The self order kiosks are easy to use, though I have seen and encountered issues with the kiosks myself, one time as I was passing by, I saw there was only one self order kiosk working and people could only queue for that. The food here has been good so far, nothing to complain about its the normal McDonalds you'd get. Although I would advise not coming here around evening/dinner time as it would be really crowded and there will be a long waiting time. All in all, lots of people complain about waiting and then being rude to the staffs but I hope the public can be more considerate and kind towards the staffs especially since working in a fast food joint is not easy. 🫡

Nice place to get my snack late on a long day. Gets pretty packed at peak periods. Btw that first photo is wrong, that is Macs @ Northpoint (Punggol) - if someone can note and change it.

The ninja burger was delicious, the chicken was over-sized, which is good and the namban sauce is sweet.

Nice cosy place for an early breakfast with very good table service in a clean and neat environment + good aircon. The food of course could be better but for the price it cost, it is very reasonable. Recommended!

Had a great experience today at CompassOne MCDONALD'S. The staff here are so multi talented. My niece received a SPIDERMAN BALLOON! LIKE WHAT?! Really kudos to the team and especially the lady who passed it to us, she was extremely friendly and kind to my niece, my niece gave her a aegyo. Edit: shout-out to PEGGY from cp1 mcd

Takeaway mcspicy meal. The mcspicy was great, crispy and same goes to the milo, definitely not diluted. But the fries is soggy?? And not crispy and definitely on the cold side... So 3/5 , disappointed when fries is actually macdonald signature....

Very pleasantly surprised by the 5 star service during breakfast time by the manager(?) (An Indian lady with a short hair cut) who made our breakfast time especially enjoyable, and even invited us to a more comfortable table because we were at a small high-table corner. Thank you for being so welcoming even at a fast food restaurant! :)

Clean and well organised. I appreciate the self service kiosk and I can place my orders for takeaways first without any pressure, get a queue number, and walk around to shop for other things in the mall before returning to collect my orders. Gets crowded during peak hours due to its central location so you might find difficulty in getting a seat but overall a good experience.

Visit dated on 4th week July 2022 I can say we never been to Macdonald restaurant for breakfast more than 10 years.. So during the breakfast order I'm lost whether still the traditional same food serve.. We knew need to order at kiosk but I still prefer speak to the service crew for order instead.. Luckily we met this service crew named Amy, she is knowledgeable and kind to inform me to get a set instead of ala carte for the price. Actually we knew that also but we dislike deep fried food for sides so she recommended the hash brown can be changed to corn instead.. We would like to compliment here for her warmth service and great attitude to customers..

It is a major fast food restaurant that is near my house, the service is standard, but the food is good. Prices may have have become expensive as a fast food restaurant, as now I would have found it hard to buy the same food that I would have been able to with the amount I had for allowance during my secondary school. They have multiple self payment kiosks and an ice-cream and desserts booth that I absolutely adore, especially with the new flavors coming out; matcha, Hershey's chocolate ice cream and many more. Oh and the breakfast menu is good too.

Located at the basement of Compass One surrounded by other fast food restaurants and eateries. This outlet is too small and always crowded especially at the order and pickup station. Hope the management can improve on the situation. Food and service is okay and desserts especially ice cream and pies are getting better over the years.

mcdonalds is always good but this one was gr8! with many seats, there was rarely a time when i didnt find a seat at mcd compass one. also, the service is very good. when they forgot about my order due to the rush one day, they immediately reassured me and they treated me as their #1 priority and served me my food very soon !

Its a really great place to meet up and study, but during busy hours it take 30mins to gt ur food after u ordered it

It was like every other Mcdonalds with the same burgers and same food but the one thing which is good there was the servicing. The workers were so kind.
