Banchan was somewhat bland and the meat does not match the pictures. Service was a bit strange and unorganized - two servers told us different instructions for ordering. There is a nice set of salts for the food which was needed. Overall it’s okay, but not the most ideal place for KBBQ lovers.

One of the best Korean BBQs I’ve tried in Singapore! The meat is of high quality and side dishes are varied and delicious. Very generous and attentive service! The charcoal, side dishes, garlic, lettuce etc were topped up constantly. June, the service staff, is so fabulous and warm. We celebrated my dad’s birthday here, and he was quite happy with the free coconut dessert with a cute umbrella. Overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

Nice Korean BBQ..Food excellent, staff very attentive. Only their glasses should be dry, not wet and they should serve dishes with communal spoon & chopsticks..imagine every use their spoon to take the soup & dishes. Otherwise, a good place for Korean food.

Ordered the Beef Omma Set ($105++) which came with 180g each of Ribs, Brisket, and Striploin. For the set we chose the Kimchi Pork Soup, and also came with steamed egg and free flow of side dishes including fresh lettuce. Overall, sufficient to share between three of us but I thought the meal as a whole was pretty meh. I liked the selection of salt at the table though. They also gave a complimentary coconut jelly complete with the coconut flesh which was very much appreciated!

This place is always packed! So do make a reservation to avoid any disappointments. Korean BBQ seems to be the must have at this place. We came with a small party so we decided to try their other dishes instead. And they were good! We had their classic fried chicken. The batter was thick but the chicken were extremely juicy. Their kimchi pancake was also cooked to perfection. They sadly ran out of their jajangmyeon so we tried their Japchae instead. That was also good. The banchan was also very nice and refillable. There were 4 varieties served the day we were there. Water was also available for the table. Overall a very good experience and we will be back to try their Korean BbQ.

We visited their outlets numerous times, and they never failed us in their service and food. We love the freshness of their meats, and their fried chicken! The ginseng chicken soup is also a MUST order dish! Their service was fabulous! We took their VIP room once, and their service was tip top. Unlike most of the restaurants, we might be "neglected" as the staffs might be busy tending to guests at the common area. But for them, the staffs will always come in to check on us if we had enough side dishes, enough water, or anything we need. Friendly and smiling staffs makes the whole dining experience so so comfortable! This place is highly recommended! Even my hubby who is not a fan of Korean BBQ, never complains whenever I want to visit. My 5 children from 17yo to 6yo likes their food too! Friends and relatives who visited also gave positive good feedbacks.

Visited this place for dinner on a Sunday evening with my family. Service wise was really good. Polite and friendly staff. The place was fully occupied nearing the peak period dinner hours and it can be challenging to get service from the staff. Would suggest to have more manpower allocated. Food quality wise - the ala carte menu and the pork from the set are very fresh. However some of the lettuce can be seen to be rotten and it can be quite an unpleasant set. Definitely room for improvement here. Spaciousness - this is way below expectations. Was given only one table only for 4 pax + 1 size. It was extremely squeezy and uncomfortable. Understand that from business perspective this will be more profitable but alas, will not recommend anyone who is going to have similar pax size to dine here. Overall satisfied - just need to clear the trays fast enough to have more space I guess… Would not visit again if we have the same 4 + 1 pax size, would visit again if smaller pax size.

Such a delight to dine in OMMA! Its my fifth visit and this speaks volume about how much I enjoyed each dining experience there. Their meat is well marinated and tender. Quality food! Seafood is fresh and there is this fragrance from the applewood we selected for the grill. This is one rare grill restaurant which offers a selection of wood and salt to go with your bbq. We had fun trying out different salts and pepper. Service was top-notched with attentive staff who not just clear your plates but top up cold side dishes and free flow beer. Special mention to Louis in this Holland V branch who went the extra mile to take care of us well.

The service at this restaurant was good, but the food was average. We ordered the Special Beef and Pork Omma Set and a plate of Beef Large Intestine. The option to choose our own wood to grill for $5 was a nice touch, and the pecan wood did impart a pleasant aroma to the meats. However, the flavor of the grilled meats was not significantly different from using other types of wood. The quality of the meats was the highlight of the meal. The beef rib meat was particularly tender and flavorful, and I would definitely recommend it to others. However, the side dishes and soybean paste soup were quite bland. The steamed egg was also burnt at the bottom and dry. Also, we were seated outside and their electric blade-less fans were very weak and blew hot air, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. The price of the food was reasonable, especially for the given portion of the meats. However, A bowl of plain rice cost $3.30, which I thought was a bit steep. Overall, I would say that there are better Korean restaurants in the same price range that offer more flavorful dishes.

We were there on a Saturday night for dinner. The set meal for KBBQ were of decent portion and of affordable price. There were 5 banchan; taste-wise was normal, nothing special but they were not super salty so it was a good pairing with the meat/ condiments. We had to cook the meat ourselves, which was quite rare for KBBQ generally, but it was a nice experience regardless. Staff was responsive for refills for banchan.

We ordered a set meal of beef and pork with free flow of Australian beer. Also ordered some combo fried chicken, half original n half spicy. Food is really fresh and yummy. Generous offering of Korean side dishes. Beer is smooth on the throat and goes really well with the BBQ meat. Overall, great ambience and very good value. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner fellowship!

