My first time to dine at Kin Kao Mai Thai Restaurant with a stunning sea view. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal, and the friendly staff provided excellent recommendations. The food quality was outstanding; each dish was bursting with flavor, and the spice level was just right—neither too mild nor overpowering. The meat was incredibly tender, and the prawns were exceptionally fresh, making every bite a delight. Nice open place with great view. The food also delicious. We love the pork knuckles is so crispy and juicy. Their coconut milk soup also very fragrant. Definitely good Thai food place

This is our second visit here since last year, and we wanted to confirm whether their service remains consistent. I am now 100% sure they deserve all the credit. The service was so thoughtful and warm that it felt almost unbelievable. The food presentation was excellent, and the staff was incredibly attentive to our every need—from ensuring the portable air conditioner was well positioned, replacing ice buckets dilligently, guiding us on the use of the dart machine, to even sharing free waffles with us like family. The Google rating doesn’t do them justice, and we hope our feedback helps boost their popularity. While it’s a bit secluded, it’s definitely an awesome, quaint place to relax in this bustling city.

The dishes we ordered were flavorful and nicely cooked. We particularly enjoyed the pork knuckles, which had very tender meat and crispy skin. The seafood tom yum was very shiok as well!

A relaxing and chilling dine in place serving Thai food suitable for family with kids. Their steamed seabass is meaty and flavourful. Pork Knuckle is crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside. Tom yam soup is a must order, it's so comforting to the tummy.

the atmosphere is really nice, with a seaview and many yacht. the staff are friendly and accommodating, always initiating to help. the food also taste exceptionally good, with the thai chilli sauce enhancing the flavour of each dish. fried seabass with sweet and sour sauce was easy to consume too as the fish was already sliced into bite-sized pieces without bones. overall would recommend this place for friends and family to visit!

Place a bit “isolated”, deep inside Sembawang at SAF yatch club. However, environment is nice, sea view dining basically, worth coming here to chillax have a meal or drink with friends. Food is authentic, recommended! Especially like the Steamed Sea Bass and Crispy Pork Knuckle!

We spent our dinner here during Deepavali eve… It really worth the effort and journey… the ambience of the restaurant is fantastic and romantic for couple… The staff is very friendly, smiley and welcoming… The foods recommended to us are great and enjoyable… The fried rice with prawn is very fragrant and tasty… The pork knuckle is crispy and succulant, it feels so good when you chew it… Another must try dish is the thai chicken green curry… It is served with generous portion of chickens… The green curry goes well with steam rice… We will come again for other dishes next time… You should come and enjoy the foods at this restaurant as well

Totally wowed by their perfectly executed CNY Lou Hei plate, with Thai twist! Only for 15 days of CNY though. All other Thai dishes were fantastic too. Thai Steamed Fish was spicy and sour, so addictive! Minced pork with basil, hand minced to uneven sizes, very well seasoned. Located at 2nd floor of the yatch club building, overlooking Malaysia and Starts of Singapore.

Have to park your car outside the gantry unless you’re Sembawang Yatch Club member. The atmosphere is so relaxing where you can enjoy the nice foods while looking at the nice view! The KKM Plater is highly recommend which have BBQ Squid, big prawn, prawn cake, moo ping and mango salad! Is a nice place to hang out with family for dinner and enjoy the beer with your friends.

First time here with friends. Staff here, Dey and Cun, were fantastic. From the point we arrived, Dey made sure we had a good place to sit even though seating was limited. Cun gave good recommendations and offered an alternative when my friend was being fussy. Always had a smile on his face. Food was on point. The steamed fish was fresh and was so good my friend decided to search for every bit of meat. Every crew member made us feel welcome and made sure that the drinks were served early as we were almost parched with thirst upon arrival. Loved the experience here! So good we forgot to take photos of the food.

This place is so underrated?! Went with my extended family including toddlers and baby. Service and food were good. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! Thank you staff members for giving into our food requirements and even helping to turn down the music for a sleeping baby :)
