5 pcs Tender Set | $8.50 It was super hype among my friends and colleagues and we decided to give it a try. The sauce for the tender was good. Han ordered the mix chicken set and the meat was slightly tenderer thn average fast food restraunt. But overall it wasn't as great as what other spoke about and the place is really small. So be early to get a sit !

Spaghetti was so good! $11.30 with 2 pcs chicken & a drink. Can get very busy during lunch time but got my food quite fast!

Always wanted to try to see what its like - the fried chicken is nicely done and was thinking perhaps what makes it nicer is the gravy (though thought it to be slightly salty). The spicy chicken was more spicy than expected which is good! Chips were average and prices seem reasonable.

First time trying jollibee - it was really nice for fast food! Easy ordering process, food was tasty

If you are wondering why Jolibee, go and try it and you will get your much needed answers. After trying it the first time, I am back here again and again. Depending on the time and crowd, most of the time you should be able to find a place to sit despite the long line. Now there's two machine to order your food but they only accept nets. Or you can order from the conventional line that's always dreadfully long during dinner time.

Great spicy chicken! Breast was abit tough but well marinated inside out. Definitely not very oily as compared to their peers. Fries left a weird glaze feeling on my tongue.

As its my first time trying this, it has been a while since i tasted some juicy and tender chicken. The only thing i think could be better is if the rice (side dish) was less sticky? Because it was giving more vibes towards glutinous rice. Maybe that is just how it was made. But overall YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THE CHICKEN 👍🏻

Ordered 3 meals and had a set of chicken missed out from my order, but only noticed when i left. Called the phone number several times, but to no avail.

I know many people love the chicken here but I'm leaving my review because of the wonderful service my friends and I received from the staff! Was here on 30 April, at dinner time. The queue was long yes and the place was crowded and everyone was busy. The ladies behind the counters were still smiles and patience. I also witnessed a caucasian man standing behind our group who beckoned to the manager (he was wearing a different uniform so I assume he is the manager?) and queried him about the menu. The manager was patient and paused what he was doing to answer the man's questions. Overall I had the impression that the staff were really doing their best and were friendly and helpful. I'm also really grateful that the same manager was observant and noticed our group of 6 had "choped" 2 small round tables near the back of the restaurant - he took the initiative to signal that we should take the longer table near the entrance so that we could sit more comfortably. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and am grateful to the staff for a job well done ✅ 🤠

We enjoyed the food and appreciate the service of the cashier. Just noticed that manager scolding thr cashier for confirming something that I asked about our order. Cashier only in good intention wanted to confirm but manager scolded her fiercely.’i feel bad for the cashier.

Ordered the 2 piece chicken and extra spicy chicken fillet set for takeaway at about 7pm. It was pretty crowded so we didn't managed to check our order before leaving the outlet. When we reached home, we realised that they forgotten our burger order. Tried calling the hotline for more than 5 times but nobody pick up our order. Our fault for not checking the order but i'd wish the person that is packing the order to check thoroughly in future too.

Lunch at Jolibee Novena on Monday, 26th Sept. D lady who take orders was friendly n patience, I'll gave her 5 Stars. D other lady who handed d orders was not following d instruction shown on d monitor, despite my no came out first, she choose to give d nos after me n my 2 coffee was left sitting at d counter while she prepare d orders. It was not until d Supervisor (I think) who noticed my no was on d monitor longer than usual that she came to intercede. Not only d Lady who hand out d orders wasn't apologetic but she still trying to explain n argue with d Supervisor.. 2 Stars indeed.

First time ordered at the Novena branch. Had the spicy two piece set with fries and corn as side dishes. The chicken tastes good, not too spicy or over powering. But it was quite small compared to it competitors..lol. Fries was more like kid's portion (I didn't really check for upsize) and better to be eaten while there. Overall experience, for this particular chicken, it was bit more juicier than its competitors.

Better than KFC. Chicken breast is considered dry and tough, not here! The breast is juicy and has a great flavour. Queue is long at times. Hope they build more outlets.

Long queue but speed is fast. Price is lower than KFC and Popye but gives one less side dish. So decide if you want to go for size or portion, or the style of fried chicken you like.

Chicken tastes a bit less than usual standard Chickenjoy. This branch is little more generous on the chicken size and gravy. As usual the rice is small AF.
