Decided to try this because my other store wasn’t opened. Was delighted with the taste, very rich! Amount of fish and ingredients were sizeable as well and tasty. Picture doesn’t do this dish justice, but never try never know sometimes.

18.06.24 lunch $8.70 / had the medium size Herbal Seafood Soup which comes with Dory fish, 2 prawns n 5 meatballs... a very nice tasty lunch n big bowl of rice. Eat until full full.

I've never been a fan of fish soup. Either it's just a bowl of hot salt water or just hot water with pathetic fish & veg slices swimming in it. Though there is only one fish soup over at Bugis that I enjoy. THIS makes it the 2nd fish soup to be added to a carnivore's list! It's YUMZ! The fish slices are so fresh! The broth is delicious! It's so good that I almost finished it! I had mine with regular bee hoon instead of of the thick version cos I like it when the broth thoroughly coats the thin strings of bee hoon. I've been here many times but have forgotten to take any pictures or write a review, haha, but I finally did! I'm not a fan of the staff behind at the counter, BUT for the soup! I'll take some attitude hehe

A good bowl of fish soup, decent amount of fish, soup taste good. Just thought the price is a bit much but tbh everything here the price is a bit more than the usual kopitiam on the island.

Had the double fish soup at 8$, and a bowl of rice. Went during a weekend lunch, waited 10-15 mins, decent, but would have preferred it to have more slices since it’s 8$.

Fish soup is yums. I recalled when it first started middle of this year or so it was run by a friendly family.. but the current staff is weird.. a Chinese older aunty... When I asked for an extra bowl, she said walk into the shop and take yourself la. Okay, can.. and when another customer asked if the order on the table was hers she didn't respond..

Knew this place from social media. On social media, the reviews were 4.5/5 stars. Thought it should be good, as they have Michelin star. Ordered the Claypot steamboat set at $38. The ingredients were fair enough for 2 to 3pax. Went with my family of 4pax (2A,2K). The soup I ordered was herbal. The taste was actually very average. There is nothing special about it. On a weekend evening, around 530pm to 630pm, I'm the only table having the steamboat. Wonder is because of the location issue or what caused it. The stall hygiene needs to improve. There were lots of flys and kind of messy. Maybe they are popular in their fish soup.
