My selections here are the siew mai & har gow - everything is freshly prepared and shrimp was bouncy. Congee and noodles are of expected Crystal Jade quality with noodles being QQ and congee silky smooth yet having discernible rice grains so you know no short cuts were taken. My favorite dish has got to be the XO fried carrot cake. Perfect char, wok hei flavor and chewiness of the radish cake cubes. Milk tea is also authentic and strong unlike other Hong Kong char chaan tengs. Only complaint is the tables are a little small and placed too close to each other, waiting staff and customers were bumping into the tables way too often.

The price is not so friendly though but they have some menu for lunch to save some if u wanna try. The taste of the roasted duck we tasted quite good but the skin not crunchy anymore. The roasted pork is good. Taste good. Crunchy.

The restaurant is very small with limited seats and tables. Crystal Jade has recently revamped this place to Crystal Jade GO which sells less pricey food and limited range of food. I tried the soy sauce chicken noodles which I found was quite good. The chicken was quite tender and soft.

We went there for a birthday celebration. The place is ideal clean and air conditioning fresh. The food is ok except for the fried fish. Then the expectation is the fins and the bones should be crispy and ateble. The source mixed into the fish especiably the black beans not present to "loop" the pungent aroma in the fried fish plus there was not additional notice to ask if more spicy......! That would have made the evening....!!

Service from the staffs r good. Am indeed surprised as can't remember whenever i come to oasis mall y i nvr want to eat at this restaurant. But today we tried the mala sauce pork belly rice was yummy. Will come back again.

Really small restaurant with a limited Dim Sum menu. Same standard as the regular Crystal Jade in terms of food. Can get crowded during weekends, but they offer delivery and takeaway options.
