Reviews of Kiwami: Ramen & Gyoza Bar (Chinatown Point)
Tasty and value for money teppanyaki set meal that comes drinks. Fried rice was fluffy and delicious too. Service staff were also friendly.
Cosy and comforting food. Had the black garlic ramen and miso ramen. Worth the price. Miso was slightly on the salty side, but the black garlic was good with a punch and distinct taste of the black garlic. Chashu is super tender. Overall I’ll rate this ramen 8/10.
Karaage is a must buy. Fluffy and crispy batter, coupled with the tender chicken with perfect marination. 10/10
We also had the mocktail which I find not so good. The soda is light, not gassy at all. But for the price it still okay.
Our first experience dine in this restaurant. Unfortunately some bad experience. My order was the Pork Teppanyaki set. Took quite awhile to wait for my food where my friend almost finishing her food. Only a few customers in the restaurant but yet Staff forgotten my order and served my dish to other customers. Secondly, staff eagerly clear our plates. We were still eating and other plates left 1 or 2 more pieces of food, staff asked us if we still want the food??. We quickly consume the food so the staff can clear the plates. Overall food is acceptable good as first patronize.
This was dinner in Chinatown Point. We ordered the Teppanyaki beef set and a pork cutlet.
Taste wise, it was okay. We hv had better ones, but this was alright. The set came with the beans, soup, rice and some pickled veg.
The pork tonkatsu was rather mediocre. The crust was over done.
However, the price is not too expensive. Quite affordable and will surely fill you up.
Ambience is quite nice with great lighting. Service was also alright.
Overall, but too bad.
Value for money!!food is good and service is great as well!
1 for 1 mocktail so it’s only $4.90 for two drinks
Good ramen, experience made perfect by the very friendly staff Xiu Zhen!
Spicy miso ramen was actually spicy enough and the pieces of pork were very tender! The soup is also flavourful enough and the portion size is good. Pricing is reasonable, under 20 for a bowl of ramen in a nice aircon environment in the mall.
Photos are of ramen already half eaten, too hungry so forgot to take at the start oops
Xiu Zhen was very friendly and helpful and attended to all our questions and requests readily! Would like to commend her greatly for providing great service. It was really a pleasant surprise :))
Will be back!
Food was lovely and tasty but staff were just a little shorthanded at times and it was just a bit hard to get their attention.
The waitress very friendly chef cook nice ramen too!
Lunch $11.90 onwards worthy !
Chloe is very friendly and attentive. Very helpful with the menu and food recommendations too! A must try
Their food are nice and delicious, worth visiting…
Nice food, excellent service. Price is good too! We will visit again!
Not bad! I ordered the premium red ramen and added egg, the flavours were good and the char siu was very tender! There were many pieces (I think 5 pieces) or so.
They provide teppanyaki sets during lunch time also.
Environment is warm woody feel, service staff was helpful and friendly. Ordered tonkatsu fried rice, the presentation was very appetising, golden fried tonkatsu laid over a sleeve of fresh looking lettuce next to a bed of Smokey fried rice garnished with spring onions and pickles but the taste was super average compared to the presentation. The fried rice just tasted pepperish, no slightest hint of wok hei, and the tonkatsu was dry and blend. What a pity
First time try this japanese resturant....mazesoba, chicken steak set, pork gyoza and yuzu honey drink. Food is delicious. Price reasonable.
Chance up the restaurant at the corner at second floor of Chinatown point. Food was nice. Upgraded my set to fried rice and I really like the fried rice. Service was great
Value for money Chicken Set which came with generous serving of vegetables, chicken, cold drink, hot miso soup and dessert. Not too oily nor salty.
This place has amazing food, and for a good price. It was hot, tasty and came quickly. Of course expect to pay service fee and GST on top of the menu prices. Also, this is the first time I’ve ever been charged for tap/table water, albeit it $1SGD a glass.
The self ordering system works well, however the staff showed little interest in being hospitable and tended towards rudeness.
However, in spite of these issues, my wife and I had a good dinner. Would recommend for food alone, with price and speed as a bonus.
Ordered two lunch ramen set. One original and one black garlic.
The black garlic ramen had fried garlic chips that were very tough. Had to soak in ramen soup before it was soft enough to eat. Noodles also tasted a bit off.
Premium meat was not bad, ice lemon tea and gyoza were standard.
Overall would not go back again as we felt we could get better ramen else where with the same price.
Nice ambiance, nice good food.
Buta hoho black mazesoba — $14.9
Reasonable price point for the quality. Not mindblowing but not bad either. Loved the garlic elements in this dish. Ibérico pork jowl was tender but slightly underseasoned. Not a big issue as you can still mix it with the noodles.
Would patronize again!
Great and tasty food. Excellent service. Friendly staff.
Authentic Japanese food! Delicious and tasty. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.
Super delicious food and very affordable prices👍🏻
The premium tonkotsu ramen and teppanyaki steak set were delicious and priced just right. Waiters/waitresses were also attentive and responsive to my inquiries
Affordable and delicious Japanese food! Worth checking them out if you’re in the area!
