Reviews of Five Guys Plaza Singapura
The food is good but very sweet and fat, be careful not to over eat there.
5 guys' problem remains the overly expensive prices with no bundle/menu.
A small fries to share for 2 pax should be enough. The medium one is much too big.
Milkshakes are super thick and good (also extremely sweet and fat)!
The burgers taste so good. But the best one is the french fries yummy they serve different fries every week!! The milkshake is very thick so better add some ice on it buts its good also
Good cheeseburger. Average Dutch fries. Free flow cups.
Free toppings are great but for someone who doesn't want to add any extras, they should at least serve the basic composition of toppings.
My partner's Little Bacon Burger came with literally bun, patty and bacon. Not even tomato, lettuce, onion, sauce. My Cheeseburger came only with the toppings I ordered. The menu should be improved.
The burger itself was good except that the bacon was burnt and left a very bitter taste in the burger. The bacon was cooked until too hard, not crispy but hard and burnt. That’s a fail for me. Actually the burger itself I would give 4.5 stars but the bacon made me minus to be 3 stars.
I like that there’s many toppings for the burger. Usually I go for all the works with everything. I like how all the veggies, sauces etc mix together to create the unique flavor. Only 5 guys has this service for everything on it.
Burger patties are big and juicy. Whole burger can be shared between 2 women. Guys maybe can eat one whole burger.
The fries portion are huge. The large can be shared between 4 people. Fries are thick cut and fresh. The Cajun spice is a bit spicy for me but ok for my companions.
On the whole it’s nice, but isn’t cheap, nearly $30 for 2 persons for fast food without drinks.
But I guess if you want a truly American experience in sg, you can go for 5 guys.
The famous burger chain from The States 🤚🏼👱🏻♂️🍔
Here you can customize your burgers with bunch of toppings for free! I got the cheeseburger with grilled mushroom, grilled onion, pickles, mustard, and ketchup.
“It’s so big!” was my first impression. Had to eat half-half for two sessions. Yet it wasn’t very tasty to my tongue somehow and not as juicy as it looks. Love my freshly cut fries on the side 🍟
I had a sip of the peanut butter milkshake which was heavy and new to me, but will comeback to try other menus!
The Cajun fries are simply delightful. This place is perfect for French fries’ lovers. It can be a little on the pricier side of fast food but if you have not tried it yet, I recommend trying it at least once.
There is also a wide variety of topping for your burger. And I think there is no limit of how many toppings you can have on one burger. Might have to test that one out next time I am there again.
They don’t have the typical tray for dine in orders, all burgers and food are put in the paper takeaway bag. It’s really kind of messy to eat the burger and without a tray. I hope they could at least provide a wet wipe for ea, for wiping the hands after eating the meal. The milkshake is good but it is hard to suck with the tiny straw, they should have provide the bbt straw instead, it got really sweet at the the bottom too, so maybe you just have to keep stiring while you drink. It’s funny that you have to take your own ketchup but they will serve you the mayo if u asked for it in your order. Why didn’t they just serve the ketchup too!!
The big fries is really big. I don’t recommend to go for that unless you are sharing with two more persons.
Recommended milkshake mix: Oreo, peanut butter, strawberry
Aways good place to get Burger and fries. The taste and quality is really amazing, it’s can be comparing to the main franchise based in US. The burger is very juicy, fries is really amazing. If you getting bored of Asian food, this place can be replace for the good food.
The amount of satisfaction I got from consuming one burger can be considered a sin. I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite of my burger. The patties were done perfectly and the bacon was actually crisp, unlike many other chains that require effort to chew it off. Its a very sinful burger for sure, with the amount of grease on your hands. I love the fact that they allow you to customise your burger. The cajun fries were really good but can get a little cloying after a while. 2 person sharing a large fries were overpowering even for a fries-lover.
Milkshake was great too.
I only wish for them to revise their prices. Its really expensive at $55 for 2 pax for a fast food chain. This gets you 2 burgers, 1 large fries, and 1 milkshake.
Ordered the bacon cheese burger with fries and I super love it!
