Reviews of McDonald's Clementi Mall
Credit must be given to the duty Manager and his team mates.
They all work smart and hard.
The outlet is small but it sure pack
Surprises. Some days are extremely busy, still the team mood is positive. Grab services are fast and friendly.
Keep up the McDonald's spirit.
Good job people.
1 for 1 samurai beef burger. Always crowded and difficult to get table. Prepare for long waiting time for food.
i am thoroughly saddened that i did not get my food and wasted 45 mins of my precious, invaluable bookout time, the only time when i am allowed to have freedom. lesson to be learnt: do not come here during dinner time unless you enjoy waiting for nothing or you want to join the endless hordes of people crowding around the counter and then becoming immovable statues of stone, trying to assert their dominance over it even though its not even their order. otherwise, for any other time, its ok
update: they renovated the counter area, it’s much better now. yay
This McDonald’s so packed during dinner time. Orders fly in from kiosk, online, apps…
The prep process is so inefficient, you can see bottlenecks l, misalignment and repetitive-but-useless work every where, for example, there are staffs checking every takeout orders’s bag at least 5 times, drinks prepared way before food were ready, order number were not well fixed on bags and often fell off then picked up and tried to fix it better and still fell off…you get the picture. This can be improved significantly if you guys can just talk out loud to each other, stop serving option during rush hour, serve the simple orders in a batch… By the way, my one-cheese-burger-order was lost after 30 mins waiting, disappeared from monitor and not on the counter. Every staff is working hard, no doubt, yet almost every customer ran out of patience. Burger was hot 👍🏻
Decided to try the Roasted Sesame Ebi Burger. The taste was only so-so, couldn't really see and taste the prawns. Moreover, it's deep-fried. So it's not that healthy. Would prefer the spicy chicken burger anytime.
I love mcd..but this branch is quite slow.... It has 2 levels and quite a lot of seats..they have mc cafe too..but the queue moves so slow.. the staffs were nice though..
Their self service kiosk is the older version, i always have problem doing redemptions on coupons. The seats are not very effectively layout too, the 2 big tables on 2nd floor is quite useless. Food are good because of the crowd. They are generous with portions too. Good for takeaways i guess.
I would like to express my gratitude to this outlet. Orders made was quick. Service was great as well. Upon my collection for my order, my kids drop the fries on the floor, service attended quickly to clean up the mess and serve us another new serving of fries. Appreciated the floor manager for the help in arranging staffs to clear the mess. Thumb up.
I was pleased with the level of service I received despite having to wait a bit longer than expected for my order. The staff was nice and went beyond to accommodate customers, even in the face of challenging situations. Be aware of peak hour around 8pm, there will be a lot of customer order and there are chances that orders get messed up due to overload.Overall, I was fine with the service provided.
super overly crowded
waiting time longer than as per mobile order
manager stingy with sauce
food same as per other mcd
Opens till 2am from Monday to Thursday and 24 hours on the weekends. There's a McCafe which serves batista coffee and desserts. The only drawback is that the batista doesn't do table service like the one at Jurong Point.
Very fast table service, pleasant enough environment, my burger seemed Abit rushed in assembly, but taste wise was ok.
The food is good but the service speed is really2 slow, sometime need to wait more than 1 hour
It was quite busy and I had a hard time finding seats for me and my friend but the wait for the food was not too long and the food was great. The hashbrown and breakfast wrap was quite delicious.
enjoyed eating McD nuggets and McSpicy. always request for fries with no salt and the staff are friendly to cater to our request eventhough the place is crowded at times.
at times we do encounter getting a dry batter for the wings. but overall McD has always been the fav.
Nice ambience but bit hard get seat on level 2.
At time 1 diner/students occupying 4 s/5/6seater seats .. Mac need to put note there seats are for sharing
Tendency to be crowded, once didn't receive my order for an unreasonably long time and has to go to the counter only to find out they didn't make it yet
One of my regular makan place or 打包on weekends. Can be quite packed, busy at lunch time, expect 25 mins or > from queue, order and out. Sun breakfast time more peaceful when I visit around 0630am. But who cares, Macdonald's or nothing.
Its a quite a good place to dine, but the fact that school students hang out there just to study & occupy the spaces w/o considering other patrons to sit. The manager should do something about it. It would have been a 4star place just to chill & dine in.
social distancing measures were in place and well enforced, food was prepared quickly. I was in and out in five minutes max. good service and nice people
Standalone mcdonald's at tradehub 21 in between jurong east and clementi mrt. This place is popular with drivers as there is a convenient drive in kiosk to make orders. For eat ins, the space is reasonably big with high chairs and standard seats. Might have to queue during peak periods from 6pm and weekends 10.30am.
A good place to have a meal in. If you go during after-school hours, its packed with students. Other than that timing, there is quite little people there and is a good place to chill and enjoy a meal in
There are stairs near the entrance toilet, and you can go to the second floor seats. It would be nice if the clerk who was serving the food to someone else also told them that there were stairs and seats near the entrance.
It's hard to understand!