I gave it a 5 when this place first started out. The meats were good and service was also good then. But this time round when we returned, the standards have surprisingly dropped. The meats were average, the fire was too strong actually. So you have to really watch your meats well especially it gets burnt really fast. Their stews were still ok. Overall, still a decent KBBQ with vibes. But comparing to others out there, with the drop in standards, it might be tough to get the crowds back in. Hope that they will get the standards back up. Vibes are important for F&B but far more, the quality of food is crucial for customers to come back.

Reservation required as it's extremely packed on a weekend, this place was conveniently located near Holland Village mrt Station, a 3 minutes walk & for those who drive u can park at Raffles Holland V and surrounding open space car park also available. I liked their decorations it's warm and welcoming There were 5 of us, we ordered BEEF BBQ SET ($122 worth it!)set menu and menu was eclectic, ordered consisting of tatare,ribeye+ marinated short rib, Prime beef + 2mm Sliced Beef Brisket set also included choice of soya paste or kimchi soup,Steam egg, free flow of side dishes with fresh vegetables, there's several types of charcoal, apple Wood, cherry wood , peacon wood, hickory wood and jerrah wood and we chose hickory wood as it's good for fish, lamb and beef which it had an added aroma especially succulent and delectable with beef , the marinated meat was very flavourful and juicy and it goes perfectly well with their Ssamjang sauce wow. Pork jowl was tad hard for me quite disappointing, but nonetheless steam egg was soft like bean curd 😋. I would say the kimchi pancake was fine. I just couldn't find that kind of authenticate taste where you get from Korea. Prawn and scallops weren't as tasty as not to our likings. And if you spend above $200, you will get a 90-minute free flow of beer , simply worth it, right? Do give a try on their Yuzu Tea it was refreshing and good for digestive for your oily treat. Overall experienced Food:4/5 Service: mentioned especially June Neo 5/5 top notch service. Ambience:3/5 Too bad tables next to me smoked get into my eyes endlessly. Environment:3/5 whole restaurant gotten quite smokey and smelled as suction pipes on stove didn't really work so well. The meat is decent, but at this price I would expect a server to grill it. The sauces and sides are sweeter than usual, which is off putting. What I liked was the auntie adding ice cubes into the water container to offset the hot weather, and the array of salt varieties to complement the meat.

I had high expectation before going to Omma. The interior is really nice but the space was so smokey, floor and cups are very oily. Meat was fresh and good but when the soy-bean paste soup came, I knew it was so blend (see the pic). Drank and confirmed that it wasn't nice so I requested from 1 male staff for additional soy-bean paste to mix with the soup while it's still hot but I think he couldn't get it. So after 10min, I asked another female staff for the paste but she also didn't get it. Both of the staff kept quiet throughout and didn't even get back to me. The service standard wasn't acceptable.

Had the beef & pork set for 2-3 pax ($118) with my wife. Meat was good, set came with a stew of choice, soya bean paste or kimchi (pork/tuna) we had the kimchi pork it was decent, and a baked egg of sorts which was pretty tasteless. Service was prompt when you ask for it. Place looks clean, overall damage per pax will be about $80 with drinks.

Went to Omma Korean BBQ. the price is reasonable and the food is great Reservation is available on their website We tired the Pork set which includes Iberico pork collar, Black pork belly, Iberico pork jowl (180g each), Seafood Soybean paste soup and steamed egg. Omma BBQ use charcoal which is my preferred choice for Korean BBQ.

Not a friendly dining, with part-timers serving you; insufficient manpower and waited long enough for food to be served; side dishes running out in the midst of dining and the waitress just said "No choices..." and walked away; pictorial presentation of food on menu deceiving and the actual portion is definitely smaller (carefully for those who order food by pictures); and quality of beef not to expectations because it tastes like ordinary beef. Not worth the money.

Korean Yakiniku. The facilities are clean and the cost performance is not bad. There are about 6 types of salt to choose from, so you can enjoy them without getting bored. The quality of the meat is mediocre, but within an acceptable range. Although it's not all-you-can-eat, it's better value for money than a certain Japanese Yakiniku restaurant.

Actually, I try to stay away from Korean restaurants when I travel, but I heard Korean restaurants are really trendy these days, so I was curious so I decided to visit. Like a typical Korean restaurant, the Kimbap Heavenly menu features grilled tables and seasoned chicken on the menu. Unlike Korea, beef daechang is cheaper than pork. But I was surprised at how delicious the seasoned chicken was in a subtly addictive way.

Food definitely is above average. Overall promising with area of improvements in terms of operations. Staff seems quite overwhelmed though. Atmosphere is not bad, but food and interior of the place somehow doesnt match the name of Omma, was expecting something more homely, traditional. Place is very extravagant and beautiful though. The service wasnt a good though, the experience could be made better. Perhaps is a 1 time thing but these are my observations: - The bar counter seems to limit the flow of the place. Manager seems like a great guy, but just station at the bar observing and commanding around. There was a staff serving me and he just called her to go service others in the middle of the conversation. Not super helpful. - I notice that there is no door person to control the queue so people just walk in and out asking for a table. People just keep coming up to staff in the middle of the place, at the busiest time. Instead the manager just stands at the bar and observe and do bar work, occasionally goes out to serve drinks. There definitely can be more efficient way of doing things - its not a good sight or good use of resource during dinner time with service staff (just 2) running around but manager just stands there looking unbothered and doing drink, bills and phone. Might also let staff be able to get the bill from another machine cause I had to wait for manager to be done to the phone call before I can get my bill (was sitting right in front of him). One last thing, is that things on thr menu doesn't come with rice and the ala carte order is 3.30 for a bowl of rice. I can go to other korean places and 3 bowls of rice free. Might want to review the prices.