Food arrived quickly and was pretty tasty. They were accommodating to special orders.
Quite surprised to see an overall rating of 4.6 stars.
Was here for lunch on 6-Apr-2024 around 1:30pm for late lunch. It was not packed, probably about 40% or less occupancy.
Wanted to order the "free flow stir fried veggie" which was not found on the QR ordering system. Took nearly 10 minutes to get a service staff's attention (they don't seem to bother looking around). Asked how to order the free flow veggie the staff said we can only order it through her and we must have a main item ordered.
Not sure if there's something she doesn't like about me or my friend, but some time later, when we asked her about our Gyoza order, her immediate response was like "Huh? No you didn't order the......... " trails off while she was looking at our order chit before realizing we ordered gyoza as ala carte. Basically, she thought that we ordered "free flow stir fried veggie" and expected free flow gyoza as well..... (there is indeed another option of free-flow stire fried veggie + gyoza but we did not go for that and decided to order ala carte gyoza).
To top it off, we asked for refill of the stir fried veggie at least twice but none ever came..... so much for "free flow". We decided to just give up, settled the bill and get out of there.
An affordable and yummy ramen place situated on the second floor of Chinatown Point! I got a spicy tonkotsu ramen and it cost $13.90. The broth is really rich and aromatic, noodles were bouncy, and the charsiew is tender and delicious. Would come back again 100%
Delicious, beautiful gyoza. 10/10 would come again.
Have been here twice for the mazesoba! Also make sure you order their gyoza - you can pick your dipping sauce, and the “Sichuan” one is delicious and umami (though bear in mind that it’s not v spicy or Sichuan-y at all)! Always easy to get a seat here, too, which doesn’t hurt when you’re in need of something quick, delicious and hearty
Nice ramen with reasonable price. The restaurant environment and views are nice too! Forgot to take the photos of the ramen though but husband finished the whole soup 😋
Beef cubes and garlic rice teppan is pretty good with ramen options. Average pricing.
Really yummy food,.easy to eat, great price and friendly staff
A mall restaurant with efficient service, well priced meal sets and fresh hot food.
Average food & lack of service as there seemed to be short of staff. We were almost done with our main dish then they served the soft shell crab. We had ramen & teppanyaki. The food tasted a bit bland.
Affordable set lunch , fast service , nice ramen broth
Good food, good service.
Great value food
Not crowded on week day nights.
The teppanyaki is nice and service crew is feiendly
Great food and service from the manager here! Mentioned to her that the broth of one of the ramen wasn’t that strong, and she immediately returned with another bowl of soup for us. Highly appreciative! Overall - really great ramen and dumplings.
Great pork cuts! Soup is surprisingly smooth but can err on indulgent by the end of your meal, so they don't give as much soup as one would normally expect. Comfort meal otherwise :)
Fantastic place to chill and dine. The ramen is amazing, the gyoza pairs wonderfully with the freezer. Service is excellent - I was served by Alicia and Cindy and the dishes came out in record time. I'd definitely come here again!
If you're craving for an excellent bowl of ramen, come here! There's teppanyaki too and a good selection of sides.
Excellent ramen and delicious gyoza dumplings. Fresh seafood and great price for this quality! The most recommended!
First time to eat at Kiwami. Ordered Mala Ramen and a glass of soda water. It was perfect for a rainy October evening. I am a fan of spice and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.
Nice environment, comfortable environment. Tasty food.
Nice food,Good Service. Value for money. Will recommend to friend
Service is prompt n good, food is original good taste, pricing is reasonably okay for all the good service, great original taste ,and with great satisfaction. Will always come n bring more friends.
Food was extremely good! Ramen was not too salty and just nice, chicken and gyoza was also very good! Will definitely come back again :)
Good and nice
The teppanyaki chicken set quite salty today.
Saikoro steak is really good, pleasantly surprised! Mazesoba is a bit too salty and portion was a bit too small. Mala gyoza is legit 👍
Food was tasty! Service was good, food arrived quickly and staff were very polite.
nice food
Food was good and service was great. Shout out to Mukul whose service was sincere and thoughtful, thank you!

Amazing customer service! I was impressed by the waitress today :)
Food not bad pricing a bit on the high side and small potion.
The food is reasonably price
Good food and good promotion.
good
Good n nice
Very good la
Food looks and tastes good. Price is reasonable and servings are enough to fill you up. Side are also good. My mom liked the vegetable side. If you can’t use chopsticks, you can request for spoon and fork. Overall, a very good experience.
Aburi En recently got merged to this restaurant, but the food is still good.
Please add the dons and teppanyaki dishes to the delivery platforms too. Thank you!
We regularly come to eat in the evening and for lunch, the service is great and the dishes are always well prepared and tasty! Tonight I took the Pesto Hiyashi Ramen, it was very good! Thanks
The new matcha ramen comes highly recommended.
Food is good. Ice lemon tea can be improved