The ingredients are fresh and you can literally taste how the cheese and the other ingredients taste like.. also they have a variety of toppings to add for free
I added lettuce, tomato, grilled mushroom and grilled onion and it's the best combination
The fries here are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, its good and a small size is enough to share between 2 person as the burger is really filling
The cajun powder is something interesting, just add a little bit will do as the flavor is strong
It's one of the better burger joint in singapore 🍔👍🏻
Singapore - Plaza Singapore
Great burgers! Love the milkshakes and really thick and tasted great for each flavour.
We are unaware of the size of large fries and mind you, it's Large size and fries overflow to the paper bag!
We will be heading to Southbank Melbourne since we love their burgers.
similar taste and feel to the US stores!
had the bacon cheeseburger and regular fries (portions are pretty large hence a small fries should be sufficient for one average Asian stomach) which set me back 26 SGD total (yes, not cheap). waiting time after placing the order was around 10-15 minutes and they have a lot of kitchen staff. fortunately you get a free flow of tasty groundnuts while waiting.
the waiting staff were very friendly and were distributing serviettes to customers that were struggling to keep the patty juice away from their faces.
burger patty was juicy and the toppings were splendid. fries were top-notch.
will return! (and yes better than Shake Shack IMHO especially when you're hungry)
Good burgers and lots of options to customize. A little on the greasy side but tasty. I go back and forth between here and Shake Shack depending on what I’m in the mood for. Like Shake Shack, it definitely could be a bit cheaper for what is still a fast food burger, but you won’t leave hungry. The Shack has better buns (Martin’s potato rolls) but you’re more or less locked into their signature taste for the burger, which is heavy on the umami. Sometimes I want that; sometimes I don’t. The Shack can’t touch Five Guys’ customization options. My advice on the toppings: less is more. Don’t overdo it. The fries are fresh and good, way better than Shake Shack’s, but a little overhyped all the same. And go one size down from whatever you’re thinking because they always put extra in the bag anyway. The hot dog is okay but I prefer the Shack Dog. I do wish they had better drink options. Shakes are nice but super high-calorie and far too sweet for my taste (I don’t like sweets; your mileage may vary). Would give them a miss most of the time, especially since they dropped coffee flavor from the menu. I don’t get that at all. A wider range of beers would be also nice. The bottled water is Evian, which I never liked, as it has an unpleasant aftertaste. It’s also quite a rip-off at $4 a bottle. Service is friendly so it’s easy to order and they clean the tables promptly. While Five Guys plays really good tunes, the music tends to be way too loud and the stubborn cluelessness about people wanting to be able to hear each other when dining together is both baffling and frustrating.
One of the best burger in town for my taste. My fav is the little bacon cheese burger. Little means one patty with bacon and cheese and topping + sauce with your own choice. My fav is grilled onion and grilled mushroom. Da BEST!!! Apart from that the cheese sandwich also amazing. Just no meat. Milkshake is good, but slightly too sweet for my liking, you can mixed as much flavours as you like. Great service as well! Fries is good and huge portion, overflowing hahahaha I will def come back. Finally I found my fav burger place! Yeayyyy
Burger was really amazing - the most delicious burger among all that I had worldwide. But the fries were bad, not crispy. Very long queue even just after 6pm. Recommends indoor tables to eat if you don’t like to be bothered by birds.

I got a bill shock!!! I never thought a fast food can this be expensive. I paid $31 for just a set of burger with fries and drinks. Well I thought Shake Shack is already pricey for a fast food! I didn’t expected that Fiveguys will be even more expensive!
We visited Plaza Singapura Branch, you’ll not gonna miss it coz its right in front of the building. They also have an outdoor seating if you feel like watching the passerby’s while you eat! 😅
But honestly, I would prefer Fiveguys than Shake Shack, it taste much better and they give you an option on what toppings you prefer to add on... and they are free!!! Well I guess its not really free coz you’ll pay for a full price of $17 just for the burger! (excluding tax and service charge) And the serving is quite big they give you double patty with tons of toppings.
If you ask me, I would probably go back there to try cajun fries and eat another burger but maybe on special occasions or when i feel like treating myself something good! But it will not as frequent as going to a real fast food like mcdonalds.
