Staff were very service orientated from the moment you stepped in , you are greeted with warm welcome! Not to mentioned food were cooked and rice ball was rolled in person. Overall, an awesome experience! Recommended by my boyfriend and he brought me here.. definitely worth the waiting time as food was pleasantly good! I will most certainly visit again!

Nice Korean BBQ, great selection of meat and free banchan. The restaurant is very popular so you'd better come early otherwise the waiting time can be quite long, especially on weekends. Set menu A for 3 pax would be best to my opinion.

First time here and was shocked with the enthusiastic greetings from the staff. Table was prepared with dishes to compliment the food and more side dishes came along after ordering. Ordering process was easy with just a QR code scanner. Food was awesome and we love how friendly and attentive our server Mr Shin Young Wook and another staff that grilled our meat for us. I definitely feel so welcome here and will only come back here for Korean BBQ in the future ! Compliments to all the staff !

Endured more than an hour-long wait but was worth it. Though what I didn't understand about the queue is that we were asked to wait for 15 minutes and then it became more than 30 minutes. I am not sure if the one who manages the queue was tired or what. But so many groups are coming in and and I kept checking the status of my queue and it always says 1 group ahead of us. But every time someone comes in, we are never called so we ended up waiting longer. Minus one for service because of this. I do understand that we were late for around 5 minutes as we didn't here the call for the waitlist but he shouldn't have told us to wait for a certain amount and not be able to deliver it for us. But overall, experiencing the wait firsthand, I finally get why there's a line for this spot. Meat was succulent and the rice balls are absolutely explosive in flavour. The must order from their menu. We didn't get to try jjajang coz it was a bit too much for 2 pax already. The variety and generous portions of side dishes were plenty to satisfy me, so no need to go overboard with the ordering just like we did. Lesson learned. 😅 I am actually already very contented with just their side dishes. The service was also very fast and genuine. You can really feel that the staff are accommodating you depsite the busy schedule. They are very attentive and cooks the food for you very well.

Repeated customer here hehe, like before, I've ordered Iberico Pork BBQ which had a wide range of small side dishes on the pan as well as the meat itself. Before the food comes, there was six side dishes for us to eat, my fav was the mashed potato/pumpkin!! Service is excellent like before, fast response and provides adequate help! :D Crystal especially was super welcoming and helpful during our meal <3

Staff are all very nice. The korean oppa who was taking care of people in the queue came to inform me how much time i have to wait. He also cooked for us initially. The char was just nice. The next table was making so much noise, this oppa went to ask them nicely to lower their volume as it's affecting other diners. We didn't even have to tell him. He also changed to mesh when cooking the beef short rib. There is a little metal tray to hold the cooked meats so they are not over done on the stove. Service is great. I could see that the company invested in training the staff, which is not an easy feat in the climate where everything is increasing in price, including staff salary. Later on, another staff cooked the intestines (which is a rare find in local Korean eateries). He asked if we wanted it more crispy. He measured the temperature of the hot plate before putting the food on it, making sure it's properly cooked. He waited to the right temperature and did not rush through it. He also brought a torch to torch the food so it's more crispy, as we prefer. All staff were polite, welcoming, and very professional. I observed that all staff carry a temperature gun with them. I've never seen that at other korean restaurants. There were also free ice cream (to be taken away) and candies and mouth wash to make the visit a more pleasant one. Food quality is excellent. Marinated pork collar was very good. Cooked just nice. Beef short ribs were very tender. The banchan were interesting and not too common ones. The restaurant isn't too smelly nor oily for a korean bbq place. It isn't cheap but for the service and quality of food, it's ok! Highly recommend and we will be back.

They have 3 branches on the same stretch and all are pretty crowded during dinner time. Staff services are good as they would let you know if the food is going to take more time. Side dishes are tasty and provided in good portion, you could even ask for more! The spicy pork ribs stews came in huge pot however there isn’t much meats left on the ribs. Free ice cream stick per pax is also provided after your meal.

