First time having meals here with my families. The branch is rather small, but, very conveniently located just beside the Serangoon bus interchange, just right for anyone who wants to get a quick fix. The main order area and dessert corner are separate. Orders were a breeze as there are many self service kiosks. To my surprise, the serving was very fast even though there were many customers during lunch peak hour. The only downside is that there is very limited seating here.

Had the beef satay burger, the sauce was on point though I wished they had dunked the whole patty into the sauce instead of just applying it on the top - the CNY black pepper burger's level of sauce would be ideal. Anyway back to the burger, the onions and cucumbers lodged into the burger provided extra crunch and flavour really nailing what a satay would taste like if it identified as a burger. The criss-cut fries were super crisp but tasted rather bland - hint: dump it into the garlic chilli. Whilst the Thai Ice Tea Frappe tasted more like condensed milk than Thai Ice Milk Tea - pity. Oh and Nex McDonald's is always packed despite it being off peak hours, be prepared to stand and wait for a table if you want to dine in.

Lively atmosphere 👍🏻👍🏻 Machines for ordering were all in smooth working condition and my food came fresh as well 🥹🙏🏻 love how I can just pop by and order a light meal while also being able to charge my handphone up a good whole 20 minutes ❤️ definitely recommend this outlet for affordable food and spacious seating 👍🏻👍🏻

Standard McDonald's outlet. The outlet is small and cramped at the counter and collection area. Don't feel like eating at the restaurant. Always chose takeaway when I go over to this outlet.

Ordered Happy Meal for my daughter via GRAB platform but the platform didn't provide selection of toy gender. So instead of the girl's toy Little Twin Star promotional toy, I got a Ninja Turtle toy. Contacted Nex outlet and spoke to Mr Fazi, Manager on Duty who explained of this platform glitch which was not managed by McDonald's. I understood the issue and he was extremely nice to offer an exchange within the day. Due to the bad weather, his staff was sent to do the toy exchange did my house. Big clap to Mr Fazi and his staff for the extended service.

I believe tis review is definitely for tis staff tt is serving table service food. He is quiet n he moves fast. Very efficient I must say. When he see the dustbin is full he immediately change it. When he see someone spill the drinks he clean it up straight away n wipe a few times from the table to the chairs n to the floor. He shld hv an opportunity to become a floor manager. Disappointed with the service crew who attended to me today. She needs customer service training. Attitude issues - pushy. She should treat every customer with respect. Thanks a lot to the manager though, he apologized and explained in a calm voice how to make my orders on the booth. Thanks for the kindness and patience and help sir. Appreciate it. Love the coffee and pancakes.

The service staff are fantastic. The food is getting smaller in size. Never go at 6pm....alot of students talking loudly...children talking at the top of their voice....otherwise...atmosphere is good. Again, the service staff is EXCELLENT.

I sympathize with the crew. This place is forever packed. I feel they shudn't allow customers to book their seats w tissue paper, its inconsiderate & selfish. Then again its yr typical Singaporean who work in silos🤦‍♀️

Being at a strategic location makes it quite popular and as such quite crowded, even late at night. Never seen so many self service kiosks and for such a comparatively small dining area, too. If only they could expand. Also, I think because of the large number of orders coming in simultaneously, their food quality/preparation suffers a bit .. soggy fries, uneven burgers (misaligned buns), scattered shredded lettuce, etc.

Busy during peak hours but food was served promptly. Waited for 5 minutes for my double Mcspicy upsize, that's fast considering table service. Furthermore the meal cost me $5 only as I had 50% off for the meal! Brilliant, hope they have more mobile discounts 😂😂😂

I rather prefer to order my McD meals the old fashion way with a human touch at the counter, instead of going thru the tedious process or ordering it on their automated order machines at McD outlets. This outlet is usually crowded as it is conveniently located next to the Serangoon bus interchange at NEX shopping mall.
