A corner stall that wasn't crowded at 7+pm. As this stall is supposedly famous for Tom Yum soup and dry noodle, I ordered the Tom Yum Pork Mee Hoon Kuay that costs $6.00. The sliced pork was the pleasant surprise, with its light seasoning that gave it a smooth flavour. The minced pork was slightly lackluster in comparison. The Mee Hoon Kuay was al dente, had the degree of firmness that I liked. Its smooth edges suggested it to be factory-made. No discredit to the Tom Yum paste used, but I suspect it could have averaged the soup to be similar to other stalls. There was nothing to faze about vegetables, ikan bilis and egg. Overall, I think this is a decent bowl of noodle in a neighborhood setting, worth probably to queue from 5 to 10 minutes.

Our fourth visit was the charm, as they were closed on Saturdays during our past 3 visits. The presentation set a very high bar when I received them, but it really didn’t taste quite as delicious as it looked.. While the portions are generous, it wasn’t the best tasting bowl of noodles there is as we didn’t quite like the sauce that comes with it. Service was really great though, friendly stall owners made the experience better. Unfortunately not a stall I would return to given the abundance of good food here.

My go to place for mee hoon kuey! Reasonable price comes with a lot of meat. Soup is hot and very tasty too. Service was very thoughtful, uncle offered to bring it to my table when he saw I was pregnant.

My favourite ban mian stall so far in Singapore! The dry one is on the sweeter side, and there’s a perfect mouthfeel in each bite. Great portions too. Always feeling quite full after finishing my bowl.

This noodle stall has outlived most of the stalls in this kopitiam Delicious and with ample ingredients for a ample lunch🤩 Instead of spending nearly 20 bucks on ramen try this out

One of the better afforable ban mian stores around the area. Prices ranging from 4.5 - 7. Location is convenient, walkable distance from toa payoh mrt.

Unsure why this ban mian stall has so little reviews, but this is easily my favourite soup ban mian in SG :’) super underrated and easily beats other famous ban mian shops out there. Soup is incredibly flavourful, the meats are delicious, and the chilli is also top notch!! Noodles are also so chewy and satisfying. Been here for more than 20 years and the taste has been consistent throughout, and the auntie has been diligently working here for all these years :-) please support them if you can!

i’ve been eating at this stall since i was a kid. It is my comfort food. Their soup is different from most ban mian places i’ve been to. I probably eat here at least once a week! The auntie is really sweet as well

Try out the soup ban main for $4.50, over all is good and value for money. Chilli is good but lack of kick. Will try out the dry version next.

By far the best Mee Hoon Kway I've had - simple, no frills, thick cuts of Mee Hoon Kway + a really delicious slurpy soup! Honestly, you don't need much to do well and this stall has got it!
