We were there for lunch today and we were blown away by the food quality, service and atmosphere. The restaurant's design is unique, welcoming and warm. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. A shoutout to the kitchen crew and Matthew for a fabulous meal and dining experience. We will definitely be back!

Giving 5 stars for the wider selection of plant-based items in this outlet’s menu. I had the “no meatballs shakshuka” which was decent. The potato gratin was really good! We had dinner here on a Friday evening and the restaurant was 1/3 filled.

Last mth, was lunch here with colleagues, we quite enjoy and satisfied with the foods quality & service. Restaurant with beautiful decorations too. Today, unintentionally saw their takeaway set meals promotions at Grab apps, super worth it. Purchased two sets, big portions enough for 2 adults & 1 teen to share. Especially the fish, super thick & big slice.👍🏻 *sorry for the photo as suddenly think of write review while eating.😅

Very welcoming and ready for any request during dinning with a smile. The Salmon and the soup were perfectly flavored and delicious! One of the best dinners we had here!

Few people on a weekday lunch. Lovely decor. Wide variety on menu. Polite waitresses. Presentation of food is good. Taste is, above average. Grandmother wanted a cup of warm water but was told she had to buy a $5 bottle, which she did not want as she only needed a few sips to go with the food. 4 of us ordered other drinks. I think restaurant should charge a Nominal sum for hot water per cup for children or elderly.

All the food and drinks here are cooked to our satisfaction, though the pasta is a bit more peppery than usual. The tiramisu is excellent!

1st time visiting the Mandai outlet. The amtosphere is nice, especially in the evening as it's not as crowded as compared to other outlets. Despite the huge portion of food and wallet friendly pricing, the quality of the foods is not compromised. We ordered the christmas special, agilo olio pasta, and barramundi fish. All are delicious, especially the grilled chicken. It is tender and moist.

Mushroom soup was not mushroom-y enough, felt like normal cream soup. The corn is also not buttered or large portion as other collins, and the pasta was dry. Thankfully the tempura squid and chicken chop were still great! So was the refreshing iced tea. Service could be more attentive, despite the small crowd.

This is a hidden gem. Food was amazing and price reasonable. I had the Xmas special which consisted of steak, fries and a side of mushroom soup with freshly baked bread. The steak was medium rare and excellently done. Service was great and the ambience superb. Kudos to the Collins team who works here. One can tell that they are proud of their work. 👍

I’m a tourist and it’s my first time come Singapore zoo. We just pass by this Collins restaurant but my family have very pleasant memories and experience. All the food is fresh and delicious, especially my kids like the pasta so much. The restaurant is spacious and the staff is very helpful to help us choose the best food here. I recommended all of you guys especially tourists can come here to enjoy the best food best service.

We had a big group and the staff was kind enough to accommodate our request to sit at the table looking over the playground. The brussel sprouts were nicely done, very flavorful and soft, and not bitter.

Collins Mandai is new and there are quite a few attractive promotions ongoing now. We took the promo whereby a huge Tomahawk Steak and sides along with a bottle of wine for $128 (wine in pic is my own, the one in the bundle is a NZ Cab Sav) and thought the steak was well cooked and good value. Best part for us of this outlet was the impeccable service! Manager and staff were polite, friendly and attentive. We will definitely return again.

I am really impressed overall. The service was pleasant. The food was served hot. The atmosphere was relaxing and the place was not very crowded. I came on a Friday evening. When I left the restaurant, it was peaceful and I felt like I was in a big sanctuary. Very well done. 👍🏻

Had a satisfying dinner at their Mandai outlet and I hope more people can visit this outlet despite its location. It's tucked away at a quiet and tranquil corner outside Bird Paradise. Restaurant is spacious and nicely decorated - great for family gatherings. I highly recommend the Spanish pork belly; melt in your mouth kinda goodness!

Had dinner on a Sunday night. There was a short wait. The area is great for kids, and the restaurant is well prepared to cater to the little ones. We order the steak and prawn as well as the wagyu ribeye with whole lobster that was on offer. Lobster was good, and steak were not bad - would have been better if they were not overcooked. Kids had carbonara, which they liked and found very filling. Overall, the quality and quantity were very value for money.

There are some ongoing national day promotions going on that are worth it like the $5.80 barramundi, but it cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts (however service staff did not know about it and initially said that we could). Food was reasonably delicious for its price. I enjoyed the truffle mushroom ravioli. Service crew can probably take more initiative in clearing empty plates. But otherwise it was still a positive experience.

Been to collins at bird paradise on the 12/02. They was a long queue. we waited for 10 over mins but staffs wwre still helpful to inform us the waiting time and some delays on their part.