Wow absolutely blown away by the food and energy of this place. Hubby and i came in the middle of the night, but upon walking in, we were very warmly greeted and promptly seated; and its not just one guy being enthu, its ALL of the service staff. The food is fantastic as well. We ordered the doenjangjiggae and it was sweet from the seafood and salty from the bean paste. Before starting the bbq, the waiter whips out a thermometer and then proceeds to cook the meat to perfection. The grill plate wasn't even crusty, not like of we were to do it ourselves. The side dishes also, so full yet still kept eating. Awesome experience, will come back again~

One of the busiest restaurant in the area. Food was great. Service was good. Maybe a bit on the pricey side but I guess thats the norm for Korean BBQ in SG. Ambience us great. Meat was tender and juicy. Had a lot if fun with my friends. Definitely will recommend. One thing I didn’t like is the waiting time for the table. Since there is no reservation, its first come first serve. And it was a really long queue. Had to wait 1 hour+ to get a table. But that’s what makes this restaurant stand out as well. No other Korean BBQ restaurants in the area have long queues like O.bba.

Love the whole experience here. They finally have the beef and pork set (this includes the SUPER DELICIOUS RICE BALL WITH FISH ROE) 😍 beef is super tender. also, look for server Kim Jae Hong! He is super friendly and also fluent in english. For banchan, every day has a different one. I usually like the fish cake and my sister loves the beef side dish. Try ur luck. This branch also closes at 3am so u can come during midnight when u dont know where to eat.

Love the k-pop playing at the background while we’re eating. There were seats outside for us and the air was not as long as expected! They also gave us a birthday discount as my birthday is around the corner :)

Did a takeout of jjajangmian and tangsuyuk during P2HA here since O.BBa Jjajang was closed (a bit confusing that they have so many overlapping outlets, but hey, makes for great accessibility since there's always one that's open), and it was a really great meal. The noodles and sauce come separate, with instructions on how to reheat the noodles (after soaking and draining off cold water). We also put the tangsuyuk through the airfryer to revive it. Maybe it would be less soggy if they didn't use a sealed container for the fried meat. Nevertheless, it was a really good meal, and we were given free canned drinks in place of service. I have to say though, between the other jjajangmian competitors in the vicinity, something about their sauce is a bit more... heavy? Might be a bit too much on the sweet/greasy side?

2nd time here and will be back for more. Been to other kbbq places but this by far the best! Food was really delicious and authentic — beef and chicken cooked nicely. Couldn’t stop eating! Worth the amount spent! Staff were very accommodating, friendly and prompt to request. Impressed with the way they dealt with the grill in the midst of bustle ongoing at the restaurant. Ambiance was very exciting too! Splendid place for group dinners. Will bring more friends to try!

It’s my husband’s birthday today and we have decided to come to Oppa Jjajang (Tanjong Pagar) to celebrate his birthday. Every month we would at least come Oppa Jjajang twice and we never get sick of the food here. Haha! It’s the best Korean bbq restaurant in Singapore and how I wished the restaurant is in Korea too (To be honest, better than the restaurants that I’ve been to in Seoul itself. Oops!) The customer service provided are great and love the Korean songs played here. Thank you so much Oppa Jjajang! ❤️

First of all, for my own thinking even its Korean restaurant or other restaurants must have good service, good attitude and high quality of foods. But this restaurant is the first time that I ever felt those 3 things in my life ! And normally obba restaurant's que are very long but because of this shop, no need to wait for a long time ! Went for lunch at noon, the food was delicious and the most impressive thing It's the clerk Alvin, and the service is really great! ! He is very attentive and cares about the customer's service experience when they arrive at the store! This was my first time visiting the store. I wanted to eat beef, so I looked into it and visited because I heard the quality of the meat was good. I ordered a meat set and Jjambbong because it included a variety of soup. I was surprised to see the size. The portion was so large that I thought it was a set menu. The meat was very neat and set up nicely, so the watercress was more delicious than the nonnaeng. Overall, the food wasn't bad. I was able to eat it comfortably because the meat was grilled. I thought all the people who grilled the meat were Korean. Haha. It seems like a friendly and fun place. I enjoyed it. I had a delicious dinner! And the Jjajang Jjambbong and Tangshyuk here are delicious!! The glutinous rice soup ㅜㅜ was so delicious. They had the sense to ask for a bite when the soup was served 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
