It was a good kebab. I usually ordered beef keban at other chain but since it wasn't available here, I ordered chicken one and the taste wasn't disappointing. I always came across the shop, however, it was always after I ate my dinner. This time round I tried it even after my dinner, the taste was good even after another dinner 😋 filling just nice till full

Staff is friendly and efficient. 👍🏼 First time trying the lamb salad box. Quite a variety of choices although food could do better if kept warm. Personally I feel the meat griller shld be placed at front of shop instead of the back. The smell and sight wld definately bring in more crowds. Almost missed the stall if i was not purposely looking for a halal stall. Price is abit high but understandably since its lamb.

Food is OK. Staff very friendly. Saw chinese social media has bad review about this branch make me wondering how bad the service will be and want to give a try. End up,I found that the staff here very friendly. I guess some people pay hawker price and expect Michelin 5 star service. But as a worker that been through overwork life before,I feel pity to the staff here. All other stall hv few men power. This stall is 1 man show. The company seem like want to squeeze people out to max like sugar cane sia! 5 star for service...but management,I don't feel like giving even a star

last friday my first time trying kebabs faktory .great recommendations of the sauce(recommend his fav combination) from the malay staff that served me n my family eventhough he was eating his lunch . theres another staff there but maybe she is in her OWN WORLD untill we have to called the malay guy behind..overall we are happy with the food n GREAT N FRIENDLY service from that guy . surely will come back !

Based on the previous review that I read and it was badly judge, I think that was unfairly written because it was based on one sided story. I am avid fan of kebabs faktory, a regular if I could say that almost every weekend I will buy a kebab fix. Myself witnessed that whole episod of last week drama a good 10 mins. I believe the male staff was not in a wrong, he kept his cool although was thrown cursed words. I believe a front liner service staff myself felt that , we must be respected .Respect should be earned. Don’t feel entitled even though u are a customer. I believe every singaporean should not behave like that lady as customer. All in all, I love the food from kebabs faktory!

The french fries were great crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside the gryo was also great if the sauce for the atmosphere what can you expect with just a small outlet in a mall

Had mixed meat borito it was nice to go with habenero sauce that been suggested by the malay guy.. He really know whats good to go with.. Will be back again !