I ordered:
Regular fries (salted)
Bacon Cheese Burger
Coke (refillable)
Environment:4/5
Waiting: 4/5
Taste: 5/5
Price: 3/5
Service: 4/5
What I liked:
Burger and fries
What I disliked:
none
Ambience feels like a Five Guys in the States. The fries are great and comes in a generous amount. A regular can feed 2 adults. A bit over salted on our visit. No peanuts available not sure if it’s because of the ongoing pandemic. Ordered a banana milkshake; nice and thick and smooth....
The burgers... looks great when starting but the meat soon disintegrated into mince meat halfway through the meal. Not sure if it’s not cooked enough or just too juicy till it breaks apart. Taste wise is good but at that premium price point, was expecting better.
2 burgers, milkshake and a regular fries cost us S$50.
Becareful when you open the foil. Burger patties are very juicy! Burgers fillings are customizable, able to freely add up to 10 fillings so each burger is unique unless you choose All-in fillings. The fillings (vegetables) are fresh and enhances the taste of the patties but it also depends on what you choose.
Fries are soft and not overly crispy and hard. They are not overly seasoned and oily so can taste the natural potato taste without all the oil taste.
Shakes are also customizable with up to 10 flavours with sweet and salty flavours! Also able to add bacon bits for that extra salty crunch. Taste is just nice, not too sweet. Added flavours are on the light side so won't get sugar high and that syrupy feel.
Overall the food quite worth it although a "whole set" (no set prices), all ala carte: burger, fries and drink will cost over $20. Good for sharing especially the calories!
Was so excited when five guys opened in Singapore, finally had a chance to try it out after 5 years.
Happy to say I wasn't disappointed. Great burger, great fries, great milkshake. Cannot go wrong with five guys!
To add to the satisfaction, the portion size was much bigger than I remember. Burger was huge, large fry good enough for 3 people, 1 milkshake was enough for 2.
Little means there is only 1 patty in the sandwich.
If you’re looking for reviews about five guys because you can’t decide between five guys or Shake Shack, I will strongly recommend five guys, for the price point. The thickness of the sandwich gives satisfaction in every bite.
Every burger is paired with 2 slice of cheese while little burger only comes with 1 slice. Toppings all fully customisable and drinks are free flow (even covid19).
I will recommend adding bacon into your milkshake (milkshake are not free flow)
First time visiting the outlet. This place is always packed so yet to try till now.
Was served by welcoming and friendly staff.
The first encountered staff came over to open the door promptly once we started scanning the Safe Entry. We stood there for quite a while at the counter to decide on what to order. The staff at the counter saw that we were quite indecisive and took the effort to run through with us on how to order. After sharing, the staff also gave us a sample of their fries to try without us asking really surprised but I do like the small touch. We ordered the free flow drink as well and cause of Covid we can’t take the drinks by ourselves. The staff at the drinks station was very polite as well. Really nice and I am very pleased with the service. This is one of the best service I have received for fast food. Usually fast food restaurants don’t provide much service so kudos to the management team 👍🏻.
Just a suggestion here maybe there could be a display for the order numbers or a pager so that the staff does not need to shout it can be quite hard for customers to hear as well during the pack period. Cause of covid its also quite troublesome for customers to enter Five Guys have to get out of the mall first but its fine if the food and service is all good☺️.
Best burger in town!
If you are looking for a food that will cheer you up when you feel down then this is the place to be.
Whenever we come and visit. Me and my husband always eat the same, which are cheese burger, fries and milkshake (please try choco banana, it's the bomb!). The burger is well complimented by the fries and the shake's sweetness does magic to balance out the saltiness of it.
So come and drop by and try their food!
Heard great reviews about the fried, so we stopped by just to give it a taste.
Ordered only the little fries and it cost $8.50. The fries were served hot, and the serving size was reasonably large.
Unfortunately, the fries were not crispy, and in general did not meet our expectations.
The burgers are yummy, it almost taste like a home-made burger. Their fries are too salty though and the milkshake is too thick to drink from a straw, you’ll need a spoon to gulp it all in. They have Free peanuts!
