First time there for dinner with a friend. The clear Tomyum soup and green curry chicken were perfectly done. The broth was rich and fragrant. The green curry came with roti but it also paired well with the sticky rice. The waiting was very impressive, all food served in less than 10min. The ambience was good for friend gathering. I would recommend to make reservation, the place was quite full on Friday night.

Had our gathering at this thai restaurant. This is a casual dining place inside Amoy Hotel. The food is really not bad , just that dome dishes are a bit too salty. Loved the pineapple fried rice, but the tanghoon prawns could be a bit more peppery. Don't forget to order the pig trotters, that's one dish that I would order again as the meat is soft and tender. I would def come back again. The pricing is also reasonable.

Great discovery of Fourgather hidden at lobby of Amoy Hotel & heritage temple turned museum Fuk Tak Chi conveniently located near Telok Ayer MRT. Impressive cosy vibes which transport us to Thai night market with its natural lighting and high ceiling but with comfy aircon and spacious seatings with IG worthy dining hall. Enjoyed their new menu: 🍳Creamy Lava Egg Served With Basil Fried Pork Belly $20.90 Enjoyable egg-splosion of flavour with every mouth! We loved the creamy and fluffy eggs topped with flavorful & crispy basil fried pork belly. 🥣Pinto Thai Rice Porridge with Side Dishes for 2 pax $23.90 Comfort bowls of unlimited porridge infused with natural essence of pandan leaves alongside our choice of 4 sides: Chye Poh with Egg, Steamed Pork Patty with Salted Fish, Garlic and Chili Popcorn Chicken and Thai style Kai Lan with Salted Fish. I was really excited to try the new Thai restaurant in Telok Ayer. The ambiance is pleasant, with a great vibe, and the service is fast and efficient. While the food presentation is impressive, the taste was disappointing, especially considering the price point for Thai food

Dishes all tasted good but nothing special. Quite pricey when most of the base dishes have no meat. Adding meat adds $3-$6 so that accumulates very quickly. The decorations and overall vibe is very comfortable. They have a promotion of 4 free coconut pandan pudding (1 redemption for each table) for a google review, so take all the reviews with a grain of salt. We asked one of the waitresses about the promotion as we posted a review, the waitress seemed completely lost. What's worse is she didn't say anything, just grabbed our phone and walked away to show it to the kitchen. How could you not have any common sense that it's your customer's unlocked phone? Seems to us that there was a lack of communication about this simple promotion, and a complete lack of common sense and respect towards the customer and their privacy.

Pandan chicken very oily. Pork Jowl n fried fish are nice. Veg n Tom yum soup normal. Watermelon salad interesting n refreshing. Drinks pretty normal. Soy milk with volka is interesting. Pretty warm.

Hidden inside Amoy Hotel away from the main street, Fourgather boasts a charming, vibrant and lively space. Lesser seen and a signature here, the Thai Watermelon Salad is photo-worthy with watermelon cubes stacked into a tower. The watermelon cubes were tossed in Thai sauce and topped with crisp dried fish and sugar; making it piquant, spicy sweet and refreshing. I would say either you would like it or you don't. The steaming Tom Yum Soup comes with clear or milky option. Shimeji mushrooms and chicken were added to the broth of lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves, with some chilli for a bit of heat. Opting for the clear version, it was light, fragrant, sour and spicy. The Crispy Tamarind Fish stole the spotlight for us. Deep-fried fish fillets coated in tamarind sauce were placed on a whole fish that was deep-fried to golden brown and curled up. Set atop some xiao bai cai (chinese cabbage), it was topped with fried stringy lemongrass. The crispy fish fillets were tender, sticky and a nice tangy-sweetness. Not really liking the fried lemongrass as it was fibrous, making chewing effortful. The basic size is good for 3-4pax. The steamed Khanom Thuai is a two-layered steamed pudding with a coconut top and a pandan bottom layer. With a creamy custardy texture that is sweet and salty, it was rich but not at all heavy. Service could be improved as it was difficult to get the staff's attention.

Loved dining here! – the stylish décor adorned with authentic art created a super cozy ambiance. Each dish was a culinary treat, showcasing authentic flavors that left me craving more. The chicken wings were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, while the Tom Yum soup warmed my soul with its aromatic spices. The basil pork was renowned. It took back to Phuket. And the mango salad acted as a wonderful palate cleanser for the spicy chili. A strong margarita to wash it down made this place an excellent venue to begin the night.

Hidden gem with great thai food. Intimate ambience, but with space for large gatherings (10pax). Highlight for me were the cocktails and the thai dessert you don’t find anywhere else in singapore like Look Choop (like ang ku kueh with a jelly coating and mung bean filling), and steamed coconut pudding.

This place is nice and relax but one thing is the food that shocked me was we ordered tomyan seafood soup but kinda cold and sour and the prawns abit not so fresh. And pai thai noodle abit salty and over too sweet even I asked non spicy but overall they need to improve the food wise but service is still acceptable. Jiayou ya.

It is a very delicious Thai restaurant. It tastes like flying to Thailand to eat. The atmosphere of the shop is very beautiful, well decorated. The staff are very beautiful and lovely. The food is delicious. We eat every time. I'm impressed every time. Chilling music, happy eating, reasonable prices, fresh food, very good ingredients, delicious food, every menu ordered, lemongrass juice, very fragrant, mellow, chrysanthemum, when you eat it you feel happy, very refreshing. Iced tea, the best seller of the shop, is delicious. I feel happy every time I eat it. 🩷😊🩷 I want everyone to try it. And will fall in love with this restaurant When you think of Thai food, you think of fourgather. I would like to recommend everyone in Singapore to come and try it.
