One the best bbq and Szechuan spicy chicken I ever tasted in Singapore. !

Lovely down to earth and cosy restaurant that has got just about everything you can imagine for Chinese cuisine. However more well known for their BBQ skewers and also their seafood platter. This evening we ordered most bbq skewers and some side dishes (gu cai n pork dumplings, savory egg plant, pig trotters etc). Skewers were a very affordable $1 each but you have to order at least 2. Highly recommended!

Went there ard 10pm++, there was two tables of customer but no staff around? Literally. Eventually one staff start to appear and pass us a menu. After we placed our order, then another staff came informing us that we will have to wait for their chef to eat first before cooking our food.. I was like huh? totally shocked?! While we understand that they are still human, need to eat bla bla bla but isn’t there any planning in place to rotate break time among the staff? No choice, we waited +- 20mins as apparently the chef and even the floor staff, 4 of them all sit there and eat… I even have to self service take cups for our drinks.. ….20mins later, one of the waitress came serving us a complimentary plate of fried peanuts and inform us that the chef will start preparing our food.. Appreciate but.. nvm -.-“ To be fair the food is nice and the price is reasonable. Been eating at different Chinese restaurants nowadays and I would say I would recommend here but just hope that the service level can be improved…

Food is very tasty. Service is on point. Old and run down restaurant, can be noisy because it houses many tables. Main door is always left opened, smell of cigarette can be overwhelming if seated close by.

Used to be the old shop of BBQ Box which moved few blocks opposite to thr main road. Low prices northern china style bbq stewers starting from less than a dollar a stick n beer at $5 a bottle ot less if u order more. Cheaper than BBQ Box, food qualiy is acceptable at such prices. Ambient is like u r eating in neighbourhood restaurant in China.

Delicious food & Awesome services! All of us can’t get enough of their pork skewers! Their skewer was served at quite a fast speed too. Overall quite affordable. Photo shows our favourite dish! Do give it a try if you’re a fan of Mala. It’s worth getting fat for 🤣

One of the best grilled skewers after trying a few others! Juicy and tender beef and lamb skewers. Grilled to perfection. Good variety of beer and they have private rooms as well if you are in a big group.

Food was decent and service was ok. Be wary if you are using eatigo discount, takeaways are strictly not allowed and restaurant owner was very inflexible about it. Waiter packeted the food without informing us that having takeaways would void the discount.

Great bbq food at great prices! Food taste wonderful! Lots of bbq & Chinese food and beer choices. Very cosy and welcoming environment. Lastly, best spicy fried chicken/ 辣子鸡! Highly recommended! (Very near to Kallang MRT station. Around 5 mins walk away.)

I went to eat with friends in April and May. The food was good, but the waiter's attitude was not good. Maybe he was in a bad mood or something. It doesn't matter. The important thing is that the food is good enough.

I ordered a fish-flavored shredded pork dish, which tasted very good and was worth the price! The most surprising thing is that my girlfriend ordered fried noodles and I tried it. As a Beijinger, your noodles reminded me of the fried noodles that my grandma made for me when I was a child. There are more types of dishes. That’s it! The kebabs tasted great too. 100% recommend 👌

We go there two or three times a week. The portions of the food here are huge. We like the spicy chicken, barbecue, seafood, and garlic shrimp. They are all delicious. I have a sip of beer and eat the skewers.