Had their signature cheese burger. Is juicy and flavourful without the need to add any sauce. Only minus is the burger is pricey and not what you would expect frol a typical fast food chain. Nonetheless still worth a try.
Bigger portion than shake shack
Size of burgers and french fries are much bigger than you expect.
French fries are bit salty
The staff are friendly. They clean the table more often than other fast food restaurants.
Here we go: Double beef burger, the beef patties were juicy for sure. With lots of topping varieties to choose from. Soft toasted sesame bun wrapped double Patties and and dayum good an thicc fries.
Burgers just the way u would have it in the USA. Authentic generosity and flavors - no need to fly to try Five Guys in NYC or In&Out in LA.
We ordered bacon cheese burger w everything in but mayo. One burger enough in size to feed 2pax.
We had it delivered on Foodpanda, so i cant comment on atmosphere.
Had bacon cheese burger, good serving size for above average eater. Opted for all toppings, juicy burger but dripping all over from the aluminium wrap. Large fries too much for 3 of us. 5 star if pricing was a bit more affordable.
Decided to try Five Guys for the 1st time. Ordered 2 Cheeseburgers (double patties), 1 little Cheeseburger (single patty), 1 large fries, 1 cold drink (refillable) and 1 milk shake, total $69, feels extremely pricey given that you can probably get a better burger with table service at non-fastfood chain for about the same. Taste-wise, I personally find the burger way too greasy, the fries were soft from soaking in grease and the milk shake was also pretty average.
Good burgers and fries. Today we enjoyed the veggie burger, little hamburger and hotdog with 2 sausages. Tasty and delicious. Amazing taste for the veggie burger. Fast service.
Pretty average burgers. Not bad, just not good enough for the price
Thanks for marinating my hands in beef and burger juice. This review would have been lower if not for their generous Cajun fries, ketchup and paper napkins. Personally, just get a BK or CJ. Meat char is not there.
Great hamburger & milk shake! Juicy beef patty with lots of veggies choices. The shake is so smooth & thick. While waiting for the order to be called, could have some grilled peanuts, salty and crunchy.
Great home-made style burgers. Awesome shakes. Generous portions. Recommend eating asap opposed to take home. Cool to see my order being made in from of me. If you don't like waiting in line and enjoying the hype, go get Burger King. If you want something different and fresher tasting, suck it up and go here.
Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The 5th star definitely goes to the super auntie who was sooo ever willing to help us clean up the tables, sanitize it, and also talking to us casually. Her attitude is definitely A+ and super rare in today's society. Burgers are great don't get me wrong, and the process flows are definitely very well oiled. Had the bacon cheeseburger all in, and a couple of brooklyn lagers. Super enjoyable experience!
The fries are the best in their menu, but go better without salt. The burger is thick. Generous amount of meat, the taste is okay. Overall, the food is okay, but when factor in the price, it is on the pricey side, not really value for money. But we will probably comeback for the fries and milkshake.
3.5/5 for the burger.
4.5/5 for the fries.
2/5 for the value for money.
3/5 for the ambience.
It's pretty good for south east Asian standards, almost as good as in the west!
Shoutout to Jennifer for the best service 💗 loving the burgers and fries too 🤩
Mediocre at it's best. The staff was polite and informative. The food is honestly way overpriced for what you get. Inflation has somehow really hit this chain hard.. burgers at best felt soggy (had classic cheeseburger) The fries were okie but honestly a bit to soggy for my own taste. Considering pricing here i would avoid it and find better alternatives
Five Guys is better than your standard fast food burger, but it had better be as it’s much more expensive. For the same price of a sit-down restaurant burger, you get a decent but not spectacular burger. The meat it tasty and very juicy, but those same juices make the bun very soggy. There needs to be better bun protection in the form of more toasting or better placement of the sauce to form a barrier. The fresh toppings were almost too fresh as they were cold and did not complement the burger as a result… especially the pickles, which I find to be better if not chilled to near freezing. Overall, an average experience, especially given all of the hype.
Simple menu, a place for burger lovers. The burger is juicy, and everything goes well together. Loved the thick fries too. Difficult to find a seat for large groups though.
