This place has definitely improved. The food here is much better than our last visit a year or more ago. The pesto pasta is the best we've come across in SG so far. 😋 And the staff here are always so nice! Which is so rare in this country these days. Will definitely be back. ☺️

Nice food, pasta, olive rice taste good. Very good pricing for the portion and you may top up for a meal with soup and drink. Especially love the seafood pasta and mixed grill dishes. The staff are friendly. And there’s free membership program.

Walk in on a Saturday evening at about 6pm and there is no queue ahead of us so waiting time is less than one minute. Ordered the mix grill set and carbonara set. You can either top up $3.90 for tomato soup and a drink or top up $4.90 for mushroom soup and a drink. The food quality is good and customer service is also good. Overall experience is pretty awesome and will return to dine in.

I had a fantastic dining experience at HOT TOMATO! The service was exceptional—special thanks to Roland, Jatin, Dado, and Wen Ren for going above and beyond to make the meal so enjoyable. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect. The food was amazing, especially the butter garlic prawn—so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The fish and chips were another standout: crispy, fresh, and absolutely delicious. A big thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend HOT TOMATO to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

Food was a far cry from what I had at other Hot Tomato branches, in particular the salmon, which was overcooked and dry. Tiramisu was too sweet as well. Service was good though.

We went to Jurong Point Hot Tomato for lunch today, ordered chicken chop with spaghetti and pork chop/sausage spaghetti. The portions are value for money and the food taste delicious. The cafe is quite noisy due to it open concept setting.

Ordered tomato soup, tiger prawns pasta and lime juice. Soup was great. Service is prompt and quick. Food tasted good. Prawns were cooked perfectly. One should wait even if there is a queue because it gets cleared within minutes.

Ordered 3 meals. 2 meals came after a long (>30mins) wait. The last meal (ribs and fries and onions rings) came after another 20 min. It was not even warm. They reheat for me after I complained.

We have been visiting another branch of this restaurant to order takeouts, but this was the first time we have ate in the restaurant. The steaks (and most main course) were reasonably priced; main course are usually served with spaghetti. While the price is not expensive, you also do not expect top quality meat; they're just average acceptable but value for money. They offer a upgrade ($2.50++ for Lunch and $3.50++ for the rest of the day) with any main course that will give you the soup of the day and a drink. We were surprised to be told, while we were ordering, that the soup was tomato soup and if we add a dollar we could get a mushroom soup instead. Two things came to our mind: one, so the soup-of-the-day is the cheapest soup they can offer and they will try to up-sell you, and two, why should there be any price difference between tomato soup and mushroom soup (was it just a ploy to get you to pay additional money)? The food was acceptable, though it seems "peppery" was the main taste we got from most of the food we ordered (steak, sausage, soup, pork chop). The service was reasonably prompt. Overall, if you want reasonably priced steak (not high quality, though), check out this place.

First time at Hot Tomato. We were served by RIO. My companion, celebrating his birthday today, and I were so happy because Rio provided us with par excellence service. Rio is knowledgeable friendly and prompt. We had a marvellous time dining here. Thank you RIO for making it a great experience for us.
