Lunched in @ ~ 1445hrs. Crab dish was not as hot as it could have been. It's probably 'cooled' to make it ready to dig in. Chili sauce was a little too sweet for me, and can't taste spice. The crab meat was good though. The steamed soon hock was splendid. Fresh, cooked just nice. Would re order this dish for sure. This restaurant does not seem to have the practice of clearing customer's used plates... The shells piled up rather quickly.

Had a wonderful dinner on 29 Oct 2024. Ms Tina Huang was very attentive to our needs and we felt very welcomed. Great hospitality and service lead by Ms Huang. Best ever experience with Jumbo over so many years in so many outlets. Keep up the great work!

Besides having good food, the restaurant also had a strong emphasis on service. Weng Yan and Tina Huang especially were very attentive to us be it for our requests for food ordering or even assistance on photo-takings. The overall experience was definitely great though the venue seems a bit cramped with maximisation of the table settings.

We are super satisfied with foods and service! Especially Kevin is so nice to us and treats us well. Will visit here for sure! I highly recommend to order the pork bbq. For me, this was the best among all foods we ordered including chili crab! Scallop’s one was not for us tho.

Came here for my mom’s birthday today. It’s been several years since I last had chili crab and the first place I thought of was Jumbo! Tina our server was wonderful and very polite. She provided some recommendations on what to order and made sure the portions were adequate. We loved the dishes she recommended. She was also very attentive and brought us tea and even helped with de-shelling of the crab! 🦀 The chili crab was delicious and we loved the scallop with the yam rings Highly recommend coming here ☺️

Celebrated my Sister's Birthday Dinner here! We did not have a reservation and scanned the QR to join the waitlist. That really made it very convenient and hassle-free as we could walk and shop around while waiting. We were extremely surprised when we were brought to a VIP Room! It was so unexpected and such a wonderful experience! The Manager Tina Huang was so friendly, kind and attentive to all our requests! The service was impeccable. The food was consistent and good. However, the portion seems smaller than expected. The pricing is abit on the high side but affordable. Overall, it is an excellent place for family gatherings!

I visited Jumbo Seafood last year and was blown away by the flavour of the X.O. fried rice with seafood, so while visiting Singapore returned to the restaurant in The Jewel and ordered the dish again. It was just as good as I remembered. The restaurant is busy, so booking ahead makes sense. Tina was my waitress, and she rapidly brought the food to the table. I also enjoyed a bowl of the pumpkin seafood soup.

SINGAPORE CHILLI CRAB. A speciality dish that is a must whenever you visit or pass through Singapore. This is my second time eating at Jumbo seafood, and first time at the Jewel and it was an experience! Between the best servers (we had the lovely Tina Huang) who ensure you are enjoying every ounce of the meal and help you dissect the crab when we needed a hand; to the delicious Alaskan crab and wonderful chilli sauce. I recommend it to everyone who passes through and I will definitely be back everytime I pass through Singapore. If you haven't tried it is a must!

The food was excellent. But service was a bit of a let down. We had two young kids and we ordered a stir fry noodle dish, the menu didn't indicate it was spicy and neither did the person taking the order. It would have been nice if the person taking our order to have taken the care to notice the kids and indicated to us it was spicy.

It was difficult to find a slot and only managed to get a slot at 6pm at Jewel. Service was great! 👍🏻 The food was good but it’s quite expensive and portion was quite small. For most of the dishes, we needed to order double quantity for 6 adults and 3 young children. Love the boiled live prawns - they were juicy and sweet. The or nee dessert was a bit too sweet for me.

All the food was full of flavour and especially the crab, which was full of flesh. 10/10 recommend, service was also especially good. Particularly Tina, who consistently assisted our table with great service. Overall, this restaurant was amazing and I cannot recommend this more!

Expensive seafood but probably one can't expect much less for fresh seafood in Singapore. Enjoyed the fish and spare ribs more than the crab. Found the crab a little too spicy and the meat on this occasion is not fleshy (ie it's very hollow within the crab shell)

Last night I went there for dinner with my husband. We ordered cereal fry prawn with seafood fry rice. The food was really great. Once we entered there is one Chinese guy with power glasses and one Chinese lady welcoming us with smiley faces. And the staff name Lee Ling she really served if very well mannered ( pls give some extra allowances for these staffs which doing their job very greatly!) For sure will go again😃