Is it expensive? Yes! But more importantly, was it good? You bet it was! And it's double patties, even for the hamburgers, which justifies the price, in my opinion.
Always on the search for good burgers and it is usually a factor that makes it less than perfect.
This, this was really good. I had the cheeseburger, it was juicy and full of beefy goodness. And the crispy awesome fries just completes the meal.
The soggiest soggy fast food burger (upon immediate serving) I have ever had. This is my 3rd time here. The patty is very tasty no doubt shiok, but the bun can be better. I’d have liked the top and most of all the bottom bun to be toasted more so that it doesn’t soak up the grease too fast and become mushy immediately. For reference, I prefer In&Out and NBCB.
My first time in Five Guys. I loved to see the minimalist decor, fresh vegetables, potatoes in the sack and the peanut oil outside.
The burger 🍔 and the bacon dog was so tasty!!! Must try!!
The burger patty is decently thick and juicy. Onions could be better caramelised (since its grilled*) Very generous with the bacon. Yum!
Fries are thick cut and the cajun powder is not salty.
Good for customisation of toppings that you would like in a burger. Super huge and filling. Best fries ever - crispy and fresh. Milkshakes also allows for customisation! However, for fast food, it is on the pricey side.
I haven’t tried eating it but here’s sharing the menu and price list as I took a picture form outside.
Will try it soon!
Update: tried the cheeseburger with bacon. It is better than Shake Shack. Full. Stop.
Love the burgers, but don't see what all the fuss is about regarding the fries. They're OK, but I'm surprised that people rave about them. Burgers are really worth trying though!
Putting aside the packaging, the burger is one of the best I've had! Juicy double patty, with a generous amount of vegetable and sauce. The spicy fries is a little too salty in my opinion, but the portion of the medium-sized fries is huge!
Top this off with the excellent customer service, I wouldn't mind going down to try other items on the menu.
Burger is huge, enough to feed two. Nice concept to build own burger with 15 toppings to choose from. Fries comes in two flavors. Thick and crispy, which is good, and generous, but too much salt. Various shakes to choose from. Salted caramel too sweet, and incorrect type of straw used.
Entire place too little indoor seats, and music too too loud. Not the best place to sit and talk. Probably just worth try once.
After queuing for awhile on a weekday dinner and finally tried their burgers. Whilst waiting, can take their peanuts. Tried their Bacon Cheeseburger, Five Guys Style fries and a milkshake. My opinion is that their food tasted better than Shake Shack in Singapore. Cash and credit card is accepted.
Burgers lived upto the hype. The place was houseful on a Thursday afternoon. Has ample seating, haven't seen on a peak weekend though. Price is on the higher side, cost me ~$25 for 1 burger, medium fries and a drink. Must visit place for burger enthusiasts.
Went in store to collect my preorder. The whole process was very smooth. Staff are friendly and meticulous. They double check your order before sending out.
Burgers and fries travelled well! Burgers were as advertised. You can tell its fresh beef and ingredients! Fries tasted solid! It's a really huge portion for regular size.
Will try to dine in next time!
Great burgers at pretty good value! Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger with the works with a large serve of fries. The burger was awesome as were the fries. Will definitely come again!
burger was juicy and warm, a bit messy to eat though
fries were freshly made.
funny how they put it in a cup, and then placed it in another bag (for dine in)
shake tasted like melted ice cream
price is on the higher side
The famous cheeseburger and fries was rated higher than Shake Shack and In and out burger in US, so with high anticipation, it was.. disappointing :( while the burgers are good size, quite oily in the good way, fries seems fresh, definitely had better burgers and fries elsewhere in singapore. The cheeseburger patty was cooked well but didn’t taste that good, there was not enough cheese, bun wasn’t fragrant, and it’s costly at $15. The fries are better but still ok only. Like other reviewers say it’s lots of salt and (peanut) oil everywhere and not that good. Overall, Shake Shack is still better although portion is smaller.
The real American fast food, can add bacon on everything even milkshake. Delicious! Have been dreaming of their burger and milkshake, gonna visit soon!
