Taste of food is still yummy. The grilled fish in golden soup is really good. Not too oily or salty. However, noticed an increase in price n a reduction in quantity since last year. No 10% service charge though. They have a choice of small OR large portion to select for some dishes . Aircon could be colder.

Fragrant MLXG with options to reduce salt, oil and other condiments. I liked the good balance and savoury taste which was just right. Many levels of spice to choose from in case you can't take too spicy. Had a wide selection of ingredients. However, I wished the proportions were bigger for the price I paid of $30. Usually other places will give you much more. Moreover, two ingredients I ordered were not inside, and I had to be very careful to check and ask Grab for a refund.

A mala store in the east that opens till late. Love the wide variety of ingredients available (eg, beef tripe) and the soup is addictive. That said, it’s not super good to the extent that I’d travel hours to eat it.

Personally feel that there is nothing too fragrant about the Mala served here. Nothing you can’t get at your local Kopitiam. Price-wise was relatively affordable (est. $11 – $20)

Labula is definitely a place go to place when I am craving authentic china dishes. Love the alacarte dishes to the MLXG You get to choose the ingredient from the self ordering kiosk for the MLXG instead of the typical picking your own ingredient (which is more hygienic in my opinion) Service is great and the place is well maintained.

Been going here for about 7 years now. Honestly, the food is pretty inconsistent at times. When it’s busy, the cooking is quite sloppy. However, when it’s good, it’s the best 麻辣 in Singapore! Compared to other restaurants, I prefer the taste of their mala as they add a lot of garlic - so if you love garlic, I would recommend this place to you

Delicious Ma La in tampines, would recommend the soup version! Price has recently gone up slightly, so do expect to spend a little more here. Spice and flavour are definitely not lacking, though sometimes depends how heavy handed the chef is too.

I am happy that it tastes nice. However, we ordered 7 veg and 4 kinds of meats with maggie. There were too little quantity of each to justify the cost. I can count for eg 6-8pcs of half sliced eggplant for $1.10. Luncheon meat was like 5-6pcs quadrants for $2.20. It resultant food filled one big bowl which most mala stall uses. Forgot to take a pic but I feel its a bit too little in quantity.

We went there on 15 Jan for dinner abt 8.45pm without making reservations. No need to wait during that moment. But we were told to choose our dishes and make payment. Think the boss scare customers run away. And for this, I'll give a lower rate. It said 川菜 but I find it very so-so. We had a large 酸菜鱼，干锅肥肠。Small 手撕包菜，拍黄瓜，皮蛋豆腐。Total cost abt $78 for 4pax. I would say the portion rather too little for large size. 酸菜鱼is disappointing because the way they present the food. The food was scope into a plastic big bowl. OMG😱. 手撕包菜 and 2 side dishes were ok, not bad. I do not like the location, not convenient. And have to take 298 from Tampines interchange.

Northeastern cuisine mixed with some northwest Sichuan. A typical hodgepodge. There are some Chinese drinks and so on. It feels okay. My colleagues in Singapore found it a bit surprising. The store is not big, and is located in a rental area. Looking at the sign, it seems to be located at a nearby TP poly. There was quite a queue at the restaurant, all of them were students. Might be more economical.

The service here is really good But the taste is so-so. I only recommend the spicy chicken (spicy is fine). The other food doesn't taste very good. It's just average. Some dishes taste very sweet. Chef's cooking is average Buy a cup of scented tea and add water for 0.55 yuan each time First time and last time The price is not very affordable either.
