Best Mac in Punggol. Spacious and overall service is good. Organised and systematic during peak times as compared to other outlets within the town.

Forgive this ugly photo of my food. Just want to share how the restaurant manager at mcd brightened my day. While I was eating, she approached me and asked if everything was OK. "gd morn Mdm, how's your morn today? Is everything OK? How was the food?" I replied everything was great. She ended with "let me know if you want to refill your drinks." Like I was wowed at tt moment. For a moment I did not feel like I was in sg (cause usually f&b staff here are frantically working, rushing orders. if they want to take a breather and rest at the BOH, I won't blame them for not wanting to make contact with the customers.) and this is MCD in Punggol! #morereasonstolovepunggol I glanced at her badge and thank her by her name and commented that she look beautiful today and I love her eye shadow. Thanks for making my day Wendy Chan.

Although the delivery was fast, I did not received my bucket hat, least they could do was call me and give me the other free item, really disappointed in this Mac outlet.

Marked improvement in service, used to have to wait at least 15-20mins with blur counter staff standing around watching orders pile up. Now, orders are ready in 5 to 10mins and staff are more proactive in pushing out ready orders.

Was at the branch today around 5pm with grand daughter. Staff Kelvin (lobby crew) was very buzy due to branch was newly opened but when i need help he was quick to assist me with smiling face. His service was so impressed. Northshore plaza is lucky to have such a dedicated staff as kelvin. Bravo keep it up!

I am just staying at the HDB block beside Northshore Plaza 1, quite a regular when it comes to supper, there was 3 times they missed out on my order. Ordered Double Fillet O fish, only received a single fillet.

Amazing service from latiffah. 👍Assisted me with a pos error, took extra step to ask if I’d like sauce (would have forgotten otherwise!) and her cheery attitude was the best thing that really brightened my day. 👌

My first purchase at McDonald's in Northshore Plaza and Staff forgotten to pack the Ribena in my Son's Happy Meal and also forgotten about the pepper for my Harshbrowns. I was hoping Northshore Residents will have other fast food rather than McDonald's since there's already one at Punggol SAFRA. It seems McDonald's wanted to monopolise the Fast Food industry.
