It was surprisingly empty on a Sunday morning 9am. Food is consistent. Mc cafe ice latte is okay for this outlet. They run out of sauce dish.

Just only short of staff when weekends with no coffee, nearly half and hours waiting for the meal. Need improvement

Service quality has dropped. I feel ever since McDonald's expanded to mobile ordering the stores are unable to cope with the orders quantity. Food delivered cold. Orders delivered are often wrong now. I've to check every single order now to ensure items are here. This is a far cry of my past experience of McDonald's. I feel they have degraded in their service

Indulge in McDonald’s Purple Sweet Potato Delights! Purple Sweet Potato Cone This boasts a pronounced sweet potato flavour with a bold earthy taste. While I found it a tad bit sweet, it has the distinctive sweet nutty taste of sweet potato! Plus, its pretty lilac hue makes it perfect for snapping Insta-worthy photos!

The food,spectacular! It was very nice juicy and crispy even tho the food was nice, the people especially one lady was bad as in not the customers but the people working she had anger issues and was very nasty too my friend she scolded her for not counting the coins but the lady is supposed to be the one to be counting the coins for her. I really want that lady to be fired but I’m not the manager or anything. Some people will think that I’m sarcastic but the lady was so rude to me and my friend that she even snatch the money from my friend. Other than that the other workers were nice but I can still see rubbish on the floor.

Great place to eat. I chose the table service, where you take a table number from the self ordering kiosk and the staff deliver it to your table. When my order arrived, the fries and box were stained in chili. The staff immediately apologized and went to change it for another packet. Great staff and service, would love to recommend to eat. Only problem is that it gets very cold at some spots, hence if you are coming here you might need a jacket.

My sis and I were surprised that we got outstanding customer centric service from the Assistant Manager at Macdonald, Bukit Panjang Plaza. He delivered our orders to our table and asked us if there is anything else he can help us with. We did not expect this kind of service from a fast food joint.

Always good, great service,however the quality if chicken for mc spicy and wings depends.. sometimes it is too fresh and delectable while on several occasions it has tasted stale and or not fresh...I also like the fact that they always keep introducing new food as per season or festivities.

I'd never thought this place would hold significance in my life. It's a place I grew up in since I was young. I remember visiting this place frequently with my family. As I went through my secondary school years (like middle school), I start to spend my visits here with my friends to hangout. With so much time spent here I guess I'm attached to this place. If only this outlet ran 24/7 then this would've gotten 5 stars

Staff is friendly and welcoming not like the Macdonald at Hillion Mall. Started visiting here more frequently because of the staff. Specially the Man at the entrance is a very generous Man.

Ordered a medium Cuppuccino from the McCafe Counter. Very happy to see the cinnamon powder nicely presented on my cuppa, even that is for takeaway.. ❤️ the service.. a little gesture just make someone's day better, especially in the midst of the pandemic. Thank you McDonald's 😀

Food in McDonald's is very tasty but they should decrease the price of McSpicy to like $3 from $5.60 and even just the spicy patty is like $2.60 which is more expensive than a whole McChicken Burger
