Once again, I booked a buffet menu for my brother's son's birthday. Wow, the taste of the food was really great. The quality of the food was also very good. We have some unexpected guests also, the management also gave extra food within 10 mins. Their arrangements for the party hall and decorations are also very nice. The pricing was also very affordable based on their quality and service.

Recently we celebrated a birthday party in the event hall of thalappakatti. The hall decorations, ambience and their customer service was really remarkable. The quality of the food was also tremendous. Had a biryani rice with my indian colleague. Was great. Unique taste to all the common biryani I have tried. Possibly the first time experiencing this kind of rice grain for a biryani. Will recommend.

Crowded shop, going by its name and draw people. Lot of South Indian side dish options. Last time, I took a takeway of mutton biryani. Taste was good. Multifloor dining halls, you need to wait for the staff to be seated. Recently dined in for lunch, fish fry was nice and mutton biriyani tasted good, suggestion is they can reduce oil (or probably, mine may be a one off case).

Disappointing svc with only 1 guy who is more interested in serving non indian cust.my lime juice came after I finished my food. That's how long it took. Toilet flush did not work. Recommended many to come here. Henceforth won't. Place needs some aroma therapy too. Faint bad smell.

BEST briyani I ever tasted, thanks to my friend. I donno what else to add. The rice is not the usual basmati rice, which seems to absorb the spices and juices from the meat very well! I got the mutton version and the meat was so moist and tender. The mutton gamey taste was very mild which does not over power the spices of the briyani. I'm so going again and again. Good service too!

I have tried both the branches in Tamilnadu and SG.singapore branch is the best in terms of the taste and timely delivery . Mr. Bharthiraja and his team has been doing a fantastic job. The Seeraga samba briyani is a topnotch above any other available briyani in SG. The blend of spices and the tenderness of the meat allows a experience for everyone. Would definitely recommend for all to try.

If ur foody then, i suggest thalapakatti restaurant singapore. where you will get best southindia style biriyani and starters. Food was really awesome. The manger of the thalapakati restaurant is bharathiraja who is so humble and helped us with the varity of dishes and explains the taste of the dishes before we select it. Amazing food and service! I was craving good south Indian food on my birthday and took my friends here for a meal. My friends (mostly North Indian) loved the food and flavours and called it their best meal of their Singapore trip. The manager/cashier (forgetting the name here) was very kind and gave lots of recommendations!

Very tasty food and super friendly staff. Unfortunately, the food came at different times for 4 people. So it wasn't possible to eat together and everyone had to eat alone because otherwise it would have gotten cold, hence the deduction of one star.
