M. C.The Jurong Point outlet seems to be one of the worst Crave outlets in Singapore. The ayam berempah ($9.90) was over-fried and lacked the juiciness of the chicken served at another outlet I visited. In addition, the male cashier appeared to be too busy using his phone to serve me.
M. h.Great app, can track order. Ordered 2 buckets of chicken wings. App says order is ready and can collect but when I arrived, staff claim they don't know anything about the order. So had to wait while they fry the chicken wings. Had to wait for 12 mins. So now my free parking gone. My daughter waiting for me to pick her up. Had to pay per entry after 6pm. Sad.

Chicken wings and fish. Most important egg was missing from one of my pack. This happened to be my 3rd time ordering from this outlet.
I even tipped the rider each time.
Smallest basic mistake like this is not good for your outlet reputation. I even ignored some of your bad reviews hoping the service will improve. Apparently not.
A. L. (.Love the choice of rice. It's fragrant. Ingredients were ok though. Maybe because it's in an air conditioned place and the food loses its crispy and warmth real fast. But still tasty.
Chilli is awesome in it's taste - the right amount of sweetness and spice that packs the punch.
Cons:
I just wish there were more paste than chilli seeds. My chilli is 80% seeds. Texture feels like I'm eating some kind of sweet spicy cereal. Not really a fan of the seeds and the unnecessary chewing.
