What a marvelous dining experience! Not only are the soups and ingredients delicious and of high quality, but the service is also top-notch. I would love to visit again!

$69.90 buffet 1 for 1 deal at selected timing during weekdays at this branch - was advertised 1-4pm online - saw changed timing on billboard outside the restaurant 1030am-4pm Bustling biz at ard 230pm Place was quite crowded but was allocated a great corner seat... no windows viewing outside but had a more quiet ambience as the region had glass windows cordoning the region... making it like a private room Not too much seafood ... only 1 prawn past and 1 dish of tiger prawns within this buffet deal... only 1 of each in the deal Meat options of chicken, pork, lamb and beef available, but not premium cuts.. these are free-flow ala carte Other vegetable options like chinese yam(山药）， potato slice, lotus slice and 油麦菜 were pretty fresh Gollden needle mushroom looks a bit aged and over-sized 2 persons can select 2 choices of soup bsse Mala and tomato were pretty good balance of slice and savoury flavours One can get your own condiments for your dips, and the service station had some savoury pickled dishes, fried chilli peanuts, fresh fruits Add on a $3 melon drink and the addition of GST and service charge easily brings the bill close to a 100bucks Service was prompt and nice, but can ve overbearing if servers keep fussing over you - but it does vary depends on who is servibg you

Service was good as usual, food was enjoyable, the atmosphere was nice, aircon was strong. Enjoyed the condiments section the most actually, especially the mushrooms and porridge. Came here past midnight so it was not too crowded. Enjoyed playing their mobile game for discount too. Will definitely visit hai di lao again as always. Would not mind paying for the experience.

Great food, even greater service. This is one rare establishment where the service goes beyond expectations. Food is fresh, good variety, but slightly on the pricey side. This concern however is quickly offset by the service you get. You actually feel like you're being cared for. This isn't my first time to this branch, but the service always leaves me satisfied.

Had a birthday dinner at HDL, staffs were busy but still attentive. The cheat codes do work, but they don't have certain items here like the 'ke le xiong' / Coke Bear Float , and more. Check with the staffs and they'll let you know. The staff auto came to me and was like 'wo shi xiao xian nv' 😂 that happened when I looked at another table who got their fairy wand. For my birthday, they gave me a fruit platter and longevity noodles. Overall, we spent about $80 for 2 pax. They gave us extra discount because there was construction going on. Compared to my first visit years back at the same outlet, service is better now. Back then, the service felt very fake and awkward. At least for today, the staff that served us was more authentic. We even chatted about her home country and how covid has impacted her :( ( it was sad ) Update after 5 months: I think this is my fav HDL outlet

Great soup base, good varieties and fantastic end-to-end service you can hardly ask for from anywhere in Singapore at such price range! Definitely one of the best choices for gathering! The mutton tasted pretty nice:)

This place is truly a unique experience. Took us 4 hours to line up to finally get a seat (4pm and we finally got in around 8pm) . The food was ok but it's really crowded. This place is open till 6am ( 6 Freaking AM!!!) And yes, you still get all the normal service like manicure, free drinks and snacks while you wait in Singapore too. Don't think I will return but for tourists it's probably a must experience place especially the ramen noodle show they perform at your table . Don't recommend ordering those spicy soup base, you have been warned hahaha.

First time going to HDL. 2 pax for $44 ($22/pax). Service is definitely beyond expectation, once we reached, they greeted us and guided us to the 2 different stations since it was our first time. They also allow us to play secret codes. Do note that free soup base, free toy etc are not available there. We only got snacks from them. Another note is that service level might decrease as customer traffic increases together with customers' request. All in all, really superb service!

Excellent service from the staffs, clean environment, follows covid restrictions strictly. Food is fresh and staffs are patient to explain the benefits of each. Very considerate and provide personal touch. Offers apron if wearing white, hairband for long hair etc. Special mention to staff: Yu Fen, for guiding a first timer very well into a hdl experience.

Best HDL branch in all of Singapore! Service is fantastic, we go monthly and still find ourselves returning to IMM over and over. Excellent service tonight by wenjing and Xiao Yun and manager with birthday on 27/7 😆 Everyone was so chirpy and cheerful even when obviously busy and stressed. 29/8/24 - Second visit in a month tonight, Weiquan was our server and was really warm and enthusiastic! He was never without a smile at anytime and nothing was too much trouble! Thank you!

Great place to eat at, the staff here are very friendly and helpful and they went the extra mile by not only greeting us but also helping my mom celebrate her birthday.The ordering for food is very fast from the moment you confirm your order it take less than 2 mins for the food to arrived and the staff there also help you to cook your food if you need it. I would highly recommend you to get the beef platter as you get a wide variety of meat and also the noodles as you will be treated to a noodle Chef making the noodle in front of you but downside of this noodle is it’s very bland. Overall it’s a great place to eat or to celebrate anyone birthdays.

