Reviews of Commonwealth 118 Seafood
Decent meal. Affordable pricing and portion is generous. Will be back to try more dishes. The service crews are genuinely friendly.
Update: recommended dish
Red wine pork rib
Curry fish head
Kai Lan (veg)
San Lou Hor Fun
Prawn Paste Wing
The honey pork / chicken is a must try. Super unique concoction of honey, basil leaves and an additional sauce I cannot put my finger on. Steamed salted Hakka chicken was good too. Nice salad prawns, crunchy on the outside and fresh prawn. Their signature Kai lan was very, very unique. Definitely worth a try. Overall good food.
Old school restaurant.
Came here for lunch, and the standard is superb and comparable to dinner crowd!
Many might head over to the opposite and more popular "xx chef" eating place.
But you may want to give this place a chance.
Ordered har jeong gai, assam fish head, stir fry garlic veggie, and prawns. All the dishes were a hit!
Didnt need to wait long and price was reasonable as well.
Will come back again.
The prawn paste chicken 8/10
Value for money 4 dishes only $39 with rice
Overall rating 6.8/10
wallet friendly prices tze char. food is not mind blowing but value for money, serviceable food. service is excellent , friendly stall owner/ worker. will be back to try more dishes from the extensive menu.
The food is well worth your trip down here and the home made drinks prepared by the lady name Ling is incredible as well. The lady boss and the crew are very friendly towards all the customers. My go to dishes are Malay Style Mee Goreng, Mui Fan, Hor Fun soup, Tom Yam soup, Sambal Sting Ray and finish it down with hot cup of Teh (Milk Tea). 10/10!!!
Very affordable dishes. Suitable for family dinner.
Food was very delicious and Chef Jie is very nice and handsome 👍👍👍
Salted egg chicken rice.
Nice food and service!
Verry good
Reasonable price.
The store's service attitude is good, the overall seasoning is not heavy on flavors, the ingredients are very fresh, and the portions are sufficient.
The feedback from customers is that the food is delicious, the price is reasonable, and it has a Malaysian flavor. Thank you for your support.
