Great service. We left the drive thru without taking all our orders as we didnt check properly and was in a rush. Faizam (?) and his team went all the way to deliver it to our place for no charge! Amazing team. Deserves all the praise for how far and beyond they go for their customers.

Self service counter need the works can't scan the qr code for membership

Long drive through queues during peak hours, people slow in ordering and the road towards newton always jammed.

Manager was unable to think for the customer in the case of system down. On top of that, the food served is cold and soggy. Fries without salt came with salted fries but with 'special order' sticker on.