Never experienced such fast and great service in Singapore restaurants. I felt like the passenger in the business class👍 but it would be better to hire more English speaking employees as there was only one English speaking manager in the hall and we had to wait while he was explaining to other tables. All were good but pricy especially for the sauce bar. We did not know that we had to pay for sauces. We have chosen less spicy and less oil but still the red soup was 🌶 spicy and oily. (Maybe because it is my first ever experience to eat the hot pot) 😊

Hai Di Lao simply has the best service of any F&B establishment I have ever been to. Instead of taking it easy with fewer patrons in the pandemic, they are doubling down on giving better service, welcoming customers warmly through the door and attending to every need no matter how small. I do appreciate the fast response of the staff members today when I made a horrible mistake of trying to swallow a too-large piece of food and started choking on it instead. Keep providing this world class service, all!

Every staff were friendly, wearing a smile on their face and the one who served me was 铃泠 she was a very attentive and polite one who will take care of all my needs, lending me her own phone stand so that i can watch videos more comfortably. Make a reservation beforehand if not you will have to queue for a long time. If you dont mind, try not to go at peak hours as the crowd is huge and you dont enjoy eating with so many people. The staff will be busy to be at full service to you as well. If you are having a birthday celebration there, they will celebrate for you. Recommendation by the staff is that order half a serving first if you are unsure if you like the dish. Can order more after that.

IMM HDL has been a popular joint for steamboat lovers. With all of their staff having great hospitality and friendly service attitude, there are tons of recurring foodies. Even upon this Covid19 pandemic, locals have been flocking here. The queue during dining hours are unfathomable. If you have not made a reservation weeks before coming down, prepare yourself for a long wait. While waiting, you can always do tasks which will result in discount coupons though. Unfortunately the service level have been lackluster compared to past years. Hope things will get better!

Haidilao is known for its service and the usual perks like free snacks and stuffs. The service staffs are friendly sincerely especially Wang Ning she has the best and Speedy service . It's a 5 stars for neighbourhood haidilao standard and we loved the service They have a spacious wait area. Comfortable interior seats and cosy decorations. Condiments counter were promptly topped up to cater to the busy lunch and dinner crowd. What makes this haidilao our favorite now is the strong aircon. Hotpot is most enjoyable in cold temperature and this is perfect for my family 😁

The best service ever!! Even though we’re non-Chinese speaking customers, we felt so welcomed! They were so helpful and friendly but still maintained their professionalism. It was by coincidence my birthday, they asked if I wanted a “celebration” which I said no to. They still insisted on giving me a cake! Which was so nice!

Food is not bad. Not a fan of steamboat but the service is really good. There's a staff dedicated to passing hot towels for you to use and will come by regularly to check if u need a new towel. The food staff will check your soup level and ingredients regularly and top up if necessary. And every staff you pass by will smile and greet you. When we were shown to our table, we found it too big and deliberated for quite a while before deciding to ask for a smaller table, the staff waited patiently (with smiles still on) before finding another table for us.

Not good not bad. I called to make sure there was tofu skin because my daughter likes them and would only go there for them. When i reached there (i already got the table!), they told me there was no more tofu skin and that they only have it on selected days. Although, the food was okay and they were really nice and kind. Would come here again!

My advice is go during odd hours when they are not as busy because you will either have to wait outside at their waiting area and munch on some fruits and snacks they provide. Or not being able to get the full service satisfaction due to the massive amount of guests they have to serve quickly and rush them out due to the other massive waiting line. Quality of the food is great as well as the amount of selection to choose from. Opening hours is really long so if you can wait and eat very late or very early.. do that instead.

I had business meeting in JB and purposely went over to have dinner around 5 pm. As I reached there, was immediately greeted by friendly staff. As it was my first time there, they showed me the way to maximise my dining experience. And I really admired their working attitude. From the face of the staffs, you can tell that they really want to serve you and they are happy working there. Cleanliness : 5/5 Food : 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambience : 4/5 I’ll definitely go there again!

I am regular at Haidilao and realise service standard has dropped. Last night bring 3 guests there, queue for free medicure and could not get our turn so they tell us to come today. Today we go all the way there and they tell us to wait for 8 hours. We have to go all the way back home feeling really disappointing. Although it is a free service, they should still treat it as a part of the total food experience there. We will not recommend the place again. Update post on 11/6. Since the post, Haidilao has communicate with us. We still think the system need improvement, but we are satisfied with the effort that its manager put in to accommodate our request. so I change the star to 4.

Crowded place during peak hour. It is better to book early and come personally to get a number. We only waited about 5 mins before our booking time. Food is served fast. The pork belly is fresh. Mala soup is a must try for chilli lovers. Handmade noodles is tasty but a bit less. We have to order at least 4 times before everyone is satisfied.

Just another fantastic meal at Haidilao. Waited a bit for the table to be ready. Food is good. Love the spice bars with snacks. Eat tons of bean curd dessert and ice cream. Only one small comment, we went with 7 pax but the table was a bit cramp. But with fantastic service, the waitress serving us was extremely helpful to make sure we don't feel cramp. Highly recommended but better that you call to make booking prior to going down.