Great food and ambience at Jumbo Jewel! Tried the Alaskan king crab done 2 ways - steamed & black pepper and it tasted really good! Another must order is the mocha pork ribs! As always lovely n very fresh seafood at this very reknown seafood restaurant in Singapore. We have frequented this restaurant many times n it’s branches everytime we have been here in Spore. The locals think it quite commercialized but we like it here. Food service and atmosphere always great! We had the freshest lobster cooked in special Jumbo broth and a most delicious deep fried yam with scallops n the tastiest water spinach dish. Their specialty is the Singaporean Chilli crab with mun tau ( buns) Definitely worth a visit!👌😝 Will be back again for sure👏🏻👏🏻

What I like:- 1. Food is really good but quantity is small 2. They reserved a private room for me even though I did not asked for it What can be improved:- 1. For a pax of 8, they shud cater a larger teapot n not one teapot fits all requirement. It can't even pour past 4 cups before refilling 2. Service is slow even I press the Call button many times. I personally need to go out n ask the waiter/waitress for assistance 3. We ordered a soup n rice n I asked the waiteress to scoop them into individual bowls but on both occassion, she only prepared 7 bowls. First time doing it, i take it she overlook but when she did it the 2nd time n confronted her, her replied was the portion only can cater max 7 person. I told her that we have 8 pax n can't she just separate the portion to 8 n she said no n walk off

I would like to commend Kelvin for his excellent 5 star service always. Very accomodating on our request and warm to guest. Same quality of service or even better since I met him in Ion branch. I came here for chilli crab last year and golden sand crab this year. The golden sauce is super delicious and unexpectedly delicious. I highly recommend it. Yangzhou fried rice and pineapple shrimp balls are as delicious as ever. Not only are they in line with Taiwanese tastes, they are also more delicious than expected. I will come back next time

The crab was incredibly delicious, especially when dipping the bun in the crab's sauce, which was exceptionally flavorful. The staff were friendly, and the ones I encountered could speak Chinese, making the dining experience very pleasant. I heard that it was a must-eat place when coming to Singapore, so I visited it right before leaving the country. There was no wait on a Tuesday afternoon, but I did not like the fact that they asked me to wait even though there was a seat (I waited about 15 minutes). We ordered chili crab and fried rice. When ordering chili crab, we had to choose the type of crab, but we ordered mud crab, which is commonly eaten. It took about 30 minutes for it to come out, and the taste of the chili sauce was so pungent that it couldn't be tasteless. Unlike soft crab, the shell is not edible, so it was difficult to eat, but it was difficult to eat in Korea. It seems like a good idea to eat once!

The food was delicious and the service was worthy of being the best restaurant in Singapore. The price range was 400,000 won for 6 people including 1 child. It's delicious and filling!

Meal time: 2024/3 weekdays at about 1 p.m. On weekdays, when you arrive at noon, you still have to queue for about 30 minutes. It is recommended to make a reservation. I ordered oatmeal shrimp, chilli crab, gourd pork, and fried steamed buns that day. They were all very delicious, especially the oatmeal shrimp, which was particularly good and delicious. Pair the oatmeal with it. Enjoy it with rice, it's a perfect match. The oatmeal shrimp I ordered that day ($26 Singapore dollars) was thick and delicious. The oatmeal part was processed very well. It has a taste that I have never tasted in Taiwan. The oatmeal has a delicate texture and a milky aroma. It is especially delicious when paired with white rice. The dish ranks first in my heart. I also ordered the sweet and sour pork ($20 Singapore dollars). The pork pieces are processed very carefully, tender and juicy. It is very delicious when paired with the sweet and sour sauce. You can feel that compared with other restaurant meals, the processing here is better. The level of sophistication is impressive. I ordered a kilogram of blue crab chili crab ($118 SGD) that day. The meat was indeed thick and delicious. The chili sauce paired with fried steamed buns ($1.8 SGD/each) was also very delicious, but compared to the oatmeal shrimp, I personally found it not that surprising. . The three of us dined that day. In addition to the above three dishes, we also ordered a bowl of rice, six fried steamed buns, and a drink. Personally, I think this amount is just right for three people (the total bill including tax is about NT$5,000). You can eat very satiatingly. Although the cost of Jumbo is high, I am very satisfied with the unexpected performance of the seafood dishes. With the taste and exquisiteness of the dishes, I am willing to visit again. However, considering the price of crabs, I may not order crabs in the future.

The ingredients are indeed relatively good, but the freshness is not as good as expected. The award-winning crab steamed buns are really average, just like domestic gold and silver steamed buns, and they don't match the sauce. The restaurant is quite popular, so you usually have to wait for a table. SGD150 per capita.