Loving the keto friendly bunless versions of the burgers, plus they have the option of serving it in a bowl, which is great, as it makes the eating much less messy...
Order Little Cheese Burger
Topping All the way
A Nice Burger but carry no wow factor
Price wise is a bit expensive
&
Free Flow Drink
Drink is definitely worth it becoz is free flow
Oh... Free Flow peanuts too.
Great location, burger and feel. Expensive though - one fries, two drinks, two burgets S$50+.
Bacon Cheeseburger and Milkshake. Between Shake Shack and Five Guys, Imma go with Five Guys, just look at the melted cheese and the juicy beef patty and while you are at it, do order their decadent milkshake to complement the meal.
Their fries are really amazing, one of the best I've had in sg. It's a bit pricy but its worth it every now and then.
Great beef burger. I really like the burger, fries and peanut butter milkshake. Regular burger comes with 2 patties, whereas the little burger comes with 1 patty. For the toppings, I normally have "all the way" + relish.
Still probably my second favorite burger joint in Singapore [Black Tap is just slightly better but a lot more expensive]. Love the fact you can easily customize your burger to order and their shakes are pretty special too.
A solid 3 but let down by a basic menu mistake.
We ordered the Little Hamburger, Cheese Dog, a soda and an Brooklyn IPA. However the fridge was only stocked with Brooklyn Lager and not the IPA and I was promptly handed one. Service is good and friendly which earns them the 3 stars however the burgers are average. The dog was decent but being an American chain, the mix up on the menu over a Lager and an IPA is very unamercian and unfortunate.
Excellent burgers but the price (particularly the drinks and sides) are on the high side.
A lil bit expensive for burger, and taste just so so for this price.
Food was good but too expensive for what it is. We essentially paid $34 per person for fast food.
Finally my first experience. It's so thick that even I, who have a big mouth, can't open my mouth and it's so big. It's just as delicious as its reputation. I added all the free toppings, but it wasn't too flavorful like Shake Shack, and it was an American burger in a good way, like a burger made at an American weekend barbecue. One serving is more than enough to fill you up. I also regret that I should have believed the reviews and made the French fries smaller. Two guys shared the regular size, but we still couldn't finish it. I chose the Cajun fries and they were spicy and had a good taste. Two bacon cheeseburgers, one regular fries, a milkshake and a drink for a total of $75. It's not fast food price...but the taste was good.
Original taste of American burger and french fries.
I had In and out Burger at the LAX but it was disappointed for me.
Especially french fries are very good.
Volume is also huge
Price is high but it is worth to have it.
Delicious burgers and fries.
This restaurant introduced delicious burgers to me, who thought hamburgers were the only place to eat.
I tried In-N-Out in the U.S. but was very disappointed.
Especially the gamfries are overwhelmingly delicious.
There is a lot of quantity
The price is expensive but it's worth it
I had the exact same menu at the Orchard branch, but it didn't leave a good impression.
The food at this store was delicious, contrary to my previous impression, but I was able to confirm that I am a Shake Shack fan.
In the past, whenever she came to Lion City Tower, my daughter would make a fuss about eating burgers here, but every time she looked at the long queue, she finally decided to eat elsewhere. Today may be due to the epidemic, and it is not the peak dining period, so there are not many people in the store, so I decided to have dinner here today.
It was my first time to eat here, and it was a bit difficult to order. Ordering a hamburger was so complicated. Going to the counter to order alone was really difficult to remember the different requests of the whole family. After the meal was served, I found out that I had made a mistake. of.
The burger didn't feel particularly amazing when it was served, and it wasn't as big as expected. The taste was just the usual familiar taste of a burger. It wasn't surprising, and there was no taste you didn't particularly like. It was a tasteless taste, but also a great way to taste. .
Soft drinks are not cheap, but you can enjoy unlimited refills.
The fries are too salty, you can eat as much salt as you want.
Absolutely great food as always. I definitely recommend a visit, you will see what they mean by small fries.
I don't remember the taste of the American mainland, but
You can feel the crispy fried potatoes and the atmosphere at the time.
The aroma and taste of a hearty burger is the best combination that everyone who has ever tasted it remembers.
