Amazing service and cook by the crew for a Friday evening. The service staffs handled everything to perfection. Fast, calm and cool. The restaurant was full house yet it only took 7 mins for my food to arrive. They deserve a 5 stars from me! So sorry I didn’t get any photos of the food as I was too hungry.

I ordered the quarter half meal, with a side of macaroni salad and onion rings. The food was good and tasty. I especially love the corn bread as it is sweet and soft on the inside. Service wise I would say that the staff were friendly and the cashier, the female staff wearing the black hijab and glasses, she was very friendly, welcoming and nice towards us in ordering our food. Atmosphere is just nice.

This is was first time I had lunch in this restaurant. I ordered 2 dishes as shown in the picture. I reached the restaurant on Saturday around 1:30pm. The waiting time was around 5-8 minutes. The price for the 2 dishes were about SGD 33. Pro: 1) It was served within few minutes after ordered. 2) It was delicious. 3) The waiter was polite.

I came here as it had student meal, and when i tell you, it is worth the price, it has a great portion. Service wise was also fast. I recommend coming here!

I remember my first time at Kenny Rogers Great World City back in the 90s. Although I don't frequent it, I remember the muffin which was something we didn't get at most places. Fast forward to 2018, when we came across it in Jem. A quick search on the net informed us that the chain had pulled out of America, but was still operating in Asia. Since then, I have visited the place a few times. Personally, I feel that the roast chicken is not bad, quite tasty, and the thigh drumstick is quite tender. While the portions may have shrunk over the years, a half chicken plate can still fill you up if you're really hungry. Otherwise the quarter chicken is good, not too gelat. This time, I tried the quarter with spaghetti Bolognese. The spaghetti was quite good, the sauce was nice. The muffin is still great, and the texture feels more like a cake, which I kinda enjoy. The mushroom soup is decent, about the same as most places. All in all, it was a good and satisfying meal. The staff is polite and friendly, and their efficiency made my dining experience all the better. Visit during off peak hours as it can get pretty packed with a sizeable queue.

First time trying Kenny Rogers after they returned to the Singapore market. It's positioned as a restaurant but you had to queue, place your order and pay up, which is similar to Aston's. Ordered half a chicken to share. I think I would have enjoyed it a bit more if the sauce was served on the side as drenching the chicken with it removed any crispiness from the skin. Not something that I would return for.

The grilled chicken is nice and tender and the brown sauce complements well. The spaghetti aglio tastes good too, but the little chilli can be a bit overpowering (for my teenage girl). I was expecting the “short tube” macaroni but it came out the “shell” type. I would prefer the elbow macaroni. Anyway, the service staff are great, especially the “senior” lady who knew what I needed without asking.

Resturant standard menu serving at fast food speed, the chicken breast was marvellously tender while the corn muffin was crispy at the top and fluffy within. Service was friendly and prompt. Will return again.

I had the steak. It was okay. I really like the sweet muffin thou. That was very impressively nice. The chicken is very dry and not well marinated. For the price, it’s not worth it at all. I prefer the NTUC spring chicken to this.

Food was alright. The nasi lemak is nicely flavoured (salty) and the chicken's ok. Not so the ikan bilis and peanuts (too dry, and no flavour). But what takes the cake (and hence why not 4 or 5 stars) is the nickel and diming. Their receipt, if you were to add up the numbers that they give you, should give you 19.95. Instead they round it up to 20 and charge you 20?

Price is expensive for the quality. A lot of it can taste is processed food.. i mean its fast food kinda but the price is not. really expected better or cheaper. One pax easily $18.00 cause their prices is ++. The strange thing is u have to go to counter to order than they will serve the food to you. But they charge 10% service charge... if want to charge service tax it should be full table service. Even mcdonalds got table services but no service tax. overall experience is Meh..
