Reviews of Mukshidonna
Had a great experience of Korean food in Singapore. Best part is getting the vegetarian option here. Fried rice with Kimchi is the best!
The food was alright; a great korean army stew experience for those seeking for a halal version of it. Add-on ingredients (which were sort of expected since the tteokbokki would be vare) were pricey given the amount that was added. Adding a serving of instant noodles would set you back about $3. Pictured is the army stew and fried rice. They would use the leftoverd from your stew to fry your rice. Lastly, avoid wearing white or anything you don't want smelling smoky after.
Really good food and service, we had about 21 pax there and everything went so well. Soup base was so yummy, did not regret adding fried rice!’n
Very authentic Korean taste for it’s food.. Favourite is their fried rice at the end of stew! Didnt manage to order my first few times there, but now, can’t leave without having the fried rice 🫰💕. Oh ya. Add in dumplings are great too!
Price is reasonable for the amount of portion they are giving! Strongly recommend!
I have to give it a 3 1/2
Start up price is $13++ add on $3++
per item ..well mix pot..level of spiciness level 3.. spicy level is an add on $$....
Price wise..i rather go for buffet
I had an amazing experience at Mukshidonna restaurant. The food was exceptional, especially their signature Budae Jjigae Army Stew. The flavors were perfect, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended for Korean cuisine lovers!
Been here thrice this year! My BFF like it but my sister and I just LOVE this place!
Food taste okay for me as a 1st timer.
Expensive for what it is!! Interesting concept, food was average but won't be returning as there are so many better options for the same price.
Good army stew at a very reasonable pricing. The portion of the food is quite big and definitely enough for one to leave the place full and happy.
However, there might be a need for you to wait as the place might be quite packed. The food is good and very comforting especially on a cold rainy day.
The location of the store can be quite confusing as initially we though it was on the first floor, however, it is on the second floor of the building.
Overall a good place to dine it with family and friends though not necessarily a good place for small kids to dine in as there will be gas stove and hot pot of food in front of you.
My daughter brought me here for iftar, place is small so in my opinion it's ideal for groups of 4 or fewer . Pretty delicious army stew but ingredients or add ons seemed expensive to me but to be fair I hv no comparison except I can make this at home for half the price .
Halal korean army stew. You can add whatever you like into the thick sweet stew. Got an invite card to squid game..yikes! 😆
6/5
Add on spicy, chicken ham, more cheese and noodles.
Had a blast. Will visit again 😇
Food Taste is good, however the pricing of their stuff is a jaw dropper.
Spent $81 dollars on what was not even premium food items. Hotdogs slices, enoki and king oyster mushrooms, odeng - Korean fish cake slices, ramyeon, few slices of beef. Not wagyu or whatever grade of beef.. just a few slices.. for 3 pax.. the fried rice with cheese cost $7... and small portion..
Oh well... better to have Seoul Garden cos it's a buffet, and this is not..
Especially when this Covid-19 period is not a time to splurge and this is not like some comfortable eatery but like an air-conditioned coffee shop..
Used to dine when they were at downtown east, after looking at those negative review I decided to visit and find the item is reasonably priced and taste remains solid. Recommended!!
31st December 2018.
We came at around 11.35am. We chose to eat the army stew. The choices for tteokbokki base were only cheese and mushroom. Most of the tteokbokki base choices were not available which was strange because we were the first few customers. We were served by a male in his late teens and when we asked how to order (confused as it was our first time), he was unable to explain clearly and he looked lethargic. After that, we decided to go the counter and ask the female employee who was much better in explaining. The food was good but quite expensive. $70+++ for four people (we did not order drinks) including 8 pieces of fried squid rings and 4 mandus (dumplings). You can also choose the degree of spiciness. We had a lot of leftover but they did not offer any take-out. So a suggestion was to bring along food containers because it would be great to bring it home to eat as leftover (with ramyeon) or you must come here hungry and with good appetites. Good service by the lady employee.
Love this place. Never get tired of it. I recommended beef with cheese combinations plus don't forget to get the Cheese Seaweed Rice at the end. Hmmmm delicious. There was once they served pickled reddish but on the next visit they don't. Hehehe. Could be more consistent when they decided to serve side dishes. Anyway food is great so must try ya.
Korean style delicacies. It would be better if the cheese fried rice slightly larger on the serving size. Please hook up the ceiling fan for outdoor seating. Otherwise overall it was good.
Serve by a malay boy wearing spec. He was very helpful for a first time customer like us. He takes the initiative to explains to us. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! Keep it up👍 Will definitely come back! Cause the food is so yummy! 😋😋
Never understood why there's always long a queue for this till i tried it. So i found out it's quite good, initially thought it was those sour spicy kimchi stew but it's not. It's kinda like ramen on mee bandung, not exactly but that's the closest you can imagine. So ya, worth the wait if it's like a 30 minute queue, anything more you can give it a pass and just get some noodle from the halal chinese noodle shop beside it or the halal japanese shop situated at the corner left of Mukshidonna.
The food was good! If u go on an empty stomach..make sure to buy n try the fried rice at the end of it. So sedap!
Word of advice, Do not wear white when eating here! Budae Jjigae taste alright but a little on the sweet side.
Food is nice and great atmosphere. The fried rice at the end is a must! 🥰🥰🥰
Good! Nice view.. It'll be better to cook at the table from the begining as in Korea...to have before overcooking..
Food was gorgeous and the service of the young man is really appreciated
Delicious army stew, polite stuff and nice environment. Do give it a try!!
The food is tasty, but my chicken was overfried.
Halal.
soup is nice. the rest is just normal.
Awesome food!
Korean cuisine store. You have to wait in line for a long time during dinner time.
