joyless grudge. Dont come here expecting any 'thank you!' or 'see you again!' when you leave, and you should be fine.
