one of my favourite McDonald’s spots in sg, but would personally recommend dining in > take outs here, and during weekdays or off-peak hours to soak in the vibes. Free wifi, indoor aircon/alfresco dining options, and friendly staff :)

Very crowded and noisy with many kids. But a nice place very near the beach and a kids playground. Lots of rented bicycles parked outside. Carparking no issue. But I think no bus transport to this part of the East Coast Park. This outlet is located next to a few restaurants serving other ethnic cuisines.

Food was the not bad, typical McD style. Manager was good. Her young staff not so, need to be a bit more service orientated. For some reason, the ordering / queue screen was not working so well that day.

One of the nicest McDonald's in Singapore. It is spacious and comfortable. Interior design is pleasing and some seats come with chargers for the phone. Has a takeaway dessert counter and outside seating. If you have pets they have to be outside the sheltered area. Not optimal if it's raining.

it was fairly crowded on a weekday at 1045am. thankfully, there were still some seats left. one of the service staff assisted my elderly grandparents with the ordering machine and conversed with us. she was really kind and patient. truly service with a smile and human touch.

Mac donald’s located conveniently at the heart of east coast. There is a car park at the back so you should be able to reach there quite easily. Lots of folks around here, but the place is huge enough that you can easily get a seat here. Overall good place to get a quick bite if you are hungry.

The deco & food served at this outlet is different from the usual outlets. This place is popular with families esp during the weekend. This outlet has numerous self-service terminals & phone charging ports at some tables. This outlet offers cakes, sandwiches & salad too.

I'd typically stop by during my cycling trips for a quick bite or meal. Food is prepared relatively fast, and the place is very spacious filled with seats.

Tried the bagel breakfast sandwich as it’s a new on the menu. Tasted good loved the melted cheese and mushrooms. It would have been perfect if the bagel was softer. Kinda hard to bite into and chew. Hope MCD can find an alternative bagel which is softer and less dry.

Convenient Macs when we head to the beach or playground nearby. Gets crazy during Public Hols though…really big kudos to the staff for handling the crazy crowd. Orders tend to get messed up due to the sheer volume of orders

Chaos over weekend or PH. Not advisable if u intend to get a quick bite with ur kiddos. The order numbers get stuck within the numbering system and everyone is crowding at the collection point even their number is not on screen. The backlog is madness. Waited around 45mins for one pack of large fries. And luckily I found it laying at the collection counter as my number is not being reflected on the number screen

Very nice McDonald's outlet. Very popular with lots of people. We had to queue to get in. It's great to enjoy the activities offered by East Coast Park and be able to come in and rest and recharge before stepping out again. Little wonder as to why this place is so popular.

This place is great on weekdays but they struggle to keep up on weekends. Did a Birthday party at this branch and orders were wrong despite providing the orders prior. The server could have also checked the child's name before serving the food too, instead of blindly serving the tables. They rectified it after we pointed out that some orders were wrong (hence u need to check it). Games were simple but the kids had great fun too!

Great place to visit when off peak, always a pleasant experience. Weekends and holidays, place can be disastrous. Order system keeps accepting payments. Unfortunately branch cannot keep up. Extremely long wait time, lost or wrong orders, missing items. No refund instruction.

This McDonald's has McCafe and they have a dessert called Belgian waffles with sundae and mixed berries. It's a nice dessert to end the day. 😊

Buzzing on a weekend and always a good experience. The staff is very friendly and serves with a smile. The best thing about McDonalds is their consistency in food. There is a play area nearby, the beach and the lovely east coast park setting. Perfect for a family outing.

McDonald's at Marina Cove is a true morning gem! Their early opening hours make it the perfect spot for a delightful breakfast. The unlimited coffee refills coupled with the serene beach view and the embrace of nature create an unmatched dining experience. It's an absolute delight to start the day there!

Open space with a refreshing look and feel. The outlet has a variety of seatings suitable for family, just a friend or yourself. There are air charge docking stations that allow you to charge your phone. Food wise it has extra menu selection over the typical Macdonald's fare.

this place is usually my go to mcdonald’s. usually it would be quite crowded during lunch hours. but no matter the time their service is always very fast. Orders are very accurate and the surrounding is very cool with drawings of burgers on the ceiling. there is even this really cool thing to keep kids entertained using their shadow. i am not really sure what it is but you should go there to let ur kids find out and explore it. This place also has outdoor sitting with easy access to the playground.

I think McDonalds should think about their East Coast Outlet Manager, Michelle. I wonder if she has been spotted or ear-marked as a potential customer care trainer. Busy as they can be judging by all the comments about the queue, food, speed of service, Michelle stood out above and beyond. There was a minor incident which required her attention which she attended to promptly and without question. Not only was my request acceded to, she made sure our family was well taken care throughout our short time there. There is no need for more but Michelle ensured that everything we needed, and more, was seen to. We cannot thank her enough and I thought this might be the appropriate platform for it. Keep up the good work Michelle and I hope others may experience your service one day!

A nice McDonald that serves standard food. right next to the car park and the outdoor playground. therefore, alot of family and kids in the outlet. hard to get seats during peak hours and quite noisy. not ideal for chill and relax, but great for family and kids.

The restaurant is spaces despite of limited seats due to Covid19 restrictions. The place is well managed. like the environment. Back again in 2023, the same cozy environment, today we can even do mobile order after settle our sitting. No more Q. Love the atmosphere just next to the park.

Easy parking. Very spacious with ample seating inside and out. They have exclusive dishes, desserts and salads. A very special place to me during my first visit. Due to its popularity, the noise level can be a little on the high side.

On weekends it's overflowing with people. On weekdays and off peak you can appreciate how big and spacious this place is. Note there is a separate dessert bar line outside so make sure you know where you are lining up. Try the exclusive desserts Adventure in Cove and Summer Delight at dessert bar. Usually there is a que, due to weekend crowd. But other than that, quite alright. I feel the staff @ Mac's not really friendly, not even a smile or a greeting to say Hello or See you soon. Most of the staff in Mac's east coast nvr really greet their customers. And for me, also coming from a service industry, I think that's lacking.

The McDonald's I stopped by on a Sunday morning was full both indoors and out, but I was impressed by how energetic and friendly most of the employees were. Because it's a holiday, there are a lot of kids and it's crazy, but it's fun because it's McDonald's on a holiday. You can scan the QR at your seat, download the app, and order right away, but the McCafe menu is not available, so I used the kiosk. McCafe’s salads and sandwiches are great, and the “Barista made” coffee is so delicious!
