First time ordered from NorthSea and I am absolutely amazed by their service and food quality! Firstly, the customers service be it hotline/live chat is swift and responsive which is very important 👍🏻 The food items are delivered within provided time range. All the items are well packed still frozen which shows they are serious with their cold chain. One of the item was mistakenly wrongly delivered, and the staff redelivered the correct product on same day! Kudos to them! Next, the sushi ebi are meaty and sweet. The octopus is fresh and tobikok are so fragrant! Tamago is well seasoned and on par with those served in Japanese restaurants. The crab meat are so plump, juicy and sweet! Totally loving it! And I have to highlight the the “Marui” nama wasabi because it is HEAVENLY GOOD! Their wasabi is not those typical artificial wasabi packed in tube which found in supermarket. This wasabi is a real deal! It does have kick but has a strong pleasantly sweet aftertaste! Once u tried it, u will understand how bad those artificial one is. 🤣 Next, the shime saba is also another highlight as it is so well seasoned! Not overly sour which is very common. Absolutely loving it! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Lastly, the mentaiko mayonnaise is a NEED to get! Love how well seasoned and the mentaiko-mayo ratio, smell so good after aburi-ed! A party for 12 pax almost finishes the whole pack! Really worth the money! With the price and the quality plus their service quality! I will surely return to purchase all the food and ingredients from them for my next “Japanese night” party! 🇯🇵🎌🍱🍣

If you are looking for a reliable japanese sashimi supplier with trusted quality to impress your guest and yourself, this is where you should come to. Service staff 100% and food quality 101%. My guests were happy and even kept praising the scallop melts in their mouth. Incredible!

Bought a full 2.085kg salmon for a sashimi party! Was initially worried that I wouldn't handle the raw fish safely + not too sure how to store the raw fish but the information provided on the website was clear. Fish was very fresh and chunky too!!

Great place to stock up on your Japanese ingredient needs! Might be a bit of a drive in but it's well worth it. The staff are friendly too.

Best ever Chuka Hotate I tried! Chuka hotate is one of my favourite Japanese cold dish. I'm pleasantly surprised that I can get Michelin star restaurant standard Chuka Hotate at Northsea! At a great price that I can enjoy at home now that I can't dine in restaurants :) Highly recommended!

The Hamachi collar is super good and fresh, I heard is not all. Must try the uni, shisamo, ikura, etc. You name it they will try and bring them for you, fresh Japanese products. Super and good price also.
