I love this outlet for the peace, cleanliness and efficient service, even during lunch hours, as compared to the one at Bugis Junction just 200m away. It’s much better option for me with sufficient seats and comfy enough spots to enjoy a dine-in meal. Staff are all very friendly and cheerful. My meal was prepared in less than 10mins during a peak hour and I could find seats. They also recently renovated the space so it’s definitely much spacious and also organized in a way.

I was shocked to arrive at a full house McDonald’s on a Friday around midnight—apparently, people here don’t really sleep! Despite the crowd, I managed to enjoy a super delicious McSpicy along with some sides and drinks. Singapore really does McSpicy better. Luckily, I was able to secure a spot to sit, which felt like a win in such a packed place!

Probably one of the smaller McDonald's you would come across, but what we call our home sit out. The people coming in here are thankfully the ones that know how to operate the self service kiosks and usually know what they want. That speeds up things immensely. Staff here is very hardworking and will ensure tables are cleared out on a regular basis. Unlike other service establishments, they are better staffed and hence can manage all duties on rotation.

A cozy place for a quick stop.All the staff are very friendly and nice. They have a variety of menus but the chicken in Indo is better than the one here but it's okay we still enjoy it, for Indonesians who are looking for rice, they don't sell it here. By the way they still have a burger and ice cream you can enjoy. If you come to the store, please give some respect to the staff who work there, they will appreciate it.

Seems ok but I simply ordered out for another person. Didn't eat myself. Fast service and efficient staff. Unfortunately the queue was made longer by someone who seemed to be trying to order through their phone but didn't know how. Eventually the staff redirected the person aside - thankfully!

The ambiance of the food place is quite simple yet elegantly put up as oppose to ours here in the Philippines. The menu too has some promising meals too for us foreigners in the country since it offers their own flavors to share.

one of the fav hangout spots around 11 pm. air con is great, however the sound/voice design is not. noisy when someone/group talk lound. Usually get crowded at 10-11pm. Coz others shops closes and nearby don't have many hangout locations. The kitchen sometimes will have bad quality fries...

i bought mc donalds items that included mango pie, so i had to return back because one of the staff forgot to give us the item. Then i had to return back to the place for my items . The assistant or the manager gave me an extra pie . They have a very good customer service

The service staff are friendly and this branch is very conveniently situated near Bugis mrt. However, there isn't a lot of space for the large crowd and it was really warm inside! Not the best place to seek refuge from the heat.

I can't say bad about the staff specially the auntie that cleared my table after...the only thing that i don't like about it is that once i started to eat some insect (i thought mosquitoes but it's not) started to bite my legs as well...i was sitted near the smaller entrace along Queen st. side (i think) the chair was made of wood and no pad or foam...just plain plywood painted brown...the set up of the place is a bit tight but then again it's not my business 😅...so until now both of my calves still have remnants of the bites and it's still a bit itchy...

McDonald's is open 24 hours. It's open even when nearby shops are closed, so I visited early in the morning to have breakfast and kill some time. Since other shops were closed, there were always people, but the seats were never full. However, if you are coming with a group of 3 or more people, please be aware that there may not always be seats available for you to sit together. Like other McDonald's, ordering is self-ordering using a monitor. Basically, the screen will be in English, and if you want to pay by cash, you will have to go to the counter and pay.

The location is close to ABC supermarket... If you eat MC D there is no rice here... And we have to clean up our used serving trays and plates ourselves... And don't forget to put our tissue waste in the trash...

It's fun to have a lot of menu items that aren't found in Japan. I would like to see the side menu introduced in Japan as well. I feel relieved when there is a sense of stability.
